I am to her a refund of rs 3000/- towards non usage of Aircel I R facility and the duel bill charge at rs 460/- while closing down the account in respect of my erstwhile Aircel cell no [protected]
Sent a complaint to TRAI on 16/03/18 but no response till date
I have served as a director on the board of Aircel during my service at IDBI
I think I deserve a decent treatment and settlement of a genuine claim !ii

Even there is no acknowledgement thro a mail .??

    I am using tamilnadu Aircel and they issued a port code. I submitted for portability in other network but it was rejected due to invalid port. Why the Aircel provide invvaild or wrong port code. Now i am unable to get my old number. I am going to raise a consumer complaint about this issue.

      My mobile phone number is [protected], sim number is 47723 (Last five digit of sim) from last one month, i am not getting any network from aircel. Before that, i have not received any upc code. Now, i am unable to get the port code through sms service, as there is no network. From last 30 days i am trying to get the upc code through online server. However, so far, i am unable to get the port code.
      The message from the server is "unable to generate upc: customer mobile number is not active at crm"
      Please take necessary step to solve this issue, and provide the upc code asap.

        I lost mobile number [protected] (AIRCEL UTTRAKHAND-WEST UP) in addition to the following forwarded e-mail.
        required UPC code.at alternative no.[protected] has applied for application number- I-[protected] dated[protected] and has been contacted at customer care no [protected] very often but I have not received the any reply of Aircel Company.
        Aircel company has completely shut down its business in Uttarakhand.and most of the company's customer care numbers are closed or fake.I have this very important number, Please, I would like to resolve my problem as quickly as possible.

          From past few months my aircel number is not working, that is i m neither receiving any messeges or calls nor i m able to send messeges or make a call... May i know what are the reasons for the same? Its quite annoying and what should i do now.. Is there any solution or should i chamge my sim card.. A hell lot of time has passed now.. Please revert back soon...

            My aircel number is [protected]. I ported my number and got upc code and the code number is dt 49962. But i am not able to change my network. My number is getting rejected while porting and the issue is with the upc code number. Please provide me another upc code number. Please do the needful.

            My aircel sim card has stopped working from past 2 days i.e 24th march 2018.as this number is important for me i want to port the service but i cannot access that too as there is no netwrk to the sim. reply as soon as possible.

              It has been frustrating since my aircel network were gone, i did not get any upc code neither could i request for the same. All my personal documents are linked to aircel number [protected].

              I am trying to port my number past 1 month from aircel to another operator
              But again and again upc code mismatch is coming.
              I am unable to port my number and facing a lot of problem.

              Further if problem is not solved i have to goto all the offices (Adhar, pan card etc.) for changing my number which...

                Hello, i am facing problem with incoming calls after switching my network from aircel to vodafone. My number was successfully ported from aircel to vodafone but then after i'm facing a strange problem. I'm able to make calls but unable to receive calls from anyone. Whenever i call my ported number from any other number it says "the number doesn't exist". When i contacted vodafone cc first time they told me it will take another four hours to complete entire porting process then after i will not have any kind of problems. But even after 10 days. I'm unable to receive calls from any number. So i contacted vodafone cc again this time they told me that might be aircel blocked my number so i'm unable to receive calls from any number. What should i do now???

                I have requested UPC on March 9, 2018and UPC code is Q7368789.
                When I shared this to other service provider, this code shows invalid.
                I have requested UPC again, but same code is received and same problem exists.

                I want to port my Aircel number to other service provider.
                I had applied for port out option from Aircel and My UPC is FD835291. When I tried to check the status of port out and new connection to different subscriber through http://www.mnpindia.in/know-your-porting-status.aspx, I am getting a "Records Not found" message. I received the UPC on 19.03.2018 and applied for new network on 24.03.2018
                Since last 15 days there is no network in shouth mumbai on airel simcard. Pincode-400039 & 400001. Due to no network my aircel number stuck and unable to received a call even not able to do a single call to anywhere.

                My AIRCEL has not been working from March 1 st 2018. i am unable to do port also because i need port Id to change my network.

                Kindly look into this and resolve this ASAP.
                My Kolkata aircel no is [protected]. Unable to generate UPC code as their is no network. This is very important number for me as it a linked with almost everything. If no actions will be taken as soon as possible I will be bound to report the consumer forum.

                  I was using aircel mobile postpaid (Mobile No [protected] )services since 2010, recently i have converted into prepaid on the advise of aircel customer care, i visited the aircel store at paradise, Hyderabad and spent 600 for prepaid conversion, its been 15 days no network. i am really facing problem bcoz of all my banking transactions are linked to the same no, really tired to reach the customer care, stores are closed, Nodali officer no is not getting connected.
                  i cant make any payments bcoz i am unable to receive OTP, i am paying late fee and penalities bcoz of this network issue.

                  Pls help me.

                  I dint received any response, Please revert back on it.
                  Aircel in karnataka is not providing network & i have ported to Airtel but documents has not processed to port. I'm not getting network, call, msg & net. Because of this i couldn't able to access net banking & it affecting my financial activity & also its directly affecting my business activity.
                  Please help me with the UPC code for porting my Aircel mobile number - [protected].

                  I am unable to get the UPC code through call or SMS.

                    I switched from aircel to vodafone and having MNP, UPC is 2R151862 and moble no [protected] dated on 12 march'18. And after 15 days long time, still I am not able to get signals.

                      The connection for aircel is permanently closed i tried generating the upc code but, a message have been given to me that upc: customer mobile number is not active at crm. I also had a talk with the customer care people & they informed me that they are not having any documents. This is my 9 years old number & i could not reach anyone. Please do look into the matter.

                        My name is thadimarri naryana reddy. I am using aircel mobile sim ([protected]) from past 3 years. From past few days back i got disconnected from services without any reason. I tried to customer care, but i not get proper response from their end. Even i went to meet customer at koramangala aircel express on 20/02/2018, "he says nothing wrong from your end. But your number got disconnected". I asked him to resolve mu issue, but he says "it can be done on koramangala aircel office near star bazar. I went to aircel office on 26/03/2018.
                        I am not able to get solution from them. They saying that"mistakes from company only, but now no technicians here". Please show some path or way to get my number back. I am trying to port my number. I am not geting port code. Before 26/03/2017 i am getting calls and msgs even its in disconnected status. After that i am getting not signal. My friends and family numbers having this number only. My all accounts linked with this aircel number. Please give solution to get my number back. Respond as early as possible.

                          I am a resident of durgapur. I and my wife have been using aircel for around 5 years. All of a sudden on 2nd march, 2018, our sim cards stopped working. I was out of station and could not contact anyone till i got another sim. I am highly disappointed by their service as there is no prior notice regarding the closing of aircel in west bengal. We had balance above rs 300 and
                          There will be no refund. Who is taking the responsibility for all the aircel users and their losses?

                            My aircel mobile number [protected]. My network has vanished from 25th march 2018. I have tried to contact customer care via telephone but it is switched off, tried to reach their appealeate authority via email but i didn't get any response. All galleries in mumbai are already shut down. Now i have prepaid main balance in my account more than 7800 /- rs. I request company to give full refund of prepaid balance into my bank account.                               That no. Is very important for me...

                                I am a customer of aircel pre-paid and mobile number is [protected] using since last year, i have recharged inr. 100 by yesterday but the sim card not working now (Sim card registration failed), i am using the same number with my all activities and my business related work kindly support urgently

I contact with airtel & they suggest some wrong upc displayed so that problem observed. I want to continue my no.[protected] and there is way contact the aircel customer care.                                     We have been literally suffering from the aircel as there is not network all across bengaluru and we have not received any intimation from the company.
                                    We are nither able to port nor able to do any thing. And i have provided my bank with aircel no. On this i am not able to receive any otp.

                                    We would require them to bring back their network so we can have enough time to port to other networks. And they need to publicly apologise to all aircel customers as this is total betrayal (Back stabbing) towards their loyal customers. And media reports suggest they are filing to bankruptcy before they do it they better relieve there customers and go ahead with it.

                                      I tried to port my aircel number [protected] to vodafone as there is network issues.
                                      The procedure for porting has been finished from vodafone side and aircel has to approve the porting request. Please approve the porting request as i'm unable to contact anyone because of network issue. Please approve it as soon as possible. I tried reaching customer care but i couldn't connect.

                                        I am akhil nambiar from pune. I got my aircel upc code on jan 25 2018, but due to some reasons i used it on 22 march 2018 after expiry date. Now it is shown invalid. As aircel has stopped in our area i don't have any other options to get a new upc code. When i tried online the same code is shown again. My phone number is very important, please help. My upc code was fz822935.
