My aircel nobile number is [protected].
I am trying to change from aircel to other as there is no signal my number dated on 12 march 2018 till now, and also, aircel is not providing me the unique porting code. I have send the sms requesting upc many times on 11 march to 05 march, 2018 but to no avail, but the charges of the per msg is rs. 0.50 deducted from my aircel account every time. Aircel guys please send me upc. As i am in howrah, west bengal which is not a dead zone of your coverage area.
Please send me the upc in my mobile number asap.

Hi, my mobile number is [protected] (Aircel). Aircel is not sending me the port code for this number, even after trying so many times. I have sent message "port [protected]" to 1900. Lt has been more than 20 days now, that i didn't recieve my port code. Aircel has already gone bankrupt & will be shutting down its services fully. I feel helpless now. Also the aircel network goes of often, now.

Kindly provide a solution, to get the port code from any other source.

Past few weeks i am not able to send or receive any sms or calls to my aircel no. Even after sending as per format i sent the port request message to 1900. Receiving as message not sent.

Please provide any other alternative source to get port no.

Your local aircel area is not working & the deadline to get the port is nearing to end & tell me how to share my mobile no. With you to resolve the issue.

I have used aircel wb circle no [protected] since last 05 years. It is connected with aadhar, bank & other important sites. I have tried to port out from aircel to other for last 15 days every way, but, upc code of aircel no [protected] not received yet. I have facing lots of troubles now as the above said aircel no is completely dead and no signal found. Aircel customer care is also not connected/ answered.

I'm trying to get port number by multiple ways for past 10 days. Still i couldn't reach aircel. First of all, i don't get network at any where in tamil nadu. I tried to select other networks signals manually, that is also not supported. I tried to reach the number [protected] so many times, but i don't get the port number, since the call is getting ended after entered my mobile number & last five digit aircel sim number. Besides i tried ekyc page of aircel site so many times, there also i'm helpless. Now i couldn't do any bank transaction, since i linked my aircel number to all banks. So if i tried to do transaction, it's asking for otp. We are all aircel family. For that sake, they didn't provide any prior information regarding the issues of closing the network. Instead they sent me a message like aircel closing is fraudulent message, don't believe. Please take necessary action to get a port number for all our family members to move out in hassle free way

My aircel number is not working from past one month delhi ncr region. i don, t know what to do i have attached this number to many accounts so really need this number

i tried to PORT it but sms doesnt work . please help me through this problem

and i dont understand how can you do this to your coustmers without telling them you just take your services off

I want to port my aircel service to other service... Message not send to 1900 (Universal port number) from last two days. Even i called their complaint number 198, they keep saying me their server is down.

It is something blocked by aircel, just to ensure that no body is able to port from aircel to other providers.

Please send me upc code

I am facing too much problem regarding aircel network.
I already sent many msg to 1900 for upc code but didn't receive yet. Im not receiving any bank otp and any bank information and any important call, i am really facing a very bad situation.

We have been giving service to aircel as a distributor since long, but the sudden state of network and the way aircel has stopped its services without providing knowledge to the people who have been the part of the company has brought us to great shock.

1. Unavailability of network has stopped the sale of the amount of stock we had which is inclusive of approximate 6 lakh.

2. The retailers to which the distributors provide the stock aren't ready to except the situation, and it is immaterial for them to except whose fault it is! There is a continuous situation of riot in the office, as they blame distributors.

3. The commissions and the payable from the company still stand due of distributors and retailers since december itself.

4. The employees (Dsr's) who were working for the company haven't recieved their salaries and are completely unemployed now as they were dependent on the turn overs by the company and us

5. The agreement security deposit of 50000 is still with the company and there is no response in regards of it from the company.

so, sir just to throw light on the prevailing condition the business i was doing as a distributor was based on loans itself being from a middle class family, this condition will bring me to such an aggrieved state that the recovery will not also be a mere thought! sir it is a humble request from a businessman belonging to a middle class family please consider the thought of final settlement as with the bankrupcy and insovency of the company comes disruption of families. As a shock of loss of amount approx of 10 lakh will be unbearable for a father of 2.

As i am a aircel user for the past 4years. Now the company cut off their networks without giving any warning. The aircel number i used was given to all my colleagues, bank, etc. This number is very important. So i kindly request to send me a upc code number to change my network without changing the number. I have been tried in many ways to change. But the only hope was getting upc code. Please send my upc code

I am using Aircel No [protected] under Bihar Circle. Many times I have sent the porting Sms, all messages are sent to Aircel successfully but I am not receiving porting Code from Aircel. Due to non generation of porting Code I am unable to port my no, i am facing huge loss due to no Aircel network from last one month. Customer care no is not getting connected, stores are not entertaining. Kindly provide UPC code on priority.

Hello all,

For last few days i have faced network issue at my aircel numbers:

1) *276
2) *277
3) *400

Now incoming and outgoing status is either not reachable or something went wrong of above numbers.

Can you tell me what’s a problem on these numbers and why faced bad network issue?

Also tell how much time it will take to resolve bad network issue from your end?

I was tried to port my aircel numbers but till now i haven’t recieve any port/upc code.

My aircel number[protected] becomes inactive for the past 2 weeks. I tried to call customer care, but they are not reachable. I also heard aircel is shutting down in Maharashtra. I cant sent a sms from my aircel number. whenever trying to contact customer care automated call is working but when connecting to customer care exceutive call is being diconnected, without any respone.my number is postpaid number of TN circle.also i dosent get my last month bill also. I'm trying to get a port code to convert aircel to airtel, I'm unable to get Port code.. This is the worst service I was given by Aircel.. Aircel is so smart that it doesn’t want its customers to simply go away without getting cancer.
I was facing network issues since 3months on my aircel and i finally thought to do mobile portability. I looked up for the procedure online and found that you’ll send to sms port to 1900 after which i should get a upc code. Which aircel is not giving. I’ve tried it 10times. Without that upc i will not be able to change the network. It’s very difficult now to take new different sim and gave the details with everyone.

I am unable to get the UPC number for my Aircel number - [protected].
There is no network to send message to 1900 to get my UPC number.
I even tried in some area where I had network, but only amount is deducted but no message.
Also tried to get the information from online through website
"https://ekyc.aircel.com:444/ekyc/genUPC.html" but no use and currently the service is unavailable.
Please help to get the same.
