Hi sir,

I am trying to change from aircel ([protected]) to vodafone as there is no network of aircel at my workplace. But aircel is not providing me the unique porting code. I have send the sms requesting upc many times on[protected] but to no avail. Aircel guys please send me upc. As i am in dead zone of your coverage area.

    My name is Shefali Sutradhar and my Aircel no. is [protected]. Since Aircel is ditching it's customers without any shame it left me with no option except PORTING my no. to other service provider. From few days I have ade several attempts to generate a porting code by following the prescribed procedure but in return Aircel is not sending me the porting code, while message sent for porting code is being promptly charged. The whole process is making me helpless as there is lack to proper punishment for this kind of inconvenience caused to the companies.
    Kindly let me know as you guys declared bankruptcy so shall it be possible to get our Porting code or you will sink with all our mobile number?
    I am a SENIOR CITIZEN and its very difficult to be without network. Kindly help me to get my porting code ASAP.

    Not able to port my number [protected]. This number I use for banking and personal communication for last 11 years (earlier it was RCom service). Please provide solution so that I can port thos number to other service provider.

      Due to the network issues i had tried to port my aircel no. To another service provider, but when i gave them my upc no. I was told that the no. Is invalid because its just 7 digits instead of being 8 digit long. The code i received was like, dt12345 instead of being dt123456, and now i'm unable to port out, i've tried getting the upc code again but i'm still getting the same, incorrect code.

        I am sending the text which is port [my no]. But it says not sending touch to try again. What to do? I have tried several times by sending the message on 1900 bt nothing is happening. How can i get the port code? If there is anything that i could do please suggest me that because i am being helpless now. If people are calling me on my aircel no they can get me. But i can't them. Please help me

          Hi,
          I am not getting the network and all my vital things are linked to this aircel network number. When my network was there i tried to port the my number a number of times but all the time it got rejected. Its a prepaid number. Even i have tried to recharge but all my money is not credited to my balance and no support from the customer care. I am really worried even if they are bankrupt, this should not be the way - no porting permission and no balance crediting in my account. I want to keep this number and unable to do so. Please help in smooth porting of my number. Appreciate it.

            Hi Aircel Team,

            I have tried to port the number using PORT message. But it didn't worked out. I didn't get any reply message about the UPC code. After that I tried IVR, I called them and given details. It says like no record found. Adding to that I have already linked my sim to Aadhar card. Please advice.

              As i want to change my sim from aircel to airtel, i have still not recevied my UPC code even after sending Port to 1900. I have been waiting for past 5 days and I have still not received the code. There is no network in my Mobile andi am having difficulty without using my mobile.Please kindly grant the above compliance.

                I have sent many messages in order to provide me the unique porting code (Upc), but unfortunately there is not a single reply from the company. I request them to provide me the code as soon as as possible. My handset is lying defunct for the last two weeks as there is no network. I'm not able to use my number for calls and other purposes. So please resolve this issue.

                  Can you please provide the unique port number?
                  As i am not getting service connectivity also. So i want to change the service.

                  Getting some other connectivity for the same number, not sure what's happening and even i didn't get any sms for the same as notification.
                  Because of this i am unable to contact number anywhere as connectivity unavailability. Can you please resolve asap?

                    I keep messaging port 9700* to 1900. But i keep getting a message to send in the below format.

                    Incorrect request, please send the upc request with correct format "portmobile number" to 1900

                    I'm sending in the same format.
                    I've tried sending from other numbers, but i keep getting the same message.

                    Is this a format issue or is the mnp service down. Help at the earliest please.

                      I face so much difficulty due to no network in my aircel no.
                      The number is linked with my adhar card, due no network i can't use my e-aadhar as the otp not received.
                      Many people can't contact me.
                      This is my official number.
                      It's link with my office software which required otp to login the software.

                      I face the problem from last 6-7 days.
                      Also i can't use any e-wallet due to all are registered with this number.
                      Please help me.

                              Hi

                              I obtained the Portabliity code, but the code is not valid. The operator to whom I went, they are saying that the code is not valid. I had send the message on 26th and the message came on 28th.

                              This seems to be an issue, as I unable to PORT. This is very very bad service from Aircel and it has to be condemned. I request to getback ASAP.

                                I'm a subscribers of aircel sim and i'm facing horrible network disturbances even after asking to other network providers how to obtain the unique portability code for portability as perhaps aircel has tied up with bsnl network. I'm in a dead zone of both aircel and bsnl. My phone number is [protected]. I have tried to send the message for portability several times but failed as due to no network. Please help me out of the problems.

                                      Please provide me information how can i port my aircel number to another number when no network is available to send port message.

                                      I didnt get any message about aircel terminating their services and how customers now can port their number to another service provider if they dont have aircel notworks on their phone to send port message to 1900.

                                        I have been trying my best to contact the customer care executive for porting my number. All my bank accounts, apps, m-wallet and other important accounts are linked with the aircel number. Would you please assist me in finding my upc? The mobile number is [protected] and the last five digits of sim number is 59400. I tried receiving the upc but the automated voice is quite inaudible and not comprehensible. I would be highly obliged to you if you let me know the upc
