    Account number is[protected]. I am only person living in my house since from 2 wave hit but still the bill is raising high on monthly basis. I am working lately just using one ceiling fan and tubelight (other appliances such as fridge is running on 24X7, washing machine is used on twice in month). how came the bill is rising. i am comparing the person rented by ourselves they are receiving less amount than me since they are living 4 person and there usage is still high (appliances are same except washing machine. i want explanation on this. apart from this when the concern person takes reading i don't know but still you are charging heavily according to me. if there is any other provision of setting meter or any other appliances at my end to monitor by me on daily basis than i can sure short prove you that on baseless you are charging me bills.

                Apartment has not been installed with any electronic equipments or fans or tubelight.
                It's a bearshell flat and still the bill is showing a figure of 4910/-
                Can it be explained how and where the electricity is been used without any electronic equipment.

                  This is to bring to your attention that I have 2 electricity due dates for the month of August. The first was on 2nd August 2021 and the next one is on the 31st August 2021. Irrespective of what your company policy is, it is impossible for common man to pay a bill twice in the same month. I called your customer service they refused to register my complain, and said they could not transfer the call to the supervisor as well. I was told I cannot change the billing date or due date as well. I get paid on the 1st working day of the month, if I do not pay the bill you will charge me a fine.
                  I think the person who id do the reading should be smart enough to calculate the date and do the meter reading accordingly. I find it completely unethical for a company to charge fines to people for no fault of ours during the pandemic where people have lost jobs. I hope you take some action and help your customers

                    My self Mr. Rajesh Dilip Singh (115 Deepnarayan Tiwari Chawl RM Road, Oshiwara Jogeshwari West Mumbai 4000102) would like to file a complaint in regards to our electricity bill payment. Since lockdown one of our neighbour is using the electricity without our acknowlegment from our meter. We had a conversation with him for the same and he confrimed to pay the bill from his end for usage of electricity but however he has never made a single payment for the bill. Also, for the notices received from Adani Power for bill payment were never passed on to us or informed. I have only received notice dated 28/06/2021 for due payments for the amount Rs. 67, 925.61 which is supposed to be paid by him.
                    Also would like to inform that I don't reside in that location and my apartment is rented. So Mr. Ramesh Kadga has been collecting bill payments from people residing on rent in my house but never paid the same. Would like to request you to please take a strict action against the same. As I have already spoken to him couple of times for the payment but he always made excuses for the same.

                          We, myself Shri Kishor Kalyankar, Age 71 years and my wife Smt Priti Kalyankar, 68years are staying in the above flat on Leave & License Basis. Due to some reasons we could not pay the bill in time. You have, therefore, levied Additional deposit of Rs 1490/, vide your order No.[protected] dated 18thJune 2021. We have paid the entire bill of Rs.6860/ (including above amount of Rs.1490) although our line was not disconnected/ device removed.
                          As we are vacating the flat by 15th August 2021, amount paid under Additional Deposit will therefore remain in the owner’s account. We request you to kindly return the said amount to us or adjust it against the bill for the month of July and next month bill and oblige.

                            I had filed a complain about no power supply in my area 4-5 hrs ago and i got a reply from them that power will be restore by 8.00 am but still the problem is not yet resolved. Got a reply at 8.00 am saying they have disconnected for safety.

                            Really disappointed with adani will switch to some other power company in coming months.

Sir I have tried to repair the meter box but other meter owner is not corporated, two year before we have arrange one authorised electric person and tried to complete the work but one owner using bad words during the amount collection.                                     My self Gracy kannan daughter of Vijaya kannan kashi who is working in the company for last 13 years, suddenly the company has announced that to reduce the employees, so the officer are selecting the widows those are not having any support, and partners, my mom has worked for the company very sincerely for the last 13 years but they are shifting her to some other company that is also far away from goregaon area and they are transferring then comers to the nearest place this is very injustice happened to the widows family, we are two sisters and my mom, we don't have any man in our family who is employed. Pls sir kindly help us, we don't know how to make know our problems to the admin in Adani electricity company which is located in tilak nagar area pls kindly help us

                                      I hereby inform you that past few days before there was a spark in our showroom due to which i complaint adani electricity, so the technician came and have done the work on temporary bases and told there is a low power supply, due to which i have complaint again on 22nd of june, again the technician came and he have done the work of main line on temporary bases due to which there is a huge short circuit on 23rd june at 7 P.M, all my aircondition and my LED lights are damage and the main thing there was a life risk because all of my customer were present in showroom at the time of short circuit, due to which i suffered a huge loss. I am complaining on 23rd june from 7 P.M. but still there is no response from Adani Electricity, due to which i am suffering a loss, so who is responsible for these, still there is no electricity in my showroom and no response from adani electricity, so please kindly do the needful and if still there will be no response from adani then i am going to complain an FIR against adani electricity.

I have taken new connection and I hardly have anything that consume high electricity, the first months bill was Rs. 5450 (bill no.[protected]. When I complained about it at customer care no. They said next month it will get adjusted as its a new connection but the May month bill is Rs. 2510. (Bill no.
                                        [protected] again high as I have only 2-3 led bulb, 2 fans and 1 small fridge.
                                        Please help me to get rid of the high electricity bill as nowadays it's very difficult to survive from where I will pay the bill.
