I have ported my [protected] number from Docomo to Airtel. It's been a month since I ported, I tried recharging more than 20 different times from Airtel app, Paytm, Google pay and Airtel website as customer care of Airtel suggested. No success.

I wrote a dozen e-mails to Airtel csr and also the Airtel nodal escalations. They just wasted my time asking more time to research, but not fixing the issue. I shared a couple of screenshots.

I feel like I have been harassed.

Airtel didn't email me or call after this consumer complaint filed. Till now no response. They're trying to escape. What a company to deal business with.

Now I cannot even port my number from them since it's just less than a month Prepaid connection.

I am crying...

Still no response from Airtel. My incoming and outgoing are stopped. Unable to recharge to get the services. Issue still not resolved by Airtel.
