I am sending sms to company to porting.last 15 days i contact to customer care but there is no any resposce they executive give the wrong statement next time i contact the executive says there is no any problem u send again sms the code will come.

but i send send sms to 1900 port [protected], plz give the proper solution.and asap resolve the my pro dont give the wrong info its very imp number for me.

    I have raised request to provide UPC to aircel so that I could Port out my number to other operator owing to zero network coverage of Aircel in my area.I have sent the port SMS multiple times to 1900 but no response is recieved. Also there is no support from Aircel Customer Care as their number is down. I am having great losses in my business due to unavailability of phone calls. Please send UPC as soon as possible.

      but i cant send sms to 1900. This number is mor valuable for me. Please convey my illness and give a solution.this my only number have used more than 8 years

        Since one week, i have been trying to send port message from my aircel number to 1900 but it is not succeeded. I have tried changing the sim card to some other mobile phones, tried sending messages from different coverage areas but nothing helped me.

        As we all know that the aircel network is going to stop their service by april 15, 2018, we all are supposed to change our aircel network sim cards to alternate stabled network as per their comfort.in order to port the network, getting upc is very mandatory. It is totally unfair that the user is not able to send port message itself, when the network provider shuts down their service in the near future.

        Letting this complaint reach to the aircel service provider would be appreciable. Kindly let me know alternate ways of getting upc for my aircel number, if any.

            I am trying to generate upc from my mobile number but not getting any response from the aircel. I have correctly followed the guidelines for generating upc (Port mobile_number and send to 1900) but aircel is not replying. Same problem is faced by my other aircel users. As company is going to become bankrupt i need to change my telecom operator. But aircel is not issuing upc to let me do so.

              Me and my wife are using aircel for the past ten years. Recently the company has filed for banktrupcy. Usually we recharge once in a year using the rc1947. We did the same during octber 2017 and november 2017. Now i have a credit balance of rs. 1300.00 and my wife has a credit balance of rs. 1200.00 in our aircel mobiles. How can we get the money back? If we change to another service provider with the same number we heard according to trai guidelines the balance amount will not the credited to us.                   I am trying to change from AIRCEL to reliance jio as there is no network coverage of aircel at my locality. But AIRCEL is not providing me the Unique porting code. I want to change my service provider but as there is no network in my circle delhi-ncr i could not send my request but somehow i managed to send it.                       The aircel sims which were replaced (Due to damage) before does not generate the upc code as it says "does not match with the system" in other words"the sim no. Does not match with the mobile no." i have tried with other sims which were replaced before and the problem is same. Where as other sims which was not replaced, upc code are easily generated without any difficulty. I did all this through you service no. [protected].
                      Please look into the matter as soon as possible. Thank you.

                        I have sent multiple sms for port i dint get any sort of confirmation or any code upc code. I want to change from aircel.. I don't wanna loose my number.
                        After submitting multiple requests calls etc haven't got any respond idon't think it can get any worse then this.. I never thought i have to go through so much struggle just to change service provider by keeping same number.. If i knew this in 1st day i wouldn't be buying aircel. Kindly please me getting this resolve. Aircel signal so dead i cant handle it any more.

                                  Since last 10 days facing terrible network issue. Not receiving any phone calls bank sms and other staffs which is hampering my work also. So i wanted to port, i had sent port 98xxxxxx50 sms to 1900 several times but not received any code to port.
