      में काफी समय से परिवार के साथ अहमदाबाद में रह रहा हूं और मेरा मकान बन्द है
      परन्तु पिछले एक साल से मेरा बिल बहुत ज्यादा आ रहा है
      जुलाई 2017 = 1144/-
      सितमबर 2017 = 1468/-
      नवंबर 2017 = 1499/-
      जनवरी 2018 = 1333/-
      मार्च 2018 = 1621/-
      मई 2018 = 2796/-
      जुलाई 2018 = 1611/-
      सितम्बर 2018 = 1683/-

      और मेरा घर बन्द है हम कभी कभी आते है इस बारे में मैने साबला ऑफिस में[protected]को बात की तो उन्होंने मुझे मीटर बदलने की सलाह दी तो[protected]को मीटर बदलने की अर्जी की तो नया मीटर दो महीने बाद 10/03/2018 को लगा है
      लेकिन मई महीने के बिल में पुराना मीटर नंबर ही आ रहा था
      उसके लिए मेने avvnl साबला ऑफिस में जाके फिर कंप्लेन करके जुलाई के बिल को सही करवाया था किन्तु अभी सितम्बर महीने में फिर से मेरा लाइट बिल average bill बना दिया है

      आपका litemen सही तरीके से मीटर की रीडिंग नहीं करे तो उसका जिम्मेदार कोन है

      Avvnl साबला डूंगरपुर में कोई भी सही जवाब नहीं मिलता है और वो लोग कंज्यूमर की कोई बात मानते नहीं है में नोकरी करू या साबला अहदाबाद के धक्के खाऊ
      कभी लाइटमैन नहीं मिलता कभी मैनेजर नहीं मिलता लोग धक्के खा खा के परेशान है
      अब इसका जिम्मेदार कोन
      सो कृपा करके मेरे मीटर की सही रीडिंग करवाए
      मेरा मीटर चालू होने के बावजूद भी average bill केसे बनाया
      और
      मुझे ये बताए कि आप average बिल किस हिसाब से बनाते हो की बन्द मकान का 1500से 3000बिल आता है

      सही तरीके से जाच करवाके reguler bill करवाके मुझे नया बिल इस email par भेजे तभी में बिल भरूंगा
      और मेरी इस समस्या का समाधान करवाए

          निवेदन है की मेरा बिजली बिल संख्या [protected] तथा के-नंबर[protected] मे दिनांक[protected] से दिनांक[protected] तक की मिटर रीडिंग अप्रत्याशित रूप से बढ़ कर आई है | कुल राशि 3933 रुपया बन रहा है |

          विदित हो की जनवरी 2018 तक घर मे एक ही मीटर लगा था | इसी माह मेरे घर का तथा घर के दूसरे हिस्से का मीटर अलग हो गया था | मार्च 2018 मे 78 यूनिट, मई 2018 मे 139 यूनिट और जुलाई 2018 मे 206 यूनिट पर बिल भी आता रहा | इस दौरान मेरे मिटर की डिस्प्ले खराब हो गई थी | आवेदन देने के दो-तीन दिन मे यह नया लग गया था | वर्तमान बिल मे यह बहुत ज्यादा बढ़ी हुई राशि आ गई है | कृपया इसका संशोधन करने तथा नया बिल जारी करने मे सहयोग करें |

              In this connection, i would like to inform you that from may-2017 i am paying my electricity bill through net banking and i am regularly paying the bill on same methods. Sir, my house is closed and i used electricity only/hardly 2 months in the year. Only average bill is coming bimonthly. I have paid upto july-2018 and no any bill is pending for this k. Note no. But know the bill raised for the month of september comes to rs.2544/-. I could not understand how such huge bill has come. I want to clerify that no any previous bill is pending against me and only minimum charges bill was coming. Please verify the payment particulars which i have already paid by net banking of my account to avvnl billdesk. Myself is keshuram katara superintendent of central gst and presently working at rajkot, gujarat. I come to home only on deepawali and holi festivals otherwise my house become closed only. I have already written to the office and record is available with the office of avvnl, dungarpur (Rajasthan)-314001. My contact no. Is [protected]/[protected]. You are therefore kindly requested to verify the electricity bill amount and rectify the same so that i can pay the same on or before due date i. E.24/09/2018. No meter reader is coming since last 3-4 years to read-out the actual meter reading and on the average base, the office is creating the electricity bill so far

                Not getting sufficient current in whole village houses because there is only 1 transformer in my village which' s capacity not that much that much consumption of power throughout my village.
                Due to this too many times electricity equipment getting failed. We complained regarding this our JEN sir but they not interested in this matter.

                      So many times inform to toll free number complaint no[protected]. But after passing of registered complaint almost 18 hours passed but not resolved the same till time, not understand how much time it shall take.in evening complaint resolve team told that they have no tourcj. It is a customer fault, if not why action is not taken on them. Last 20 hours we are facing electricity problem no one is solving it. Then why u are charging fixed expenses to customer??? Pl reply and solve complaint

But it has not been rectified till now, no line man was on duty last night, but when we called him he refused to attend the complaint and said apke complaint to subah hi thik hogi, i think electricity is must these days but the attitude of department person is not good for customer, we pay about 1.5 lac of bill very month but our complaint is not rectified yet

                                  This has reference to above subject that my meter no. And reading is wrongly incorporated in by your meter reader, resulting in bill for aug-18 an abnormal amount for rs. 8154/- issued against normally would be rs.2700/- for two months

                                  Please note that my meter no. Is 2295828 in which electricity connection connected with my tube-well but due to negligence of jvvnl meter no.2197859 and reading of 8493 units related to other nearest customer.

                                  Copy of bill for aug-18 & meter no.2295828 with showing reading 5508 units on 19.08.18 is enclosed.

                                  Kindly get it rectified my bill as per actuall reading of my meter & refund the excess payment along with interest as paid for the said bill of rs. 8154/-. On 15.08.18.

                                    We have cleared our dues for last 2 months june and july bill...now after 2-3 weeks notice for electricity Department came for clearance for dues of rs 2900...when complaint was written in office ...they are not accepting there mistake and forcing to pay the dues... what should we do...and there is not only our problem...many others also gathered there regarding same issue...plz resolve this issue as soon ass possible

                                      Meter reading of kno no.[protected] is always read wrong by the meter reader from bill of jun-18. The meter was showing 293 kwh and in bill meter reading was 847kwh. I also complained at that time and the bill was corrected but now in aug-18 meter is showing 313kwh and in bill meter reading is 948 kwh. We do not stay at the house and the meter reader is not taking the reading properly. Please correct the mistake as soon as possible because the bill was received yesterday and tomorrow is the last date of submission of bill. Please don't make this type of mistakes in future also.                                         I have connection of avvnl. My bill no.[protected]
                                        My issu is last 4 to 5 days the supply cutoff randomly between day & night 9-10 hour
                                        In day night period.
                                        This time much more power supply required due to bad weather or to much hotness in weather.
                                        I pay my bill in time & every time i tell the lineman of avvnl staff regarding this issue but till now no solution about this.
                                        Avvnl make sure that his custmer not suffering from this issue.
                                        So kindly resolve this problem
