Dear sir /madam i sent port to 1900 from my number [protected] on dt. 2 march 2018 for five times between 06:06 pm and 06:52 pm but aircel not providing upc code previously also i sent many times but they didn't provided and am unable to call any of the idea network users also. This problem not only for me but all aircel customers are facing the same issue with aircel network. Please take it seriously and solve

    Sir i do not port out from aircel as ivr says that mobile number and sim number is not matched in there records so please help me. My aircel number is [protected] and my 5 digits of aircel sim is 69566. My contact number is [protected]. My email address is [protected]@gmail.com. Sir please solve this problem. Sir please look out the matter as i am suffer a lot so please solve it quickly. Please consider my case and please contact aircel company as early as possible.

      Dear sir,
      I have sent the port out sms from my aircel mobile last 7 days but no response and once called customer care told to wait for sometime to get mnp but no use waiting 2 days. Yesterday i tried to generate the upc from my another network, though i gave my correct mobile digits n sim card last 5 digits it says incorrect. I tried lot. Need solution to port

            This was a great experience being with you. Very disappointed after hearing that aircel is winding up. For that i tried to port my number but the msg sending fails everytime i try. I am from jammu and kashmir and currently all of your towers are out of service. My sim card doesn’t often get the network but sometimes catches the network from airtel and shows me that my number is on roaming. Please help me in resolving this problem as this number is important for me. So i request your goodself to help me out of this situation asap.

                    Hi
                    I have sent message for mobile number portability. However, i am not receiving any upc code. I tried number of times but still facing same issue. Kindly fix it immediately

                    Note: it is showing like disruption in the network while sending message. Pls arrange alternative to ensure your connection. While sending port xxxxxxxx to 1900

                    Also, when i tried to call number provided by aircel, the number is not in our record. Kindly have a look into it as urgent and do the needful

                      I am trying to change from AIRCEL to AIRTEL as there is no network of aircel at my workplace. But AIRCEL is not providing me the Unique porting code. I have send the SMS requesting UPC many times on 23 Feb, 2018 but to no avail. AIRCEL guys please send me UPC. As I am in DEAD ZONE of your coverage area.

                          Last night i have sent and after some time also sent but i didn't get any information,

                                    Aircel has no signals at all.
                                    Want to port out from aircel. Trying to send port message but there is no signal at all!!! In the most open area also i don't find signals. Aircel express stores are closed. Unable to complaint to them as well!
                                    Want to port out of aircel as soon as possible.
                                    If possible please send the porting code to email addresses as there no signals!

                                      Aircel services has stopped completely since a week now. I am not able to make any calls and not able to receive any calls.
                                      I am trying to port my aircel number since a week now, and have been sending message to 1900, but aircel is not sending the unique porting code required for porting.
                                      Seems like a deliberate attempt to keep the customers in aircel even after denying all services to customers.

                                        I send port message on 23/2/2018. Till now i have not received the upc code. After that i can't send message to 1900. All the time it says message not sent.
