        Resp sir,
        I am residing at Virat appartment,Sola road,Ghatlodia,Ahmedabad.More than 120 customers have applied for PNG connection of the Adani energy ltd in May 2008.At that time connection charges were app 8000 rs per connection.we aggred to that proposal.we were said to get connection in six months by company.Company could not complete the work till september 2009.we have paid initial payment of Rs 555 by cheque.At present work is in progress in our society meanwhile company has reduced installation rate to 5000 rs per new connection.we approached to Adani energy ltd office at Memnagar to revise our terrif ,they ignored us saying you are considered as old customers you won't get benifit of new terrif .Still new connections are yet to be installed in our society , company must consider us as new customers and must give us new terrif.
        On behalf of our society I request you to guide us properly and also inform us what should be done in this case? Hope you will favour us by proper guidence.

              I had applied for 975 shares of Adani Power Limited but I did not recieve a single share. I was reading on money control that it was firm allotment but in my case a sum of Rs. 97500/- was debited from my account & used for 20 days but still I did not get any allotment. I really do not know what happened in my case but i'm really disappointed.

                I am a resident of Amrashirish society in Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad, where laying of Adani gas lines for the distribution of PNG is in process and have also paid a sum of Rs. 1000/- towards it.

                Adani company’s workers visited and surveyed our residence premises and told us to get the pipeline/civil work for laying the lines done by any private contractor, since Adani does not carry out these works.

                However, in my industrial unit situated at Ankleshwar, GIDC where Gujarat Gas Company distributes gas, all the pipeline/civil work related to the distribution of gas was done by Gujarat Gas Company itself.

                I wish to ask if in future, any accident occurs, since it is a highly risky prone matter, who shall be held responsible?

                Hence, I request you to kindly look into the matter and let me know whether Adani does not carry out the pipelining works or the Adani workers have manipulated the consumers for their own benefit.

                Adani companies representative who visited our bunglow says that the company pays the contractors after a long time for the work, so the work is now directly being done by the private contractors and billed directly by them. If that is the matter than please could adani energy give in writing that they dont have any problem for getting work done directly from private contractor and pay them directly.

                But Adani is not giving in writing that they do not have objection if we pay directly to the private contractor neither they are getting the unfinished work at my bunglow completed.

                I request consumer complaint department to ask to Adani gas that why one should get the work done from private contractor and if any thing happens will adani be responsible or not.

                PNG -GAS PIPING — WRONG PIPE CONNECTION

                Dear Sir,
                I had paid my initial booking money Rs.550/- during April -2008 ( 15 months ago) ....................... During first phase of connection in our colony ( SWASTIK APPARTMENTS, BARRAGE ROAD-VASNA-AHMEDABAD), my name was there. Yet, surprisingly, i did not get connection.

                Subsequently, after One year of First Phase, Some peaple started work in our Colony, during July-2009. There also our name was there. Yet, after repeated follow-up with local engineers, team of 3 "TEENAGERS" came, who were not knowing LOCAL LANGUAGE. There, my wife showed the direction of pipe-lines to be layed. But, WHO CARES ?

                The labourers laid the pipe line in completely in wrong situation creating PROBLEMS Now, no one of them were understanding practical difficulties. Subsequently, we followed with HELP LINE. There also we did not get RESULT.

                AFTER REPEATED ATLEAST WE GOT "COMPLAINT NUMBER" THROUGH SMS ON[protected], MENTIONING NO:- C[protected]. Though in SMS we were greated for contacting ADANI

                Again, during mid-week of September - 2009, One person came to Check as to what is the reason for Non-connection of METER (Because Adani will earn only if the Meter is Set-out ............. Till then it will be An N.P.A.). He was given all details, who promised to get this pipe line corrected within TWO Days. But, alas !, till oday, nobody has turned up.

                Now, I request your goodness to look into the matter IN MUTUAL BENEFIT, and take immidiate action.

                Currently in ahmedabad Adani Gas Pipeline is in process. Regarding that I need Register Complain. I am living at Virkunj Society, Usmanpura. Currently Adani Gas pipeline work is in under process in my society. We request person who is in charge of that work, please co-operate with society people and try understand their requirement. But he is not co-operate with and start shouting on society people and stop work of Adani Gas pipeline. We try to contact to customer care call center so many times but nobody receives phone and dont get any answer.

                As per current situation in society they broke so many water connection lines & so may drainage line in society. Due to this we are suffer for water also. We are helpless please help us media and consumer court take steps against strict step against adani. A person from adani is spoken really bad words to ladies and don't co-operate with us.

                We try convince him so many times but he said that We stop all work at your society & we can see that how you will get connection of adani gas pipeline.

                Unfortunately, I got gas connection from your company, I paid Rs. 1000/- along with registration form, then Rs. 5000/- for laying pipe line. After connetions started, first bill of Rs. 4000/- (paid on 4/3/2010), again today received one more bill of Rs. 4557/-. In my home I have only one kitchen & one bathroom connection.
                Talked to call center, no satisfied answer, only complaint no. C[protected] given with time duraton of 10 days.
                What is this ? In same city 10 days are required to verify the physical connections.
                Please do needful at earliest.

                Adani Gas — not completed connection process

                I applied for Adani PNG Gas connection & made a payment of 1000/- Rs. on[protected] by cheque. My application Number is 138128. Then Adani Gas contarctors started to do their work as per their process. In our 25 bunglows society some two or three member not taken this facility, rest of all took it. Labourer did digging, placing, setting all require work on time. But nobody came to connect our home with main society gas line, digging our compound wall as well. we remind labourers, contractors, spot officer, Adani Gas's Gyanda Office more than three time each. we also file complains online of adani gas website and also on it's custmer care numbers for ahmedabad city.
                still the date no reply from the company. Nobody visited at the spot or do any communication with us.
                pls do as per requirement as early as possible.

                I am one of the applicant for availing the gas connection in the Nasir Apartment Muslim society Navarangpura among others 15 applicants. The prescribed procedure of making application in the pform with required fee charges have been paid long before. The internal pipe line has already laid and testing has been completed long before .I have repeatedly requested to release the connection but to our great surprise we have been inform that the lines are yet to lay. as the infreastructure has been created and kept idle since last three years.No satisfactory reply is received till date even no indication of time limit by which the gas connection shall be made available on or long pending application from the company. The other building in the same society have got the connection on out turn priority. There is no transperent policy for providing the connection and hence have created heart burning amoung all the applicant. Can company assured as to when the connection shall be relaeased?

                Also we have one wall on that they can fix gas line.
                So request you to kindly look in this bill & give waiver for boring charges otherwise

                We are residing at A6 Shantivilla FLATS, PRATAPKUNJ SOCIETY, NR, G.B. SHAH COLLEGE, VASANA, AHMEDABAD. By Rs.500- registration some 3 years back we booked for PNG connection. After much delibration during DeJan 1213 pipeline was laid for PNG connection. Even though all nearby flats and Bunglow in the society are being supplied PNG we are being not provided PNG as connection is still pending for strange reason. Many calls on the subject have failed miserably to evoke any response from Adani. I am planning to compliant Hon. Chief Minister of Gujarat on the subject soon.

                  Dear Sir,

                  I apply for Adani PNG gas line at home. My home address is "A-52, Shilpalaya Flats, Nr. Anjali Cross Road, Vasna, Ahmedabad-380007. This connection is on name of Mrs. Neelaben R. Shah ( My grand mother).

                  When Adani's worker came to install pipeline for gas at our home, my grand father told them extend pipe 1 feet more because of safety reason. But worker didn't do it. After one day a superviser from Adani came to home. We did complaint for it against him & he was agreed to extend pipe. He told us to register complaint at Adani customer care. I register complain on same day at Adani customer care. Customer care executive take a complaint & ask for wait for 7 days. We agreed with him. But after 15 days we didn't get any reply from Adani Energy. Then I called again at customer care. That time customer care told me 'Engineer was already visited your home. And you agreed with him for no changes.' I told him 'there wasn't any engineer visited our home. So please forward complint & give me proper solution for it. There was no reply from Adani Energy for 15 days. I called customer care for 5 times but I didn't get any solution. After that I called customer care to cancelled our connection & remove pipes from our home. But customer care authorised person name is Sandip Patel told me " If you want to cancelled a connection, then you have to pay full amout of installation charge of Rs. 8500/-. After that I request him to visit their engineer to our home for safety factors. Then Mr. Sandip told me, 'If you want a visit of our engineer then you have to paid Rs. 1000/- for it.'

                  I request you sir on this address my grand father & my grand mother live alone. Their age is 70+. So they can't do any thing more for that. And due to safety reason, we can't allow Adani Energy to start gas service. We request you to help us. We just want to fullfill one requirement of following two:

                  1) An engineer will come to our home and check all safety factors without any charges and do modify pipe line installation as per we mentioned, if he think to require for safety.

                  2) Adani energy shall be cancel our connection & remove all pipes from our home's wall & give us our mone back of amount Rs. 550/-

                  We have applied for new PNG Connection at Sundaram Residency, C/o Jawaharnagar society, Vasna on 7th July-2008 with chekc of Rs. 550/- . But still work to give PNG connection has not been started by Adani.

                  We have opened the Complain No 6123 at Adani Customer complain but we are not receiving proper respnse from them. As well they have given us atlesat 22 time commitment to finish this work but there is not progress we have seen after opening the compalin on 7th Dec, 2008.

                  We never come to know that what is the problem? where it is pening and with whom. This all about their internal problems or internal miscommunication as we never come to know about this.

                  We have taken the visit of the Main PNG connection centre at Gurukul Char Rasta and ask them to give us update but nobody has responded our statement over there.

                  This is due to non competetion environment as only Adani has got the lience to delive new connection to customer...If it is open environment then customer will get satisfied by the company by givin proper sulution with timelime...

                  If anybody can help us and adive us what to do next to resolve this..
                  There is a regulatory board for these PNG companies all over India. Named PNGRB. You can go to web sight or fax your complaint regarding PNG companies, such as poor service, rough behaviour. You can also ask PNGRB to make an inspection visit to check that all equipments used are approved and recommended by PNGRB or not. If not govt can ban the faulty company.

                  We are facing problem from ADANI GAS LTD we renovate our house and we
                  paid Rs-3500/- for the Removing, Refitting&Extension of the line the amount
                  was paid on 13/9/2010 after that we need line from the Out side but adani ltd is not providing line in that manner we agreed and after that there was no reply till 3 days
                  and we call back to customer Ms Sneha vagela have attend the phone and told to pay Rs5000/- more for removing the pipe line, till that there was left work of renovation of Wall tiles so we request at least remove the line first..But never replyied.

                  Now we are requesting that Either the work is to be Done in Rs3500/- only

                    V have applied for PNG Gas Connection in June 2008. Adanipeople came to our home in Month of May'09 & Installed Meter, Gas Point & Geezer Point all the work finish except joining the pipe between my Gas Stove & PNG Gas Point. Adani People told me that they will be back with in week. But they don't come to our home for more than 15 Days .So i personally visited Maninagar Office of Adani & inquired about the same .They told us to wait for 1 week again. Than i have book complain over phone No 27623264 & they give me CUSTOMER ID NO [protected] . After that i have tried to call them almost every alternate day to know the status of my complaint but every time same answer that they will come with in 1 week & start gas connection .Last i talked to Mr .Bhavesh Soni Customercare Executive & he told me that before Thursday(9.7.2009 ) Gas connection will start at my home without fail but still 2.40 P.M.Of 7.7.2009 none of Adani people came to my home .Also from today morning i am not able to contact u over phone b'se all our Customer care executive is busy message comes on phone no 27623264.
                    Hence i request you to pl. look in to the matter immediately & start connection As soon as Possible

                    Pl. treat the matter as most urgent & do the needful.

                    PNG Gas Connection — Unsolved Complain

                    Respected Sir / Madam,

                    I, Altaf Gilani, Son of Rozina Gilani (Applicantion Number: 098719) has requested Adani Energy for a Gas connection at my residence before 6-8 months.

                    After 5 months, the pipeline and meter has been fitted to our residence and it was conveyed clearly that our supply will start within a week but it has been more then 2 months after the pipeline and meter has been fitted to our residence but still supply has not been started. My details are as below:

                      We have applied for PNG Gas Connection few months ago. But regret to say that till the date we have not got connection. We have also approached the local maninagar area office. But no fruitfull or trustworthy response received. Moreover, in our society who have applied after us for connection they have got the connection. We have also come to observe that the technician who have given the early connection in our society to few house had also taken own money and given connection very fast.
                      In this regards I would request your kindself to look into the matter.

                      Adani Energy Ltd — Gas Connection

                      I applied for ADANI Gas Connection in June 2008, vide my Customer ID No. [protected] and had paid the requisite amount as advised by them. In the month of May 2009, I got the Gas point, Meter and Geezer point installed. But the work of joining the pipe between gas stove and PNG gas point is kept pending by them. The people who had attended the above work told me that they will be back in a week to complete the gas connection. But till today, nobody has visited my premises in spite of my contacting them personally and regular follow-ups on phone. Whenever I contacts them on phone, I gets sterotyped answer "will be attended soon". But no positive action is found from them. I hope, through this forum at least I will get a positive response from Adani and am anxiosuly awaiting for the same.

                      we had applied for a adani png at residence at jivarajpark area in ahmedabad.
                      now the problem is regarding the installation of meter and pipe lines. On the first sight visit your engineer suggest that there is some hight problem for installing the meter, he told me that we should increase the hight of the wall but in our society all residence have been installed the meter on a height which we having the same at our residence, then after 2 or 3 days your engineer comes and said that we will install the meter on other side of wall, and he decided the proper height him self, in the same i had adviced that the height is heigher then the other installed meters now after installing the meter you enginner said that the height of the meter is so heigh so we need to re fit the meter. now you enginner were asking for 500/- for re fitting of the meter and as of him fault and we are not given any communication from the company.

                      one other problem is that they are demanding 600/- as a labour charges for fittings.


                      Now i dont want any connections i want my deposite return asap. how the painfull services are provided just check...

                            I have requested the company's site supervisors Shri Hiren MIstry( M[protected] as also to Shri Harpal (M [protected]) to give me connection as early as possible as it was being given to other members in my society after due payment to the company. The reason for seeking timely connection as it was being given to others; was that I am required to be admitted to hospital on 6/04/2009 for a major surgery and there would not remain any one in the house to monitor and supervise proper connection inside the house as the house would remain closed. To this request I was given false promises of compliance every next day on more than 15 occasions. Ultimately I was constrained to lodge a complaint under reference no.                             It seems that the management and administration of Adani Energy in supplying connections to the customers has gone in the hands of third class, irresponsible and powerless people. There is absolutely no responce from the call centre and the officers like Ranjisinh and Vipul Ramanuj who are considering them self as a customer care exicutive and emergency call officer, as they don't know how deal with customers. They are not giving any information to the customers, they don't know even the address, phone number and name of top executives and ceo of the company. God save customers both from these type of officer and company.

                              Dear Sir/ Madam;

                              Mustard Oil is not recommended in Europe / US/ Cananda becuase of high: Erucic acid content which is considered bad for heart muscles.
                              Here in this pack of Mustard Oil neither such warning is mentioned nor there contents are provided by which one can make a judgement whether to use this oil or not.
                              I tried calling the Nukmber [protected] mentioned on the pack of Fortune Kacchi Ghani Oil to get more details but no one was picking the phone, there was no response.
                              I have been using this oil now for several years and is also suffering from Hyperlipidimia. This information about the oil contents can be usefull to all the Mustard Oil users.
                              Please ask the company to mention this after getting checked each batch from a reputed Lab. There should also be stringent penalities if the information provided is not correct.

                              Lets keep our people informed so that they can make a right choice.

                                  sir i have taken plan of 199 + 99 pack in whih you have given me unlimited calling in rim no and smart no and i have use till date in only rim and smart no. and in others no i use only 200 rs max but my unbiled ammount is shown 1150 rs by your customer care and from 1 sep to 22 sep you have deactivate my outgoing 3 times, your customer care are giving reason that your credit limit is 750 so ur outgoing is deactivate and i[censored] will deposite fund then ur ogoing will be start, sir please tell
                                  IF IN RIM NO & SMART CALLING IS FREE THAN HOW IT IS POSSIBLE THAT MY UNBILLED AMT IS 1150 RS, WHY SHOULD I DEPOSITE AMMT TO ACTIVATE MY OUTGOING ?WHY UR BILLING OF RIM AND SMART NO CALLING ? NOW UR INDORE HEAD IS SAYING CLOSE UR CONNECTION WE CANT DO ANYTHING .

                                      We are your regular customer. We have recently purchase 3 nos. of Nokia 1650. We are facing problem like battary down frequently, most of the time phone hang while talking & automatically switched off frequetly...

                                      We have submit these 3 mobile to nokia care twice but compain is not solved by him. Third time we have send to the company via nokia care for change it... but they have formated this instrument and send it back.

                                      Now we don't want to go for any other process for the same simply we want to change it asap. Because it is totally time vasted procedure. The detail of the mobile are as under.

                                      actually I have registred for gas line since 2 years ago.now i did not get connection, already i did oraly and written complain in ahmedabad maninagar branch but they did not take any action for my complain so please do action for this complain

                                      I have started inquiry for my connection at the end of Nov, 08 at your Maninagar office, but your reception staff was told me that connection will be issued at the end of Dec, 08, then I inquire at the end of Dec, 08, I got reply it will be now in Jan, 09, Then further inquire, the reply is connection will be allotted at the end of Feb, 09 and supply will be started in March, 09.

                                      Finally I inquire in last week, I heard new reply that connection will be issued at the end of March, 09.

                                      I also registered my complain through toll free nos and also registered my mobile no but no response is there!!!

                                      Please inform me when I got connection finally.I am attaching my payment receipt for your reference.

                                      I have given two cheques of AXIS Bank on 17/03/2009
                                      Cheque No. 790009 for Rs.5530/- (We already have receipt of received cheque)
                                      and No. 790010 for Rs. 534/- paid by Axis Bank
                                      at your Maninagar office,

                                      On 11/04/2009 one person came to our house and he told that your payment not received and We will compulson to cut out your connection. We inquire at Maninagar Office, reception staff was told me that your cheque is not received by us. We also presented our receipt of received cheque No. 790009 for Rs.5530/- so one person come from inside and they told this is not a receipt but they told we given you a outstanding amount to pay by you.

                                      We have a receipt with stamp and signature received by the Maningar Office for receiving cheque No. 790009 for Rs.5530/- at AXIS Bank.

                                      I also registered my complain through toll free no 27623264 and also registered my mobile no [protected] and my complaint no. IC[protected] talk with Bhave Soni

                                      Your Maningar Office staff says that you taken a step to stop payment your cheque No.790009 for Rs.5530/- (Axis Bank )and give us a new cheque for Rs.5530/- We told that whose responsible to pay stop payment amount.

                                      So we request you to look out this matter and take a necessary action.

                                      I have surrendered my gas connection since one month ago. My outstanding dues has been adjusted against the security deposit and meter deposit paid by us. But as on date, we have not recieved any statement of our regular account and how the total amount has been adjusted after the refund of the amount paid by you. I have till today reminded and contacted many officer from your office, but still nothing has been recieved by me as on date.                                       I am customer of your gas connection from last three mounth As my house is under renovation i have not use the gas till today On 27th i have contected to your IVRS for modification of gas line in Kichen as the line is fited from varanda on the same wall of kitchen i want to shift the line from inside to outside of my kitchen your IVRS operator MR RAO did not give the informaion that party has to pay the advance charge and it is to be paid at memnager branch, becuse of the lack of information i have to visit your memenager office again as i have not carry the check with me on 27th on 2nd again i went to your office i have again explain the same with your Nisha madam about my requirement she has confermered with your eng. and asked me to pay 1200 Rs. which i have paid same day i have got the SMS from your IVRS system send me the complain no c[protected]. After so many times i have inquire aboute with your Manager madam Priyanka aboute to carrey out the work as fast as possible On 14the today your contractor two people Jayesh another person they dont know how to talked with the party they talked all sort of nonsence with me I have complain about the same with Priyanka madam After one hrs i have a phone call from 27641841 Mr Sandip Patel talked with me and told me this is not possible we will not fit the connection outside the Kitchen that is comp. policy My point that your Nisha & Priyanka madam should know about this and she has to told the same on 2nd only They have simply pass 12 dayes and now they are telling that you have to wait for 15 dayes, this something to harase the customer all your persons behaviour to the customer Why all persons are not giving me the office address or giving the phone no so that i can comment regarding the complaint.
                                      Whether tell me i the user of PNG i have taken the connection from your comp. i have not given the complite adani that i can not modify in my house ?
                                      Your people are telling that you can not touch our pipeline if you want to do any modification you have to wait indifinate and dependent on adani ? is it so ? I have given you the 10000 RS for gas connection i have not given 50 lakhs residence to adani ?

                                      Adani Energy Ltd. — REGARDING DOMESTIC GAS SUPPLY CONNECTION

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      I have applied for PNG standard connection at 9, Capital Park, Opp. Memnagar Fire Station, Nr. Vijay Cross Road, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad-380014, vide Application No.110499 Dt.17/07/2007.The pipe line work and other standard installation are completed in time but I am not getting gas supply in my house till date. Although my neighbour (same society)are enjoying gas supply since last 13-15 months.
                                      I have filed a complain in writeing on Dt.15.07/2008 and my complain was registered vide C.No.8532 but, till date, no action taken on my complain . In between I have personaly visited Adani Energy Ltd.(116, Sahajanand Arcade, Nr. Helmet Cross Road, Memnagar-54), office so many time regarding the complain,
                                      but got nothing except false promises.
                                      I request you to take positive action on my complain.

                                      Sub: Laying of gas pipe line in Neelam Park Society, Nr. Sambhav Press

                                      Sir,

                                      Laying of gas pipe line is underway at Neelam Park Society since yesterday. The work being carried out is in a very erratic and unsafe way without consulting the owners of the society flats. This was indicated to the working personnel. They did not listened to.

                                      Alternative asthetic, safe, simple pipe layout options are not followed by them. An email was sent to them requesting to send a technical person to discuss the matter before taking up the work further. No reply is received.

                                      Strangely and delibrately some meters are proposed to be fixed with in the flat premises while others are being fixed outside. Outside one's are totally unsafe.
                                      This needs immediate attention. A competent and responsible tecnical person may kindly be deputed to resolve the matter at the earliest so that further labour costs be saved at your end.

                                      I would prefer that provisional pipeline connection outlet for my flat may please be removed immediately.

                                      Pl treat it most urgent and respond immediately so that issue can be resolved.

                                      Adani Gas limited has poorest and worst customer service i have ever seen.

                                      1) You will never get reply from customer care email address given on site. customer.[protected]@adanigas.com

                                      2) Customer care phone no 079 – 27623264 is chargeable and they will put you on hold for minutes. I hope they are not making money out of this

                                      3) Online bill payment process is worst. I paid online bill, amount got debited from my account and got error on Adani website. And I struggled a lot to find where my money was gone.

                                        I have made so many complaints through by post/email to all concerned including the RegistrarM/S Intime Specttrum, Mundra Ports CEO and even Gautam Adani. I have even spoiled hundreds of rupees to making STD Calls to Mumbai and their Ahmedabad Office. But sorry to say they even send a communication to me.
