We are using the aircel mobile for a long time suddenly they shut down their operation it would be very difficulty for communication before shutting their operation some information should be provided so that the we can able to switch for other operator kindly look for the customer so that they not face problum

    Aircel no [protected] is getting rejected for upc every time nearly 7 times . I tried to port to Airtel. Airtel says they will get UPC code from Aircel but all 7 time they were rejected for Upc. It was taken in my office as CUG connection. Prior to trying to porting this before few years I got rejected because they said it’s under company CUG (closed user group)
    Aircel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    My aircel number +91-[protected] has no network from the past 2 weeks and i am unable to port as well. Aircel stores have been shut down in my area. Please provide assistance as this number is really needed for my personal & offical work.

        I have tried sending "port 9xxxxxxxxx" message to 1900 multiple times, all the time it is failing with "message not sent" error. Please help to resolve this issue. I have been facing issue with very poor network coverage from aircel since last 2 weeks. Everyone is complaining that my number is not reachable. I have tried reaching to aircel via twitter but couldn't succeed as they didn't respond to my tweets.

          Sir,
          Aircel has not been providing network since last month. I tried to port out my number [protected] thrice last month only. But aircel did not issue the upc code. And they do not reply to any query or mail.

          I request you to issue guidelines and order the company to send upc code. A number of customers are suffering from the same problem. So, please help all o[censored]s.

                Even my account balance was automatically reduced to 0. I tried contacting to customer care but there is no responce.

                Even i can't send sms to 1900 port, plz give the proper solution.

                  I can't send message to 1900 to port my aircel number to another operator. Everytime when i try to send message, it fails to send.
                  My aircel number is gone in emergency call only but sometimes it comes out from emergency and i try to send "port xxxxxxxxxx" to 1900. Here x is my aircel number. All incoming calls are now disabled even when i recharged my message of recharge is also not coming.

                      I am trying to port my aircel no [protected]. As there is no network in that sim i can't send sms to 1900. I was trying to generate upc no from iccid no. But the retailer is saying that it is an incorrect number. I am just guessing an incident which may be the cause. My phone was stolen 3 -4 years ago so i made an fir and submitted the gd to aircel retailer and they provide me a new sim with the same number. Please guide me what to do and how can i keep this number. My this number is user adhar card, bank, gas everywhere. I have completed the kyc for this number a few months ago.
                      Please help me to keep this no and port to another provider.

                        I am facing many problems due to aircel network. I am disconnected from many days. I tried many times to port my number [protected]. I send massage. But i haven't got yet upc. Plz provide me upc to port another network. I used this network since 2006 a. D. It was my bad luck that aircel network is out of service. I am facing many problems such as receiving many massages from bank, electricity board, lic etc. I am unable to change my aircel number [protected]. I had given this number in my epf from too. So, it is very tuft to change with a new number. I had sent port massage 3 times on 23/2/2018. Buti had not given upc. But a massage came from customer care when i sent the first massage. The massage was "dear customer, please send the request in the below format. Port after that i again send two massage but it didn't work. Then i once again sent a massage on 25/2/2018. Now i am waiting for upc these days. But it is too late. So, please kindly help me to get the upc. It is my simple request to you. Have a nice day.

                          I gave a mnp request from aircel (Mobile no. [protected]) to airtel (Delhi circle). I got a message from airtel stating that aircel has rejected my request due to mismatch of the porting code.
                          But aircel upc code and the same is entered while submitting the document.
                          Kindly resolve the issue. Even a letter was submitted and again rejected one more time. This is like harassing us.

                          What is that aircel need, why there is no simple process to port out. I did paid 2 time excess amount for the prepaid, so that aircel is not rejecting saying as outstanding amount.

                          When I got the news for shutting down of company I walked to my nerest store to get my number converted to another sim but I am unable to generate IPC code as the site displays that sim card details mismatch though the number iccid and mob. Number is correctly entered

                            I want to port my Aircel service to other service...Message not send to 1900 (Universal port number) from last two days. Even I called their complaint number 198, they keep saying me their server is down.

                            It is something blocked by Aircel, just to ensure that no body is able to PORT from aircel to other providers.

                                I am unable to port my number to other service due to signal problem. If i send my number to 1900 there is no reply, i also tried the aircel number to port chennai :[protected] but this is also of no use. I also tried the link https://ekyc.aircel.com:444/ekyc/genupc. Html but it implies service temporarily not available. I tried all my way to generate the upc code for aircel. I need this number as it is important for office purpose. I am getting frustrated as i am repeatedly trying to port my number from 2nd march 2018. Kindly help me in generating the upc code please. It will be very helpful to me.

                                  My aircel sim from karnataka is not working for 2 weeks. The customer care people are not able to find a solution. I want to port to another network now. But since the sim is already deactive i am not being able to generate upc. This is my primary number and the number is very important to me. I want to port my sim as soon as possible. Please help.

                                    My aircel number showing register failed suddenly from 13th march night. Still it is showing that. My number is [protected]. I want to port out my number. So i try to portable through sending message to 1900 on 1st march. But i does not receive any reply from aircel. So i try to portable my number again by sending sms to 1900 on 12th march night. But on 13th march my number showing not register. I have that number register in many places. So i want that number in any way. The service provided by aircel is very worst and i am not able to make even a phone call. Please resolve the issue so that i can portable my number.

                                        I want to port form aircel to airtel but not able as they say upc provided is incorrect. I tried generating upv by sending sms but i'm not able to send port sms since there are no signals and the upc generated through ivr is not clearly audible.
                                        I have sent mails to aircel customer care but no use. They doesn't provide provide any solution to the problem.

                                        Please help. Me with new upc.
