Airtel — sim card rejected in mobile

I am using samsung s5 for my airtel sim card. When brought a new lava phone and i inserted the im card it shows sim rejected. Kindly see that i am using this sim card since from nov 2011 onwards.

Please let me i can get 4g sim card by postal. I am at present in sultanate of oman. I was using in oman.
