Airtel — unable to recharge after porting

I got my airtel ported recently from postpaid to prepaid. I'm unable to recharge it. Recharge got failed multiple times through paytm, freecharge, phonepe and whatever possible ways. Tried all the options and still have the same problem. i'm Unable to understand the exact problem.
