Airtel — no service after porting my number - pathetic service airtel

Hi,
I have ported my number from vodafone to airtel. As per confirmation sms from airtel confirming my number will be activated by 11.30 pm, 10 dec 2018.
However now both the sim cards show “ no service”. It is so pathetic on the first day itself you provide such bad service.
Please provide me an eta resolving the issue and take it with high priority.

I ordered Samsung Note 9 from Airtel store on 22nd of November and they sent an email stating that the delivery will happen before 30th November, now its 5th December and they have not called me for delivery and the customer service is very poor.

Could you please take necessary action and enable the message option asap.
