[Resolved] Airtel — Complaint regarding the payment issue via paytm | |||
Hi, I made a wrong payment and recharged a prepaid Airtel number - [protected] - thru paytm, for Rs. 5000. I called Airtel to revert this transaction but it looks like they were not aware of how this is done and told me that paytm can do that not Airtel. I checked with vodafone and they told me if something like that happens on a vodafone number I just need to call vodafone to revert that transaction. Paytm is also saying that Airtel will be able to revert this transaction. Can someone from airtel please help? Thanks, Shikha Was this information helpful? | |||
