[Resolved] Airtel — Prepaid mobile no [protected] | |||
Sir, Basically myself and my spouse using airtel mobiles. My mobile is post paid and my spouse one is prepaid. My no. is [protected] and my spouse one is [protected]. Most of the time we made oniine payment for both the mobiles. Yesterday between 6.00 pm too 6.30 pm I made four online payments online payments, one for BSNL landline broadband, one for my mobile [protected], one for my spouse [protected](prepaid) and one for Vodaphone mobile . Out of four payment three are Ok. But money deducted for all payments from my account thro' net banking ( Axis Bank) and one of the mobile no. [protected] of my spouse is not updated with payment. Kindly check; the details of the tranjection are as follows; INB/[protected]/CCAVENUE.COM/charge/airtel prepaid Order No;[protected] TXn NO.
