I tried messaging with 2 aircel numbers to port them to other network. But i dint receive any port number yet. Please give port numbers for the numbers [protected], [protected]. So that i can port to other network soon.

Else provide me any alternate option to receive the port number. Please be responsible with the issue.

    I am trying to change from aircel to airtel as there is no network of aircel at my workplace. But aircel is not providing me the unique porting code. I have send the sms requesting upc many times on 19 feb.2018 but to no avail. Aircel guys please send me upc. As i am in dead zone of your coverage area.

      Dear,

      I have a problem with my aircel sim. I am using my network from many years. My all bank accounts otps will receive to my aircel sim. Presently i am living in poland, europe. Please resolve my issue. I have to do transactions.

      I hope i will get a quick response from the aircel costumer care.

      Please help me in this regarding as soon as possible.

          Dear aircel,
          I am old customer of aircel. I have 5 aircel no but now not getting recharge on any store and retailer. I have been tired from aircel manipulated services. All retailer says to me aircel company has been closed so please port your number to other company. Without balance how can i port to any company. How can i send porting massage.             Hi,
            I had requested for porting through sms two weeks before. Still we are not receiving upc code. Kindly send me the upc code to change network. We are receiving many messages like arrange for another network from aircel. But without upc code we could not proceed further process to change network. Please send me upc code asap.

              Respected sir, this to inform you that sir i have 2 aircel connection from kolkata, last from one week no network in my aircel connection, i m calling customer care from other network they are saying we r working on it and it will resolve in 48 working hour.. But when i am asking for complain number but they are not giving, they are telling we r not allow to give... Every side this we are give this number in my kids school, work place and parents to but now no response and i m safeing so much of problems pls help me in this regards...

                I have sent a message (Port xxxxxxxxxx) from my aircel number to port (1900) my mobile number to any other network,

                I have not received a upc code yet.

                I have tried reaching their customer care numbers but all the attempts went in vein.

                Kindly request to consider my complaint and resolve my issue as soon as possible. Because i am using this number for all the financial transactions.

                I have fair amount in deposit as well. The company should return that after the deducting charges/dues if any

                  I have sent many sms request to 1900 for porting out of my aircel no [protected]. But did not get any codes. The aircel network is fluctuating and their customer care number is not getting connected. Then how to get the code and port out. I can't lose this number as this is my primary no and important as well. If you are closing your services then atleast help your customers to retain their numbers. This is so unprofessional from aircel. Worst service... Help please....

                        Aircel company has closed down all their offices and outlets, please provide our upc code so that we can retain our no, as we used that in all our communication and linked to aadhar card, bank, gas connection and it is becoming difficult for us., there is no signal in aircel sim, mails are also bouncing back. Unable to send any sms on 1900 as aircel signal is not available, please provide the upc code.

                        I also want to generate UPC, I have sent mail a lot many times with document.
                        No reply from your side.
                        Or let us know how we can port without UPC, or give alternative method to generate UPC

                          I have applied for upc code by sending port to 1900.. But after applying the code in mnp process it shows that the code is from other area... The company is making me angry... I cannot do anything... Please help in giving the upc code so that i can process the mnp to another service provider... The reliance company was trully good. They provided the upc code before time... And their mnp process was very smooth... Aircel otherhand is manipulating...

                            As of now aircel network completely down. None of the network not able to register for sending port messages. Already send so many messages to aircel but they simply ignored.

                            But the simply marked the complaint as resolved status. But not provided any code to me for switch over other networks. My alternate mobile numeber +91 [protected]. My registered email id is [protected]@gmail.com

                            @consumer complaints authorities please highly escalate aircel network for getting portable unique code as soon as possible.

                            With reference to your e-mail dated 23/2/2018 regarding upc, we would like to inform you that kindly select different network in handset network operator will get signal after will try port format (Portmobile number send to 1900) will get porting code if already sent correct format will get porting code within 48hrs

                            Your sr number for the concern is 1-[protected]

                            It is our privilege to have you as our valued customer and we look forward for a long and fruitful association with you.

                            Thanking you and assuring you of our best services.

                              Dear sir/madam,

                              At present due to some unavoidable circumstances i have to port my mobile numbers from aircel to other network providers; for this reason i had sent prot request from my mobile numbers, primarily i didn't received any upc (Unique porting code). So it took me to sent port request several time.

                              On 27/02/2018 i received upc for my three mobile numbers from aircel. I went to my operator and started porting but surprisingly, i got a message from the other network provider that - "your porting request xxx123445 dated 27feb18 has been rejected by your current operator due to the porting code does not match the donor allocated porting code for this number"

                              My query is why this is happening? Are the aircel team is joking with me? Isn't it your duty to provide correct upc? Is aircel trying to retain a customer by using such fraudulent activities? Is it your policy to harass a customer? Also as per trai regulation a service provider cannot retain his customer forcefully.

                              So, it is my heartiest request please provide me correct upc or solve the problem as stated above as soon as possible, i am providing my mobile numbers and respective upcs for your kind perusal, again it is my utmost request to provide correct upcs or take necessary action.

                              My mobile numbers and upcs are as follows.

As i do not have any alternate phone number so i want to port this aircel number to other network because there is always issue of networks of aircel. There is a surely urgent need of porting code to port this number as soon as possible, so that i could change it to other network and use this number as usual.

And also tried from non aircel number that also didn’t happen. I know there there is lot of congestion now but at the same time requesting you address my complaints on priority basis.                                         I am trying to port my aircel number [protected] since there is no connectivity in my area but am unable to do so as no upc is provided to me even after messaging on 1900 many times. Please help at the earliest.in case of any alternative method to obtain upc please let me know as i need to port my number at the earliest.
