Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I have a Current Account (No: [protected]) under Trade name “Real Time Systems” in your esteemed bank since 2001. Recently, two Cheques which I issued to my clients have been dishonoured
1) Cheque No.: 027406 dated :[protected] of Rs.11, 003/-
2) Cheque No.: 027407 dated :[protected] of Rs. 4, 150/-

When I visited your branch, it was informed that due to non-submission of following documents, the A/c has been blocked and the block was lifted immediately with my verbal request.

3) Trade Licence
4) KYC documents

Interestingly, about one month back I enquired about the status of the KYC and I was informed by the branch that it is not required for now.

Now, my question to you is: how you can block a Current Account without any valid intimation to the A/c holder whereas my e-mail address and phone number are already with you. A sheer callousness on your part resulted in bouncing two Cheques which is not only a harassment but also irreparable damage to my reputation. In my 18 years of business I have never faced such an action from your end for any reason whatsoever.

A SMS message, I received from Allahabad bank also misleading which reads as follows:

“Cheques issued in your a/c xx616 returned 5 times in this FY for want of fund. Pl maintain sufficient bal to avoid non issuance if cheque book –ALB -29/07/19 12:37 – ALB”
Received: 12:37:42pm[protected]

On verification of this SMS with bank statement, it is revealed that the content of SMS is false. Between[protected] to[protected], I maintained Rs.22, 527/- as A/c balance and I issued two cheques, both returned, of total value of Rs.15, 153/-. With utter surprise, I realised that your bank has sent me a totally false information of “returned for want of fund”.

I am constrained to remind you that a Current Account holder pays money for every service you provide, nothing comes free here. I also fail to understand what stopped you informing me your requirement of documents. If one fails to provide them then you may take action. But, what you have done is illegal, unprecedented and unexpected from a bank of your repute.

In view of this, I request you take necessary action to reimburse the amount of money that you have deducted from my A/c due to return of the cheques and also initiate process to refund the amount of money that have been deducted from my Client’s A/c to whom the cheques were issued.

A prompt and favourable action is earnestly solicited.

    I am saving account holder in your allahabad bank gomti nagar ujariyon branch, uttar pradesh
    Bearing account no (Protected) on date-20/07/2019 time between 19:30 to 20:15, actual not confirm i was trying to withdrow money of rupees 5500 rs from indusind bank atm at vikram khand gomti nagar lucknow, having atm code no - (Protected) no cash came out after going through all necessary option.
    I have not received any transaction slip or sms in my register mobile number
    I waited for some time to see if the amount, got reverse back to my account but no sms was received. Then i took out a mini statement from atm for my account,
    Wherein i again checked about the transaction. Clearly, the debit amount was reflecteing but there was no reversal. Then i am going to my account holding branch for application for this transaction but bank not receive my application, and i also complaint to the toll free number of allahabad bank to log complaint.
    Complaint no-106754, 106851, 107936 more then times i log complaint but there's no satisfaction
    Therefore, i kindly request you to look into the matter and as soon as possible credit back the amount of 5500/- to my account at the earliest.
    Kindly do the needful and oblige.

    On 3 Aug 2019 at 14:45 I initiated amount transfer of 50000 through IMPS to SBI Account no. [protected].
    The transaction history shows timed_out and the amount has been deducted.
    However it was not credited to beneficiary account no.
    Please resolve ASAP.

      I was supposed to get a refund from amazon by 22/07/2019 which was initiated on 16/07 2019 with the return reference id[protected]. The deadline has passed and no such amount has been credited to my account. My account number is [protected] which is in the mangalpur branch, jajpur, odisha. I am sending an attachment which shows the screenshot of the mail i got from amazon. Ihave visited to the bank and they are saying they can't do anything.. I have also complain in the empower application. Still no resolution has veen made

      I hope my problem will be resolved soon.

        We were gone there to open an account. I said to desk lady, i want to open an account, there is no response. I repeat my sentence again and again. After that she say, account will not open, just go from here.

        Please choose your employees who have good behavior and talking sense with customer.
        After being filled my debit card form about half moths now did not got debit card and Bank staff also cannot say or do anything .
        How I will track my debit card about when it is gonna arrive ?

          In the month of 8th july, 2019 i have purchased 4 product from amazon but some reason i have cancelled all the ordered and ordered a new product from amazon, in which 639 rupees deducted from my allahabad account and 25 rupees deducted from amazon pay.
          But i found some issue in amazon because in order panel only showed 3 product whereas i ordered 4 product. I called in customer service and inform about the issue and they console me and told everything is ok. 507 i have already got including 25 rupees in my account but 157 rupees yet i have not got from amazon, they advised me to put complaint in rbi. Now i am helpless. I don't know what i will do. Please resolve this issue.

            Hello, i made an online imps transfer of rs. 28000 from my allahabad bank account to an indian bank account on 17/07/2019 at 13:32. But the request is timed out. The amount is deducted but not received by the beneficiary. Please help me through this. I got a message saying : your fund transfer request for rs. 28000.00 on[protected] is timed out.                     I had ordered conflict woolen electric blanket from amazon, on june 1, 2019, there has been a refund from june 1, 2019, saying it is ₹ 2999 but there is no payment show in my account here. Why have i not been refunded for more than 1 month?                       Hello sir,
                      I am ankita manohar kharane, i have an account in allahabad bank gumgaon branch nagpur, i applied for scholership and for that i submitted this bank details for my scholership amount. At that time bank provide me a letter that my aadhar is linked with my bank account but now my scholership is not disbursed as it shows reason that your aadhar is not linked with your bank account. I then visited bank for 5 to 6 times but they says your aadhar is linked with bank account then i just check it on official aadhar site i. E. Uidai on that it is also shown that my aadhar is not linked with any bank. The scholership depatment says please ask your bank to linked your aadhar on ncpi portal but the bank employees says that do not know what is ncpi portal they do not have it. I am attaching a letter which is provide by bank which shows my aadhar is linked with bank account, please look into matter and please do needful. Thank you.

                        Ye fake hai koi reply nahi aata hai, aur abhi tak mere account me amount credit bhi nhi hua hai...
                        मेने नोट बंदी के वक़्त अपना आधार व PAN कार्ड की फ़ोटो कपि जमा केई वार बैंक में जमा करी फिरभी मुझ से वार वार कॉपी मांगते है और मुझे परेशान करते है। जब मैने आज 3 लाख 92 हज़ार चेक जमा किया तो मुझ से फिर आधार व pAN की कॉपी मांगी और कहा कि तुमारा चेक क्लीयर नही होगा, जब कि मेरी सैलरी इसी बैंक में आती है व भी PAN नंबर के साथ।

                                My refund amount of ₹34, 333 was supposed to be credited into my account by 2nd july but i haven't received it yet. The refund reference number provided by amazon is[protected]. Neither the bank nor amazon is listening to me. Both are blaming each other and asking to contact the other party. I request you to process the amount immediately and transfer it to my account.

                                  मेरा खाता सं.-[protected], इलाहाबाद बैंक शाखा खीरी टाउन, जिला खीरी से संचालित होता है जिस पर प्रदत्त एटीएम सं.[protected] से दिनांक 16/05/2019 को पहले ₹10000 निकाला गया जो प्राप्त हुआ दूसरी बार फिर₹10000 निकाला गया जो नही निकला, तीसरी बार फिर₹5000 निकाला गया जो प्राप्त हुआ..इस प्रकार₹10000 हमें कम मिला। इस संबंध में बैंक की शाखा खीरी टाउन में दिनांक 29/05/2019 को लिखित में शिकायत दर्ज कराई गयी जिस पर बैंक ने दिनांक 20/06/2019 को बताया कि ट्रांजेक्शन सक्सेसफुल दिखा रहा है इसलिए आपका पैसा वापस नही आया। इस लिए दिनांक 24/06/2019 को जोनल ऑफिस लखीमपुरखीरी में लिखित शिकायत की गई तो ऑफिसर ने फ़ोन कॉल द्वारा प्रबंधक शाखा खीरी टाउन से बात की और मुझे ब्रांच भेज दिया वहाँ मैनेजर से बात हुई और पुनः शिकायत पत्र इस आशय के साथ दिया गया कि हमें ट्रांजेक्शन रसीद और cctv फुटेज भी दिए जाएं जिससे पता चल सके कि मुझे ₹10000प्राप्त नही हुआ ।दिनांक02/07/2019 को ब्रांच से संपर्क किया गया तो प्रबंधक का स्थानांतरण हो चुका था और जिन्होंने कार्यभार ग्रहण किया उन्होंने इस संबंध में अनभिज्ञता जाहिर की और फ़ाइल दिखाई जिसमे केवल पहले वाली शिकायत की कॉपी लगी थी...
                                  कृपया मेरी समस्या का संज्ञान ने और उचित कार्यवाही करते हुए मेरे पैसे पूनः मेरे खाते में क्रेडिट कराने का कष्ट करें...

                                    The refund is not reflected in my account till date..4 july 2019
                                    Please look at this issue asap.

                                    Allahabad bank is not responding to me. Please have a look at this. I didn't receive my refund of 19891₹ yet.This a huge amount so please look at this or I need to take this complaint further.
                                    Why are u guys not understanding the problem..
                                    Made a transaction of 5300 from my allahabad account [protected] on 9 June 2019 at a POS but beneficiary did not receive the same.

                                      Amazon already send money but bank not show to refund money in my account.
                                      How to get back my refund money.
                                      Please solve the issue.
                                      Amazon had already initiated the process of refund but it been a 12 days and I am still not getting any kind of refund notifications and this is not the first time that I am facing this problem of refund. I request you to please resolve this problem as soon as possible.

                                        My name is aniket and i had ordered lg 24 inch gaming monitor of rs 9899.00 in amazon on 13 jun 2019 and after 22 jun 2019 i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 22 jun 2019
                                        Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
                                        504086 and told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So
                                        Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.
