    I was selected in Accenture and recieved a mail which directed me to the page where I was assigned some task. All my task passed, except one (The LOA one). Now I am trying to upload the LOA again, but its showing "Invalid LOA". I've tried every possible way of getting the task done but it is showing the same error everytime.

      I called them couple of times every time they said you will be getting offer email soon. but till now 29th September 2021 didn't received offer letter.

          I am Prathiksha Rai B i have applied for off campus drive completed my 3 rounds, i didn't get information that i am selected but i got an email about task submission and i did it, i got another email that there are some mistakes then i completed it and submitted it and it has been 1 week and no response from Accenture team.

          And my other query is in my review page of the portal. It is not showing graduation details and marks too. Please look into it and also please check my details again if there are any mistakes.Below is a screenshot of my problem.

            I was enrolled in the on-campus Accenture drive,
            My slot was sept 29th 9 am, I open the secure exam browser and configuration is done. After configuration In the test window it is showing "Invalid request- please contact administrator" I contacted help desk they said some procedures even though I done everything I got the same issue, then they said to raise the ticket, I have raised the ticket. Now if I try again the validity is over for the test.

              This is regarding my interview process.
              I was interviewed on 6th August 2021 for Agile project management-scrummaster position. On the same day I received an email confirmation about successfully clearing the skills interview and also about further HR discussions. On 12th August 2021 I had received a call from HR discussion and was asked to upload the documents in accenture portal. However there was no progress in the candidature status in the portal. Few days later again I got a call from my POC for salary negotiation saying my candidature can be processed only if I agree with the salary they were offering(which was less than what I was previously offered) and will receive an email communication with offer in the same week.
              I waited for 2 weeks. There was no update or communication about my offer. I tried reaching my assigned POC several times over calls /mails. A few days later I was informed that there was some glitch in my interview and I should give the interview again but there was no proper confirmation on this. I received different updates from different HR's on my candidature like- offer is pending, MR round is pending, I have cleared all rounds and should wait for offer letter etc. But nothing was confirmed by my POC Tarika Dalal inspite of multiple followups.
              I had received a call from Mr Nitish on 15th September 2021, where he confirmed that panel had selected me but there was some technical issue and no need to give the reinterview. Also I was assured that I will receive the offer letter during the same week with a better salary offer.
              Later on the same day, I received another call from Mr Sandeep that I need to give the reinterview..although my previous interview was not rejected and shall be considered.
              And after all this my reinterview happens and candidature gets rejected though the interview went well. How unfair is that for any candidate. Just a waste of time. Please take immediate action .

                  My profile was referred to Accenture by one of their employees more than 1 month ago. I got one call from the HR team where I was asked about my skill sets, experience etc. But till now I did not get any information related to any interview scheduling.

                  Faced the same type of experience earlier also when I got selected for one opportunity but as they were providing lower designation as per my experience I declined to accept the offer. So the HR arranged another round of interview for higher designation. I got selected there also but after that no updates from HR. They did not even reply my query.

                  Hope someone from Accenture will look into this issue this time.

                    Revoked Offer Letter

                    I got selected Accenture and they released the offer letter in may month and I received joining date to onboard on sep 13th and it went entire day and I received check in email and joining confirmation email showing your joining date effective from 13th only but later I have not received any credentials and I follow-up with Onboarding POC your onboarding has some issues due to location mismatch for my profile

                        I had cleared my technical interview round very well and got very positive response from the interviewer. Later I received a mail saying that I have made it to the HR round and I should be expecting a call, and also submit all my relevant documents which I did. I waited for a week and the HR never called. I called the HR person whose contact information was provided to call for any queries (neha vatsyayn) but she never received the call. then why bother giving her contact information. Finally when I got through her, she put me through another person (Soni Singh). Later neha sent me a mail directly rejected my application saying that I couldn't clear my HR round. They never even called me, The HR round was never conducted then how can they say that i did not clear the round.
                        The HR team is horrible and they are the ones ruining opportunity for us.
                        I request strict action be taken against such lazy and unprofessional people.

                        I still have all the mails and I'm ready to provide them.

                            Dear Support team,
                            I am SREYAS KUMAR GANJI VENKATA SATHYA holding candidate id: C9996907 has been selected for ASE role in your esteemed organization Accenture.
                            I received an offer letter on 25 August, 2021 and accepted the offer on same day i.e., 25, August, 2021 by following all the steps mentioned.
                            I even got the text that "you have accepted this offer" after accepting the offer letter but didn't get any confirmation mail.
                            I even got an mail regarding Accenture candidate status update On 1, September, 2021 and mentioned that I'll be onboarded in October.
                            Since then i didn't get any mails from accenture.
                            In authentication page it is again asking for offer letter authentication and after authenticating, it is showing the offer has been withdrawn because of no response from my end.
                            I request you to reconsider my offer to be a part of Accenture. Kindly help me to solve this issue.
                            I even raised a query in candidate portal but it didn't solve the issue and also mailed to campus.queries but there is no response from the team since 10 days.
                            Kindly do the needful as soon as possible and hoping for your positive response.

                            Raised a query in Accenture Candidate portal and issue got resolved. Title of the complaint should be accurate and relevant to the issue. I kept title as "Reconsider offer letter" in my case and then got a new offer letter link.

                            I have received the offer letter on sep 8. But the mail was on promotions section. I didn't see the mail till yesterday (7 sep). I gone through the link just to see the offer letter is expired. Is there any hope for me ? I have raised a query in the portal too. My candidate ID is C10091296.
