Hi,
I'm using aircel number from past 8 years and these month the signals are not good and i have planned to port it other network, not able to receive port code reply when i sent sms to 1900, no aircel stores opened in my surrounding areas, not able to reach customer support team to resolve issues.
Hope you try to understand my urgency and resolve issue asap.

I am trying to change from AIRCEL to AIRTEL as there is no network of aircel at my place. But AIRCEL is not providing me the Unique porting code. I have send the SMS and call on [protected] for requesting UPC many times on 11 Mar, 2018 but to no avail. AIRCEL guys please send me UPC. my aircel number is [protected]

I have balance in my Aircel number RS. 1860. But due to No Service I cannot use my balance.
If I port my no. to other service provider the balance will not transfer to the other service provider.

I have got CUG no In Lanson motors. I have resigned in 2010. After that I have given letter to remove from CUG. Till date not taken any action.(Letter given to Poonamalle High Road).Now I received portablity code as CDT92389.
Now I have given the portablity code to Airtel.
