From:- Ajay Kumar jha Phone number:- [protected] Sub:- lodging of complaint wrt unauthorised transaction by credit card ( cyber crime) Sir/madam 1. I am ajay Kumar jha. My mobile number is [protected]. My email address is [protected]@gmail.com 2. Few days ago; I have done recharge of Rs 348/- on my idea number for some offer. However; after the recharge; offer was not given by idea cellular . For this; I have mailed to idea customer care and raised complaint. 3. On 20 Jun 17; I got a call from mobile number [protected] and caller said that he is calling from idea customer care. He had full knowledge about my complaint. He told me that he has Lodge my request for refund and that can be done by entering the full details on the site www.rbipaymentauthorisation.com He told me to enter the details of card by which the payment has been made during recharge. 4. I went to the said site and filled all the details. I got the OTP massage for RS 03/- . After that phone got disconnected. Then I got the message that I have initiated the transaction for RS 10000/- . However this transaction was not initiated by me. Soon; I got the massage that rs. 10000/- has been deducted from my credit card. Then I called Icici customer care and Lodge request for blocking of debit and credit card. Also Lodge request for this fake transactions and request number is SR[protected]. 5. Next day again; I got call from [protected] and told me the same thing about refund of money as it was happen yesterday. 6. Sir; the payment was done at your platform i.e. Airtel money. So; it is requested to Lodge my complaint regarding this and intervene into the whole matter for my refund of money. Thanking you Ajay jha Was this information helpful? | |||
