This complaint will be offensive but it has to be. The electricity supply has become highly irregular in our area (New fatehpura, udaipur) for reasons not known to the public. Whilst we are fed up by calling the board numerous times[protected] &[protected] — i had to write the so called office contact numbers since no one is picking up and answering what the supply cut is all about.) this has become a daily routine now and it's evident that the personnel hired is irresponsible, lethargic and dumb. I am in no mood to even listen back to their replies, i just want this situation to get resolved otherwise i shall drag all these people down to the consumer court without hesitation. Giving 10 days to eradicate this issue from roots otherwise a complaint on 11th june shall be waiting.

I'm getting inflated electricity bills for random months, 2 years ago i got a bill of rs. 15000 which i had to pay otherwise they could cut our electricity line and now i also got another bill of rs. 4750 which is really not justifiable for me as i don't use ac and other high electricity consumable appliances.in between these 2 bills i got bills ranging from[protected] as well for some particular months even if we don't have that much use of electricity. And whenever we complain of such bills at last we get reply from company that there was an internal audit conducted, in which the extra units came out (God knows from where).
Please help as i'm not able to pay such high charges anymore. My meter no. Is 8531925

Sir my self Rajendra Kumar from Nawa City. actually here electric lines are very low about 10 feet only so we faces a lot of problems.this situation in same since 5 years or more. i thought the Line man will take action but he didn't.
it may be a disaster in future so please think about about it.

सादर नमस्कार ! नम्र निवेदन हे की आजकल बिजली की कटोती बहुत ज्यदा हो रही हे प्रतिदिन लगभग 5-6 बार लाइट जा रही हे और बार- बार ट्रिपिंग भी बहुत हो रही हे कुल मिलकर प्रतिदिन 1 से 2 घंटा लाइट बंद रह रही हे जिसके फलस्वरुप हमारा उत्पादन में काफी कमी आ रही हे और बार बार ट्रिपिंग की वजह से गुणवत्ता में भी कमी आई हे जिसका सीधा प्रभाव कंपनी की आय पर विपरीत पड रहा हे I

My father invested rs.1000/- in the name of my son manu mowar. Long back in 1386/1987.
Later on in turn in 2004, we received 83 ars bond valued gross face value rs. 8300/-
These bonds matured in april 2009. But as the bond were misplaced, i send this bond certificate to the administrator for refund of money in dec. 2004.
I am sorry to say that till date i had not received neither money nor any communication from them. ]

Please look into this matter and we also need electricity in this developing country.
In this village light only comes for few hours that leads to many problems. The village besides us don't have such kind of problem because they actually are very aggressive in nature so the electrical department is quite afraid of them and our village people are so nice that they don't even complain about this.
I have to raise this issue because our country is developing so every person had the right to take this advantage not only the city or developing cities.

I reside in Mansarovar, Jaipur. On April 04, 2018, I made following two payments using Mobile App of Axis Bank:

These payments were made using mobile app of Axis Bank. While the amounts were debited from my account, later on, I received SMSes from Axis Bank that these payments were rejected by biller. I believed that the amount will be refunded in my account in a couple of days and again made online payments, (this time thru internet banking) of similar amounts on April 08, 2018.
When the amounts were not refunded to my account for considerable time, I took up the matter with Axis Bank and came to know that by oversight, on April 04, 2018 the payments were made to Ajmer Vidhyut Vitran Nigam Ltd (AVVNL) instead of correct service provider i.e. Jaipur Vidhyut Vitran Nigam Ltd (JVVNL).
The response received from Axis Bank is appended. Please advise where is my money - whether the amounts have been passed on to JVVNL to be adjusted against future bills.

My name is x, y, z and i am inform you that there is lot of personal connection and they are not using light with correct way. They are using that connection to use for wells in indirect way. And there is lineman also involved, they know everything but they get some amount yearly. If you agree do something please do because government gave you salary for do this. Sir/ma'am in my area i. E. Keshav nagar behind senior sec. School pushkar a electric connection name kalavati parashar categorised as domestic. They are using (As a commercial purpose) each and every machines max 10 hours a day for ex welding machine iron cutter machine water motor and many more. U would not believe, the electricity consumed by them 75 units on an average for 2 months. Bill copy is attached. Pls take actions asap.

Is there any isdue with website we are trying to fill the bill for month feburary onwards, but the bill of coming months are not getting displayed at the website.
We have been submitting bill onle since november 2017. But after feb 2018 we arent able to make trasaction.
