Dear sir,

I have got CUG no In Lanson motors. I have resigned in 2010. After that I have given letter to remove from CUG. Till date not taken any action.(Letter given to Poonamalle High Road).Now I received portablity code as CDT92389.

Now I have given the portablity code to Airtel.

Please do the needful.

I tried generating UPC code through IVR. Didn't receive UPC code. When trued for the second time saying not an aircel number. Please help me out in getting UPC code.

        I'm using aircel number from past 8 years and these month the signals are not good and i have planned to port it other network, not able to receive port code reply when i sent sms to 1900, no aircel stores opened in my surrounding areas, not able to reach customer support team to resolve issues.

          I have been given upc pk874843 (No. [protected]) upto 16-apr-2018 which is being stated as invalid by airtel who is not accepting it. Unable to generate fresh code. Neither online nor the ivr number and the sms option which states the format of sending upcode request sms as invalid - none of them work there is no network coverage in aircel at any time. How to do the porting?

              I am trying to change from aircel to airtel as there is no network of aircel at my workplace.
              So for that i reached to my near by shop, they arrange my upc number from aircel company and send the request but aircel rejected by request by sending a sms that upc mismatch. Then again after 3 to 4 day they try for porting my number but aircel again reject it by sending same sms.

                  From few days aircell company without any information stop his market visit & communication, her distributors are also closed their offices, i am having paper voucher aps 1400/- & etop of 900/- in my aircell demo same the other shop having bulklly their vouchers & etop. Very bad to say we are geting 2.5% marjin in our sell, in this situation what can we have to do? Who take the responsibility for this?

                      I am sivanesan from thanjavur. I am one of the customer using aircel network. I have been registered my mobile number in arafat and bank sector. Now the network is not connected so i want to switcswitch to another network with same number so i was sent message to 1900 for asking port number there was no response. I don't have any serial number back side of sin and i tried to get serial number from icicid application but that number mismatch reply from aircel.                         I have been trying to get upz code by sms from the 8th march from aircel but they keep saying incorrect code.

                        "you have entered an incorrect code. Please sms port to 1900 for initiating a new request."

                        I get the above message every time i send sms for code.

                        I had the same number for the past 15 years and being a senior citizen it would be too much of a hassle for me to change this number. Kindly do the needful.

                              Hi, my problem is that i want to port my aircel sim because i am not getting aircel network in my locality. I have heard that a cell is going to shut down then networks permanently so in that case i want to take the sim and another network with the same number, so i want to generate upc code for porting my sim i have contacted aircel customer care but i was unable to generate my upc code.                                 I have opted for port out of Aircel via SMS 15 days back .. Sns delivered to Aircel but after that no reply back from aircel and the network also not available.
                                My number is [protected] Jharkhand circle.
                                My alternative number is [protected]
                                Kindly SMS the port number to my alternative number or mail address [protected]@gmail.com.

                                  I an e s kumar i had paid a refundable sum of rs 3000/- on 1702/18 for activation of international roaming [ i r ]charges for activation during the period from 08/03/ to 25/06/18 this was due to the wrong advice of the front desk staff as he confirmed that aircel ir would work this was done vide receipt no eps40237047 st 17/02/18.
                                  In a weeks time or so the system and aircel services were crashed and i have not been able to meet any one in the aircel office due to chaos and public crowd there at.
                                  This amount needs to be refunded to me by way of a crossed cheque and sent to my chennai residential address which is in records of aircel
                                  I may add that during my service at idbi i had served as a director on the board of aircel during[protected]
                                  I think i deserve a fair and genuine treatment
                                  I have switched over to another service provider retaking the same cell no
                                  My bill for aircel has been thro ecs with my billing cycle from 19 th of every month
                                  Having paid a bill of rs 488//- for my last billing cycle on 0503/18, thro idbi bank when i was to change the service provider on 06/03/18, the system showed again a pending amount ofrs 490/- which i had to pay under duress (Vide idbi card transaction code 0330344) the system could not generate ny bill as it was faulty) as i immediately needed to switch over the service provider before i left india on 07/03/18
                                  The aircel services were not avialable at all from second week of february and so this amount of rs490/- is also a wrong& excess levy which needs to be refunded to me
                                  The total amount payable to me th so would be rs 3000/- +rs 490/- totalling to rs 3490/-
                                  Would be thankful to have the total refund at the earliest

                                    Need port code upc.

                                    I tried all possible ways to get the code and no use.
                                    Very worst behaviour from aircel.
                                    Artist have some minimum responsibly to share each aircel costumer their port code.
                                    You are shutting down and why not send coffee to everyone directly.
                                    Why do you want the cousins to try your useless options to generate code, just to add to the frustration?
                                    What your have fine is already enough, don't anguish.

                                      Hi... Can u please tell me why my aircel sim is not working... I was not using my sim since 1month and today suddenlly i got to know that my sim is not working... Please resolve my issue.. Its very necesary for me to make this sim running... Please help me out with a perfect solution.. Hope you understand my problem and will reply me back with perfect solution

                                        I like aircel and it used to be one the best atleast for me.
                                        But i have this problem that today i ported my number [protected] into airtel because i have network issues with your company and @10:36 i got this messege-'request for mobile no. [protected] to airtel has been rejected by your current operator as upc mismatch'
                                        Plz look into dis asap
