Airtel — fraud transaction from axis debit card | |||
Hi sir, I received a call on 24th march, 2019 and the man introduced himself as customer care executive of axis bank. He asked me to give to give otp for my debit card renewal, believing him to be axis bank customer care executive, i have provided otp. Then he keep on asking me otp for procedure. Soon after the call, i found to my shock that 5 transactions of different amount was successfully completed and the beneficiary is airtel money, yes bank and mobikwik. I immediately informed cyber department to report fraudulent transactions happened from my account. Please check on this issue and kindly revert the amount at the earliest Was this information helpful? | |||
