I am trying to change from AIRCEL to AIRTEL as there is no network of aircel at my workplace. But AIRCEL is not providing me the Unique porting code. I have send the SMS requesting UPC many timesl. AIRCEL guys please send me UPC. As i am in DEAD ZONE of your coverage area.MY NUMBER IS [protected]

    Dear Sir,
    I have a Aircel Mobile No. [protected] and Now I wish to switch this number to any other mobile service provider.
    I tried many times to get "Unique Porting Code" by sending message "PORT [protected]" on 1900 but did not get any message from Aircel. Today (06/03/18) I again send message "PORT [protected]" on 1900.. then I got message "YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO SEND THE REQUEST FOR NUMBER[protected]"
    Sir, Please help me to provide "Unique Porting Code" from Aircel so that I can switch to another mobile service provider as Aircel services are died at my place.

    Hi i m jyotirmoy majumder...
    I want porring code of this number [protected]... customer care not pick up my phone call... i send port sms also
    Aircel has stopped it's services in mumbai. My network shows as disabled. I want to port this number however since there is no network i am unable to do so. I tried calling the customer care from another number, the person on the other end told me that there is no issue in mumbai and my services will be restored in 24 hours. It's been 7 days now.
    Can't we get port number through email??
    As the aircel number is not working
    Signals are not there

      Hi i have sent many sms to port my number. But i didn't receive porting no from aircel. Please send me porting code for my aircel no[protected] to my alternate no[protected].

      Please send me the upc code at the earliest.

      Why the network is not providing the upc code to the customer. This is very bad experience from aircel

                  Aircel cellular ltd offered unique porting code on 19 february 2018, received payment of rs. 719.40 on 23rd february 2018 towards outstanding dues. On 24 feb 2018, aircel denied receipt of payment of rs. 719.40 and refused to port out my mobile number 90947xxx34 till (03/03/2018) today. Aircel is unlawfully cheating customers money and denies mobile portability to postpaid customers. Aircel cellular ltd is a corrupted body and swindling money from loyal customers. I'm unable to port out my mobile number and migration to bharti airtel ltd is at stake. Tamil nadu government should intervene and take severe action and the honb'le high court must sue against them in order to bring justice to the innocent public.

                      Aircel is not providing the upc code, i went to their office at commerzone, pune, but office is also shut down and security guard says that aircel has closed their office from last two months. None of the aircel stores are working, all are closed, there is no signal also in aircel sim, mails are also bouncing back. How can i get upc code.

                      Neither SIM has signal, nor anybody at Aircel company attending calls, nor responding to mails, please suggest the way to resolve this, as struggling from last two months.

                      Everywhere they mentioned to send SMS to 1900, when there is no signal in SIM, then how can I send SMS.
                      Secondly Aircel mentions to call customer care, when number of customer care [protected], does not exists now, so how can I make calls. thirdly when I call to any [protected] or any other customer care, they reject the call as my no does not belong to their circle. My Aircel no is from Maharashtra circle, Please help to resolve this.

                        Even after 4 days, my issue remains unresolved, whereas, aircel asked for only 2 days to resolve my problem.
                        I have not received my port code which i requested last saturday, i. E, 24 february 2018.

                            Hi,
                            I have been suffering from network issue for last few weeks.
                            I am trying to port out my aircel number to other numbers but i'm not able to get the port number. I have requested or sent the sms several times to the port request number which is 1900 but i didn't get the response back. I also tried to call aircel helpline as well as complaint number but they are not connecting the call to the customer support. Feeling helpless.

                              I am trying to help my mother in law to port from aircel to airtel, receiving reply from aircel stating to use a format but i am pretty sure i used correct format.

                              I am using port to 1900.

                              Please try to fix the issue. As my number is linked to gas, aadhar.. Etc if lose this number i need to work hell lot on updating number.

                                  Respected sir, I've tried many times to port out from Aircel and in the process, sent many SMS to get the UPC code from Aircel, but where it went out to be a futile attempt for many times. The reason for switching out is that, there is no signal in my place. Hence kindly allow me to switch to other company to ease of my work. Thank you.

                                    I just sent the port message to my aircel number, but i didn't recieve any. I tried calling the no. [protected] to port through ivr but it said that the information provided was wrong, though i typed correct mobile no. And sim card no., please help me through this.in the first place it is already a ported no. I ported from a reliance no. To aircel, but now this aircel is not at all working, they say they are going to close the company, i know the problem but how can i receive the upc since, this is the number i gave to all important works such as bank accounts, college, friends, family and circles.. I'm in an urgency to having port this number, so please kindly help me with this as quick as possible.

                                    i have been an aircel customer for a long time. Now, when i'm trying to port, i'm not getting my upc code. My mobile number is [protected]. I sent message to port around 6 times but didnt get any reply. I tried to port through iccid method, it says my sim number(ICCID) is wrong. please process my request cause my whole life now depends on you. i'm not able to do any bank transaction, cant open mail 'coz its linked to mobile number which has no signal. Sir i hope you will process my request as soon as possible.

                                      We are from tamil nadu. We want to convert aircel to other network. We are trying to get upc code for past 10 days and sent msgs so many times till now no reply without which wer are unable to conver to other network.

                                      Please help to send upc code atleast via email to this email id as this is the primary contact given and have been using it for more than 10 years now or advise other action/step to get this upc code

                                        Dear aircel, i'm one of you customer for long time it's been around 13 years now i'm trying to port my number to airtel. For this i requested upn for three time but stil i'm not getting any reply form your side. This is impacting all my transaction since i'm not getting any signal. Can you take this as priority and send me the upn.

                                        You were provided the valuable service so far please don't make panic to your customer at the end of your service.
