(HR can at least provide basic acceptance / rejection information to candidate)

Selection to final offer roll out process gets delayed a lot

This is to let you know that I have cleared all levels of interview process long back ( F2F on Skills Interview on Sep 26, 2015 at 11:30-12:00) and (Final Interview on Nov 04, 2015 at 12:00-12:30). My Status on portal is showing Awaiting Documents from candidate since long even after submitting all the required documents to recruitment team. I have also mailed to recruitment team multiple times but unfortunately didn't get any response from them ( mailed to devika.[protected]@accenture.com/ edward.[protected]@accenture.com on 19th Nov ; 23rd Nov; 30th Nov; 2nd Dec; 18th Dec; 25th Feb 16; 15th Mar )

It will be great if you kindly let me know when I should get the offer letter for the same.

This is to let you know that I attended the recruitment process of Accenture. My status on the portal is "Offer pending" since 1st Feb 2016. I have not heard back from Accenture since then. Before as well it took around 3 months to go through the interview processes. It is very unfortunate that even after clearing all the rounds and all the document formalities, candidates are still not being offered with the offer letter. I also tried to follow up with the team who has asked me to upload the documents and submit the EMF but unfortunately I have not got any response from them as well.Regards, Himani

Hi- I have taken my interview on 09 Jan 2016 in Eco space, Bangalore campus. It's an direct HR call from Accenture. It tooks entire day to complete the interview process. we are tired of waiting and finally done with Online Exam, Technical, HR and Document submission rounds. After 3 days, suddenly my status changed to "On Hold(No demand)". I need proper response on why my candidate moved to on Hold?

I this complaints transport admin. Transport believe is very careless, short temple bad habit and useless .I just request terminate the admin .And main part of subject employees mail you can restricted. So please I hope your my complaint accepted .

Dear Sir/Madam, One of your employee named Lakshmanna Karre (Accenture email id : lakshmanna.[protected]@accenture.com) has joined your organization at Chennai office as a Senior Software Engineer He has submitted fake experience documents. He was learning Oracle from me at MarathaHalli, Bangalore for a period of one year from Aug 2013 to Aug 2014. And he was working in a small call center during night shifts. He has shown all fake documents for getting this job and joined in Accenture, Chennai. Please take severe action on this person, so that he will not repeat the same in future. Hi, Am Sharmila. I got offer letter on sep 22 nd for mortgage process in dlf chennai. HR informed to be it will be process on October month end. But still now I don't hv any update. Then by December month I called to HR. She replied me, we will update in Jan end. But still now am in confusion whether I will get joining date or not. Please help me to join in Accenture . Hi, This is to express severe disappointment and also bad practice accenture has adopted in recruitment procedure. Two candidate IDs are generated by accenture 1. C5322166 and 2. C5625688. For the CID - C5322166 I have cleared all the rounds of interview and also had a telephonic conversation with the HR named Meena S and she has informed that I am through with all my rounds of interview and asked for package negotiations etc and suggested that their team would approach me in next 4-5 days for further processing and would take 2 weeks to receive the offer. To my surprise 3 weeks passed and I thought of checking the status of it and called the number that I received a call from the HR and there is no response and on one fine day I got an auto generated mail that my profile is archived. 2. FOr the CID - C5625688 . This is worst to the core of experience. I got a call from the HR that my profile is shortlisted and would be having an interview on 24-Dec-2015 and on the same day got an auto-generated mail that my profile is archived. In both the cases when I login to the portal I don't see any of the CIDs and especially with the former CID I received number of mails stating..."Your profile has been selected during technical round of discussion" etc and finally without any update on it candidature got closed.I do have the record of all the emails from accenture regarding the CIDs I have received.They are just interviewing candidates for time pass more than any thing else. I have done with techinical round and i have uploaded all my forms in to Accenture portal after that There is no response from Accenture, when i am checking my status in accenture it shows that 'Face 2 Face discussion pending', I tried to reach the HR through mail but they are not responding and I dont have any Contact Number, Will i get the offer i wants know the status,

Let me know how much time it'll take to finalize.

All HR has been moved out from the company and now I don't have any emails to communicate further. I don't know whether they have any opening for my post or not. Accenture is a truly great MNC but the Recruitment process for the new Joiners at your Company is the worst. To start with I need to say that I am really disappointed with your Recruitment Team. I have listed the Scenarios that I encountered with your Recruitment team.
Scenario1:-
I went for an Interview at your Accenture Airoli office on 3rd September 2015 there were a few people who had come for the same, we were told that we were going to have a telephonic round and an Operations Round. After sometime when the HR Recruiter called me in the office cabin for the telephonic round I gave the interview and was later told by the HR Recruiter that I have cleared the telephonic round and I was supposed to wait for the next round that was the Operations Round and he also told me that it would take some time as the Operations Manager was not available, after waiting for around an hour the Operations Manager was available and he took my interview. After I was done with my Operations Round I was told to wait outside the office cabin and a few minutes later the HR Recruiter came to me and informed me that the Operations Manager would give the feedback of the interview to him by the end of the day and he would give the same feedback to me by giving me a call on the next day. Weeks passed and I never got any call from any of the Recruitment team regarding any feedback. So I assumed that I might have not cleared the Operations Round because of which I did not get any call back from these guys. But I did hope that at least these guys would have given me a call to just inform me whether or not I was selected.
Scenario2:-
It’s been more than a month since I gave the Interview at Accenture and I suddenly get a call from your Recruitment team regarding an opening in the Company and I was told to come at your Airoli office on the 12th of October 2015 in the afternoon. After reaching at the office building at around 02.00 pm I was not allowed to go on the floor where the interview was being conducted I was told by the security that whoever called me should come at the security to escort me. After that I tried calling on the number that I had got a call from regarding the interview, at first that person did not pick my phone but after calling him for about 8-10 times he did And what he told me is that my Interview was scheduled for today but at 06.00 pm and also told me that the HR Recruiter would come an escort you. So I waited for around 4 hours after which I was escorted by the HR Recruiter the same guy about whom I mentioned earlier. A telephonic round was taken again and was told by the HR on the Telephone that I can leave for the day and would be contacted for the next round if selected. Everything went like it went last time so I decided to meet the HR Recruiter and asked him to call me in any case and he assured me that I would get a call even if I am not selected. After a few days I got a call from the Recruitment team and was told to come by their Airoli office on 16th October 2015 for their next round of Interview. On the 16th that was Friday I went to their Office met the HR Recruiter and he informed that the Interview was scheduled with the Manager of a Specific Department which I had been selected for. He took my Interview and after I was done I was told to wait outside and soon another HR Recruiter entered the office cabin and she called me in and congratulated me and said to me that I was selected and also told me that she would call me on Monday that is the 19th of October 2015 and give me the details on the selection process and the documents that I need to submit. I waited for more than a week now and I contacted her on her phone today on October 27, 2015 and she informed me that she has put my CV on hold because the Department that I was selected for is no longer in need for any new joiners and I was also told that if there is any vacancies in any other Department I would be contacted.
I wasted almost 2 months with you people. I am writing this letter to inform you that your Recruitment Team is full of I am sorry to use such foul language but there needs to be some changes done with your Recruitment team. I also need to tell you guys that this kind of thing has not just happened with me I have heard from many other people who have also faced the same kind of experience. I request you to kindly look into this matter.
