Issue is regarding portability of my aircel number and i'm unable to port to any other vendors as i have not received the unique portablity number yet. I facing this issue from the past 1 month. I had sent 3 messages on 1900 for portablity however i didnt received any unique portablity number (Upn) till now. Please look into the matter and resolve this issue at the earliest. Thank you.

    Dear aircel
    Now my complaint is that i have recharge a number ([protected]) dated 22 march, which was on aircel before 15 march. Due to mnped to idea,
    I have wrongly recharged on operator aircel, which should be cancel at the operator end anyhow. But freecharge showing successful which is wrong and my money has not refunded yet because you (Aircel received money) so. I lost rs 260.

    I request you to refund my money as soon as possible. If the number is not on operator aircel, aircel recharge which should be cancel or fail the recharge any how at the your end. But you have showing recharge successful. Its a bad impression on regular and old customer.

    Sir, investigate it, i have send several mail and mails to nodal and appellate officer of aircel. But no response.
    I am not using your services more than 15 days.
    Please refund my money anyhow. Its a scam, cheat and forgery.
    I am waiting for your response on both emails.
    It's my humble request you to return my money if i am not using your service anymore.

    As I have MNPed I recharge on my old operator but instead of fail my recharge through my old operator, it's show recharge is successfull show I want to tell you that please refund my money which is wrongly accepted by you. As I have mention detail of operator id. Please refund this to him.

      I'm unable to port my aircel number and facing this issue from the last 2 months. I had continously sent msg on 1900 for around 1 months on daily basis, at last finally i losses and visited the store for porting, however they denied, so request you to please help me as my number is not working from the 10 days and facing huge trouble due to this.

        I stay in mumbai borivali. My son has no network from past 24 hours and it's happening for 2-3 days. I called customer care bt it's not one is picking up the call. It's my business number. What to do? Take some actions asap do i have to port my number to another operater?? How to resolve this issue? I have called [protected] many times but there is no response.

          Hai... My number ([protected]) as i could not make any calls from my number and i could not receive any calls. As iam an employee i need to make calls, but this sim is not working at all. This same number i have given for my bank account, so it is quite difficult to change my number. Even i need to get my cab messages daily from my company even those are not coming. It is becoming very difficult from me. Even in some scenarios i missed my cab as i could not get my cab message. Please try to resolve this problem as early as possible.

            I have been trying to send the port message but have not received any code since the past one month. I have repeatedly tired to send the message. I have tried sending the port message on multiple service providers like airtel and vodafone as well but have not received any upc.

              I am unable to send the port message for my Aircel number from last 10 days ..I am getting error message as sending failed and even now I am unable to call the customer care number ..please solve this soon as I need to port my number from Aircel..Even there is no range to it ..can't call or even receive .SMS facility is completely stopped

                Hi
                All of a sudden, incoming and outgoing calls, outgoing sms from aircel number is not working. Incoming sms is the only thing that works. I don't know the reason for this and the number is linked to my bank account, wallets etc. So its very important for me to have the number working as expected with all the services. Not even able to call the aircel customer care and all the network bars are shown.

                  Thanks i have received my port number. Now problem is my fiance not yet received the port number he unable to change network service now. He gave this number to all areas. He can't change it. Please send port number for [protected]. Please send him as soon as possible. He tried all ways to receive it, but he not yet received. He have to keep this number for all id and documents. Hope you can understand

                    After much trouble i got the port code for my aircel number [protected], as dk246913 and tried to port it to bsnl, but aircel is not sending the required port information to bsnl to complete the process. The status says canceled after two attempts, the latest on 21.03.2018
                    Now, even the customer service voice call has stopped working for aircel to generate a new port code for re-doing the process.
                    My old number was submitted in almost all official documents.

                      I sahil kotru having two aircel postpaid (Coip) connections ([protected], [protected]) and i want to port that both numbers because aircel network is no longer but problem is that i am not able to generate upc code from both call ([protected]) and by sms to 1900 and also aircel closes all his stores, corporate office in my area because of that i am not able to port my numbers

                      So i requested you to pplease provide upc codes of my both numbers from aircel and resolved my problem

                          Whats happening guys... Almost three weeks i have waited for upc but i haven't received anything.. Wats going on... Really one of the worst network i never ever experienced. I don't know what to do now.. My bank accounts are connected with aircel number. Iam waiting for signal but past 3 weeks there is no signals for aircel.. Guys please dont play with public, please provide upc number to us... We have trusted you guys and we have taken aircel network but you people not helping us. I'm requesting you people to provide my upc code asap.

                            I'm using aircel connection since january 10, 2018. Now i want to port my number due to the company's bankruptcy.

                            I have tried many times to send port out sms to 1900, but each time it's showing me failed notification.

                            This number is very crucial for me as it's used in many important documents already.

                            I dnt know where to call.. So, kindly help me out with this condition.

                                My sms is also not working so if an upc code has been sent i will not be able to receive it...                                 Hello Rajosmita Saha,

                                I was also an AIRCEL user and was facing the same issue some days back. The network was down always. Faced very hard time in getting the UPC. All you need to do is, call to AIRCEL customer care number[protected], without listening to IVR options press 111 (3 times 1 directly), the IVR would say you the UPC code in call. Do note that, you can listen the code more than once by pressing * on your mobile. Now you have your UPC with which you can port-out happily.

                                Let me know if you face any issue with UPC code/getting the SIM last 5 digits

                                  Tried to send message to get unique code for porting which aircel people are not allowing also. Tried to call customer service which ther are not connecting to communicate with aircel respresentatives.
                                  If they can not service then should allow us to port. It is very unconvinience, we are using the number for many purposes now all the communication is blocked. Please respond earliest

                                    I am a aircel consumer last 5 year, but get some unusable issue with aircel network.
                                    Need to port my aircel number to another telecome company but when i send massage to 1900 for porting my aircel number to get upc code, massage got fail every time even i try to call costomer care do not get any responce.

                                    Please help to get upc number from aorcel

                                    I tried to Port out my sister's number from Aircel to Airtel, but my sister got a message stating that 'your request to Port your mobile number to Airtel has been rejected by your current operator (i.e. Aircel) due to UPS mismatch issue'. Please suggest me what to do.
                                    My aircel sim is showing 'Emergency calls only' due to which i am unable to send a message for port request. This sim has stopped working from quite a time and due to the latter reason i have been unable to port it to airtel. Can you guys look into this matter and resolve it.

                                      I've waited long enough but now my official transactions are getting hampered. So from last few days i'm trying to port my sim but i'm not able to get the code as message is not being sent. I am having lots of problem on day to day transactions. There's no authorized area to register the complaint and get this resolved. I am getting tired of all of this.

                                      I requested MNP out request on 6 mar 2018, but it is on MCH pending for last 12 days. Unfortunately Aircel financial crisis, affected millions of valuable customers. As one the aircel customer, I request you to clear the pending my request as soon as possible.

                                        I opted to port out of aircel since they announced on media(TV) that they would stop operations soon. After struggling for a few days to get the port code(UPC) I got it. I gave the number to the vodafone store to get the number with Vodafone. I completed the formalities and got a vodafone sim on 9.3.18. I was informed that it would take about 7 days to get actovated. Today, after 14 days, still it is not activated. I got informatiin from vodafone that they still did not get confirmation from aircel.
