[Resolved] Airtel — No service after sim swap | |||||
I bought a airtel sim two weeks back and the mobile internet wasn’t working on it. I was asked to get a duplicate sim. Got it yesterday. Now, both my old sim and new sim is not working. Pathetic service. If you can’t get the issue resolved, I’ll be happy to approach a better service provider. Didnt refund money for DTH bought for more than 1700 as the were giving pathetic service.

My Airtel postpaid number is [protected] and i'm willing to get it deactivated because i am getting a new prepaid connection. this is basically not a complaint but a request to deactivate this number i'm writing this because i have no idea about an airtel number. so please tell me the total amount that i've to pay and deactivate the connection...
