[Resolved]  Airtel — My citibank credit card used fraudulently to make airtel payment

Hi all,

My citibank credit card ([protected]) was used on 18th may, 2017 to make airtel payment. Since that day i have been sending e-mails to airtel, however they are not responding properly to refund the amount back to my credit card. The fraudulent has used my credit card for inr 1, 00, 000/-, here i am requesting you again please refund my amount, it is really a hug amount for me and it changes my financial state.

Here i am pasting the transactions.

Rs 10, 000.00 was spent on your credit card 4386xxxxxxxx3420 on 18-may-17 at airtel payment.

I have raised a police complaint both in hyderabad and delhi as per the paytm merchant share the details.

Hi All

I have raised FIR long time ago i.e 19th may, 2017 both in Delhi as well as Hyderbad. As per the PayTM merchant details the fraud guy is from Delhi. I have attached FIR in my emails . Please check it.
