I have to port my aircel number and for that i need to send a message "port number[protected]" to 1900. I have been trying for more than a week but unable to send message. Everytime i get the same message as message not sent. There is no issue of insufficient balance or sms pack as i recharged recently. I really need to sort it out asap. Please help me get the code. For the last two week i try to generate my upc code online so that i can port my aircel number to bsnl and this aircel number is being use for many purposessince 2004. Also i try to go to aircel office but there is a very long queue. Since being an old customer of aircel they should have send the upc code through sms or through email but it appears that the company is not taking any action on this and i have also heard that for some aircel number the upc code is being send through sms in the first week of february 2018. I am using Aircel mobile network and from last one month calls were not connecting to any other networks. But from last 5 days there is no network..This is my permanent number and used in all bank accounts and transactions. There is no information regarding shutting down of Aircel in Jaipur, Rajasthan. I have more than 1200 rs of balance. I've also lodge complaint via mail at Aircel customer care but there is no response.

I am kapil from udaipur rajasthan and i am using aircel no. From last 5 years and suddenly aircel has stop their network from last feb end and now aircel is not providing upc code for my aircel no [protected]. Due to which i am not able to port my number to other network. I also email to aircel customer office and receive no response form them.
Kindly help to generate upc codes so that i port my number to another network, as my this number is connected to my bank account, adhar system, income tax return.

Latha Sundaresan's response I was get port no and purchase Airtel sim from local sim retailer on 22.02.2018. But till the date my no is not change to airtel network. Airtel customer care is not tell the valuable answer or guide to me. Same time aircel is cutt off their service. So I can't transfer the network with the same number. That number is linked to all thinks like Aadhaar, bank, gas, ration card, and etc., I am helpless, please help me

Aircel is not sending my unique porting code after I send him the porting SMS, and it is charged 4 rupees also so I want my UPC quickly. It's an urgent.aircelnot provide tower in all my working location and there Customer Care no is not connected always so I need it change on immediate basis

Myself shiv mohan, please note my aircel number [protected] not from very start of march and no notification given regarding its closure. As most of accounts linked with this registered number which was very old, now i'm facing problem of portability. As i have visited various store but they said it couldn't possible to port number without network. Please help and action is needed against aircel for not providing any information.

Also please note the above complaint is from my father side.
