I send PORT message on multiple times..but aircel not proving PORT number to me...frustrated with your service..
Now not getting signal in my home location completely..I have received lot of suggestion to change your network but i am not changed..said to all "not receiving any alert from aircel"...
Some month before aircel send alert as fake news but now didnot send any alert..like "withdrawing our service". is this a way you are (were) proving good service...kindly help to change my sim network from aircel.

    Hi Sir,

    I am trying to change my 2 number from AIRCEL to AIRTEL. But not able to change because network was disabled on my mobile without pre notice.I have send the porting SMS to 1900 for requesting UPC many times from on 20 Feb 2018.But AIRCEL is not providing me the Unique porting code
    AIRCEL guys please send me UPC.

    Aircel network not reachable in 2 days. some people said aircel going to close their network from this month. Is it true. If it is not what is the assurance for it?

      Dear sir
      With heavy heart I would like to inform you that your services are getting poorer day by day. My Aircel number [protected] is recharged on 25th Dec 2017 for unlimited calls and 1 GB data per day for 84 (or may be 70 little confused) days. But mostly unable to call, to use data . You guys have irritated us so much. Kindly enable calls and data services on my number [protected] as soon as possible otherwise we have to approach consumer forum. Please value your customers and their money and time too.
      Hopefully you will enable the service by next day .

        I am trying to send message several times to aircel network for getting my port number. But i cant get upc number as i am not in coverage area. I am not having network now. As i am keeping this number for 10 years it is very important to me. I gave my number (Aircel) to all sectors from booking lpg, banking, mobile banking, internet banking, aadhaar card, license, pan card and even voter id and all. I cannot do even a single thing without this mobile number which belongs to aircel network. So i request you to solve this soon.

          My service provider is aircel and my mobile number is [protected]. All of a sudden from today noon i am not getting tower. Heard from others / messages in my family members vodafone numbers that aircel has closed its business.

          I need to get number portability code for my above aircel number which i again give below:
          Aircel - [protected] chennai circle.

          How do i get that code as i must have the same number so as to transfer smoothly to vodafone which i intend to shift to.

          If aircel is to give / provide the "number portability code" they can do so to my mail id : [protected]@yahoo.co.in which i have already provided to aircel.

            I already sending an sms from my Aircel number for porting but UPC Code is not sent to me. I try to contact Aircel customer care complaint help line number more than ten times, but every time they didn't respond my call. So I want to raise a complaint against Aircel and also urge them to send me the UPC Code as early as possible. The balance also detucted after sending the message.

              Very sadly am saying that am a aircel user since from 2010. Am facing many problems with aircel.

              Now am thinking that aircel is wost telecom company i have ever see.

              The customer care representatives are using vulgar languages ... they r a fraud.

              Even always they jst try to truoble d customers as they give wrong information they used to speak abusive languages.

              Am trying since frm 12th jan as to get the UPC code .. but sadly i didnt get.

              Even i can't a send a single msg to others frm aircel no.

              This is worse..

              Am going to file a case against the aircel in RTi and court to on the charges of ford with customers.

                And few Aircel numbers are not receiving signals for me am not able to call Other network mobile numbers and wat will happen to my balance if it’s gone like tat for me ... who is responsible for tat ... complaint number not working

                  I am not getting UPC (Unique Porting Code) for porting out from Aircel. I have sent PORT Mobile no to 1900 but still now not received the code. I am not pleased with Aircel Service. Internet connectivity is too bad and Customer care is nit at all responding. Horrible service from aircel. Sent my code quickly.

                    Hi Sir,

                    I am trying to change from AIRCEL to AIRTELand my number is [protected] as there is a lot of network issues at my place. But AIRCEL is not providing me the Unique porting code. I have send the SMS requesting UPC many times since 17th Feb but not even a single time I got the upc. so I had called to the customer care number to find out whats the issue on 21st Feb 2017 the agent whom I spoke was very rude and she was talking to me as though she is the queen of this world.

                      I am not getting my UPC code despite sending so many PORT SMS... I don't know what the customer care service is too busy with.. whenvrr I call it says heavy traffic... It's so annoying having such fluctuating network which is of no use and not even able to port..

                      Always .. n always this annoying things happen with Aircel. Will I be able to port my number or not. Please atleast reply to this question to my number [protected].

                      I want to port my aircel number, I don't understand why this customer care number won't be connected at all.. Whole day I have kept msging to 1900 and calling customer care but didn't get any response/ code for the SMS which is sent.

                      It would be better if I get response to this complaint atleast.

                        My Aircel no is [protected] I am getting network problem from 4 to 5 days when ever I call at customer care number it's go on hold and disconnect automatically.
                        Because of this I can't able to recharge my number and can't able to call anyone.
                        So I dropped port msg but I didn't get my porting code.

                          Aircel mobile no: [protected]

                          I recharged for internet prepaid plan rs. 398 via txn no: chr[protected] on 16-feb-2018. But i am not getting net connection properly in above mobile no from the date i recharged. I hear that aircel has shutting down its operation but no official announcement/message received from aircel before i recharged. Please check and resolve the issue. Also, please advise them to refund the amount to my account i[censored]nable to provide prepaid data connection at the earliest.

                          I got mail from them stating unable to provide service due to Network issue. I need refund of Rs. 398/- paid towards Aircel Prepaid no. [protected] on Internet pack. Please assist to get the amount to my account at the earliest since it is our hard earned money. Thank you.

                              I submitted request for port number around 6 times for aircel. But i dint receive any port code still. Now.
                              Where should i try for port number. Any online customer services available.

                              As the services are closing by thia month please resolve it immediately, so that i can port to some other network. Or just forward respective port numbers to all aircel users

I need to change from aircel to airtel, currently i don't have network since last week. So i can't do bank transaction without otp. So please support for me to get the unique porting code. Eventhough i can't talk to my friends and family.

                                    My mobile number is [protected] and it is of aircel network. since today morning i am facing network failure and i cant get my relations and friends over the phone call since another of my numbers is not known to anyone. aalso, my colleagues know me by only this number. so i am totally stuck for the whole day till now. there is not even a single point of tower and even there is no sign of activeness of sim card. please help me by providing the porting code by other means as soon as possible.
