Airtel — complaint against mobile postpaid connection no - [protected]

Dear sir/madam,
I have a post paid connection which no is [protected], i had paid monthly bill amounting to 1800.00 on 15.11.2017 (One day later of due date) by state bank debit card. Unfortunately air tell denied to acknowledge of paid amount and disconnect my connection. Though i have written and verbally requested them several times.in this regard i want justice. Please look into this matter urgently and do need full. I need also compensation for harashment from air tel last seven days.

This is in relation to my last bill cycle, due on 14th november, 2017, amounting to rs 1782.87. I had made a payment of rs1800 on 15th november, 17 (My bank statement shows payment credited to air tel), using my debit card, online, clearly putting in my number correctly.in spite of this i have been receiving reminders to make the payment form your end. My bank statement clearly shows that the amount has been deducted from my account, which i¿m attaching below. It is extremely unfortunate that i have to face this despite having made my payment on time. I strongly believe that you will look into this matter and resolve the same as soon as possible. I have communicated the same to one of your customer care official-suman mukherjee.
