[protected] but i'm unable to do so, i've also tried to call their customer care but it isn't working so no response from aircel's end too, i also tried to call [protected] but it says that the sim number is wrong even if it's correct, kindly please solve this issue as soon as possible!...

    I am trying to change from AIRCEL to Vodafone as there is no network of aircel at my workplace. But AIRCEL is not providing me the Unique porting code. I have send the SMS requesting UPC many times but to no avail. AIRCEL guys please send me UPC. As i am in DEAD ZONE of your coverage area.

      My Name is Pradeep and my mobile number is [protected] and i need port code to change to other network and also no aircel store is open near to my house and also when i tried to call customer care, even to customer care also calls arent connecting and even customer care mail id is int working, when i tried to send a mail it has reverted back. so how will i get my port code and i dont want to change my numbet aslo.

            Dear Sir,
            I am using the aircel mobile Number since many years and I want to port out my aircel no as there is no network for last one month but whenever i am sending sms (PORT [protected] TO 1900) for generating UPC ( unique porting code ) they are not providing me the UPC code & everytime Re1.00 is deducted from my main balance. I Called up customer care and did not get any response . I dont know what to do now??Please provide me UPC so that I can port my number.

                I hv switched over from r com to aircel recently due to retain the previous number under portability. I hv recharged rs,.205/- with aircel and i do not know the sudden decision taken by aircel for closure and they hv not given sufficient times to use the talktime. And i hv kept talk time balance of 205/-. Aircel not refunded by unused talktime balance of rs.200/- talktime balance i hv sent mails to aircel for which no response till date and no refund recd till date

                  I am using Aircel mobile([protected]). I had balance around 308 Rs. But suddenly the balance was removed and now become zero. Also I could not send the PORT message and I am getting error "Aircel 38". I tried to contact customer care but in vain.

                  So please let me know why the balance was deducted and why I can send PORT message to 1900?

                    I have been sending port requests since two months and i have not yet received my unique porting code. I have sent my last porting requests on 10th march 2018.                               I am unable to port my aircel number despite having network no sms can be sent to 1900.

                              Trying to call the customer care numbers also is futile as none are working. It says due to technical issue we are unable to assist you...

                              This is so pathetic that a company winds up without planning any support how do we go about resolving this. Are we sitting ducks to be taken for a ride.

                              Please help generate the upc code require to complete the port to other provider. My aircel number is [protected].

                                  I'm an aircel customer. Im using this as a main number. I want to switch to airtel network.in many of the places i have given it as my contact number.                                       I am trying to get upc of my aircel number for last 14 days but to no avail. And when aircel send my upc number last week. I tried to port my number to airtel but aircel canceled by porting request saying my upc mismatched although i provided the same upc that aircel which was 1r619*. When i gave this port number to airtel for mnp they told me that aircel upc does not start with 1r*. My number is [protected]. I want my upc and to port out of aircel as there is no network of it.
