[Resolved] Airtel — My citibank credit card used fraudulently to make airtel payment | |||||
Hi all, My citibank credit card ([protected]) was used on 18th may, 2017 to make airtel payment. Since that day i have been sending e-mails to airtel, however they are not responding properly to refund the amount back to my credit card. The fraudulent has used my credit card for inr 1, 00, 000/-, here i am requesting you again please refund my amount, it is really a hug amount for me and it changes my financial state. Here i am pasting the transactions. Rs 10, 000.00 was spent on your credit card 4386xxxxxxxx3420 on 18-may-17 at airtel payment. Txn ref no : [protected] 1406 409 Rs 5, 000.00 was spent on your credit card 4386xxxxxxxx3420 on 18-may-17 at airtel payment. Txn ref no : [protected] 1405104 Rs 5, 000.00 was spent on your credit card 4386xxxxxxxx3420 on 18-may-17 at airtel payment Txn ref no : [protected] 140 4172 I have raised a police complaint both in hyderabad and delhi as per the paytm merchant share the details.
