Airtel — prepaid recharge-amount debited-recharge not done | |||
My airtel prepaid mobile no.[protected] and online rechagre was done throgh indian overseas bank net banking on 28.03.18 for rs.448/ and the txn id[protected]. The sum of rs.448/was debited from mysavings bank accountand recharge was not doen by the airtel mobile provider on 28.3.2018. Recently bought a new number [protected] but the same is not working for making outgoing calls inspite of having balance in SIM, I have visited the company office twice but they have not provided me any solution. I have also written an email to the company but I have not got any response

Everytime am trying to call a vodafone number it says network is busy and call refuses to get connected while calls to other networks get through.i complained quite a few time but to no avail plz fix this issue asap or else will have to switch my metwork
