Dear Sir, I have received a phone call at about 5.15 pm from your call center.Ms Vidhya informed me that there is overdue Of Rs.1650 /-.against my Land line no.[protected].She informed me that on[protected] the amount was reversed and credited back.She also asked me about mode of payment by me.I informed her that I have given STANDING INSTRUCTIONS to AIRTEL to claim my monthly payment from STATE BANK OF INDIA CREDIT CARD on 04/04/2016.Every month Airtel receives my payment thru SBI Credit card.Last month also Rs 941.28 was paid by SBI on 11.07.2018.there is no reversal in my SBI Credit Card account.She told me that my plan is of Rs 899. She also changed my plan to Rs 399 p m.

I am not doing transactions but from My sbi Card every month auto deducting amt 293 rs Plz stop this and Reversed my amount . yesterday I Block the card then I rcvd Following Msg
“Dear SBI Cardholder, Txn of Rs.293.82 on Card ending with XX1508 at www.airtel.in (PGSI) has been declined due to card block. Pls call at [protected]/39020202 for details.” Enclosed The screenshot also my statement Few Month . I will go with Consumer Forum With Full Year Statement Will sue on this . Do Resolutions My Mob Airtel No [protected] Also Communicated To Airtel Appeleate officer and With sbi card ( SBI Blocked My Card For security )

Hi my credit card last five month auto paid for www.airtel.in pgsi this transaction title but have not use for this category app and any other why are u my knowledge not informed this amount your site taken so kindly refund this amount suddenly stop this service. pls review and refund
