Airtel — complain for airtel store - rajkot (gujarat)

I was able to change the sim card at airtel store - rajkot.
But taking 100 rupees charge for swap sim into 4g of from me to airtel store.

And do not give me a receipt of any rs.
If the urge to give my money back.

I sincerely it wrote down the address of the airtel store.
And the number of order to change my card in 4g.
