I am facing problem with porting. My upc code expired before the new operator could processed for mnp (showing in website upc expiry date[protected]. Now i dont have network to generate new upc and neither the number given by aircel is working. Please help me as soon as possible . As is the primary number for my all bank, aadhar related documents. Its very urgent.

Aircel has stopped the service in maharashtra and i have ported

in vodafone postpaid on 27/03/2018 but my number was not ported

in vodafone

I'm aware that aircel has been bankrupt and subscribers are been ported out to other services.

However i am currenly in usa now and couldn't reach aircel support through any means as updated in their website, however i want to know how i could get my number ported out to other service providers.

Also will i get the current balance transferred to my the ported service provider.

I generated my upc code on 30 march but it got expired before i can port to some other network, but every time i try to generate new upc code in the online site which is available, it shows the expired one upc code please tell how to generate new upc code. Every time on this site

I ported on 31 mar 2018 from aircel to airtel and activation date was given as 17th april 2018. But not activated yet. Now customer care is saying upc code mismatch/details not available or any other excuse. What to do now? After waiting so long now these excuses are creating nuisance. Initially there was problem with upc code generation. But after doing everything number is not activated

My aircel sim card stopped working from a month no network and when i call to this no. It shows it is switched off, now what can i do no customer service number is picking up the phone. Means this kid of service i cant accept from aircel. Aircel does not cares for its old customers which is a bad influence in market that's one of the reason aircel lost its market.

Please send Porting code for my numbers [protected] and [protected].
Mobile signals are not available since 45 days. I have registered my bank account and trading account on above numbers. Aircel declare bankruptcy without releasing porting numbers.

I want to port my aircel service to other service... Message not send to 1900 (Universal port number) from last two days. Even i called their complaint number 198, they keep saying me their server is down.

It is something blocked by aircel, just to ensure that no body is able to port from aircel to other providers.

Since aircel network is not available, i wanted to port my number to other network.

So i sent a message like port to 1900 from aircel sim itself.

Not able to send a message, since the service is not available for this sim.

My numbers which belonged to Reliance, [protected] & [protected] were ported to aircel in m/o Dec 2017 & Jan'18. Last month suddenly both these numbers stopped working for many days without any valid reason. I have already registered my aadhar with these number at the time of porting of numbers. Please help. I may be contacted on [protected]. All these numbers are in rajasthan circle. Please activate these number if aircel is no more working or provide me code so that I may be able to port these number to some other service provider.

I had balance of rs. 500 in my demo sim & before one day company send me another rs. 500 to my demo sim for business. Where as the next day morning aircel company collapsed. But after this its about 2 months to being closed, the aircel company not taking any action to refund the balance which had been transferred to my demo. But i need that aircel must refund my cash when the company is closed & i cant do any transaction from my demo sim.

So i request to trai please look into the matter and order to aircel to refund my money & withdraw there balance from demo sim.

Dear sir. Earlier aircel prepaid shutdown the maharashtra circle so now my sim is showing "emergency calls" i have prepaid number of aircel & requesting for port code to nearest outlets but they can't able to got port code.
Retail store has suggested for forward the details to aircel customer care with the complete kyc of mine & simcard last 5 digit. As per his suggestion i've forward all the details on his maharastra circle customer care id nine times with cc to trai department when i didn't reply after fourth mail.
I am very surprised that no tri or no aircel his help me to provide the port code. I humble request to you please help me out reason i don't have shut down my old number.
I am ever thankful if you solve the issue.

Hi consumer court,
I am aircel customer for more than a year now. I have around 500 rs bal in two numbers [protected] and [protected]. A month earlier suddenly all the services of mobile network was stopped without any prior notification. If aircel network is not going to start in future, i request them to refund the money present in our prepaid sim to our bank account. I have talked to aircel representative at aircel express centres, but they said they can't do anything, as company is # down operations. This is totally unfare to shut down network without any prior notification. I want my money back.

I m unable to pay bill for postpaid no-[protected], number is deactivated, while trying for on line payment, it asks for relationship number, which i don't have, plz resolve.

Also visited several stores in the area, they are denying to receive amount.

Aircel is not responding to any calls or emails regarding reconnection / bill payment.

Since all my bank account, e mail id's & personal information has been linked with this phone number, i severely affected.

Plz ask aircel to collect dues & reactivate number as soon as possible.

Aircel representative feedback is not satisfactory regarding payment of dues & activation of disconnected number, plz 're raise the issue for payment in a defined & specified outlet / customer service centre .

Since the company's going down financially or what i don't know, they have stopped providing service in most areas. So there's no network coverage of aircel here. Since, all my official bank accounts and other important things are linked with this no. [protected] i need to portable this no. To another network. But every time i apply for portability, they are rejecting it and not letting me port my number.

My no [protected] had been ported out from aircel to bsnl in last month after that i recharged my account with 50 rs from freecharge but due to their app mistake the money transferred to aircel instead of bsnl. Freecharge claiming that they tried to contact aircel regarding the same but as they are fraud and cheating company they are refusing to give the money back. I believe if it had happened to me it might had happened to others too. I want you to take strict action against the aircel so they will not do it again to any one. I am a customer of aircel from past 7 years. It is my permanent number and has given as a reference everywhere.

I completed my studies and applied for job giving this number. Later i came to know i missed many opportunities including my passport verfication, from the month of march. I lost a lot from this irresponsible service. I demand a compensation.

I even tried to change network by using port method but no use. I tried to contact aircel customer care many times but no response.

Kindly do reply, i trusted your team and looking forward for justification.

I don't want to lose that number as many people will contact in that number..
