Recently airtel have changed their terms and condition, previously if your handset is damaged and if you claim for airtel secure insurance once the claim is approved you have to pay 10% of the repair cost i. E if the repair cost is ₹ 5000 you have to pay ₹ 500 as the excess charges, but as per recent change we have to pay 10% of the phone’s value (Value as per purchase invoice) i. E if the phone value is ₹ 65, 000 and repair cost is ₹ 6500 you have to pay ₹ 6500 as the excess charges. In what sense it can be insurance as i am already paying insurance premium every month and pay almost half of the repair cost, instead, we can directly go to a service center and get it fixed at least it will be done in few hours. Airtel secure started as a good feature but it is now doing fraud, they changed the terms and conditions into a very weird way where no insurance would think of. This happened to me today when i told customer care executive that i didn't know the terms and condition change as when i read it a few months back terms was different and these kind of major change in terms and condition should have informed separately to its customers, when they release some offers they send 100’s for emails and sms, but not in these kinds of scenarios, as i am paying 4x of the excess charges than before, i told them that i need to cancel the claim process but they replied that it is not possible, even if they return, it will have more damage than before, finally i had to pay that complete money to get my phone back. Do not receive the channels as per your executive commitment at the time of registration. Also did not receive the promised shoes. Surprise.

Shoes not received
Fooling and not filing complaints and deducting money for no reason Airtel's man comes and changes the box and goes away. The problem resolves for a while but the problem comes back Bad Servises
