I am swati tripathi, an allen dlp student in 2017. My form number is 17801403. The test was not loading at 10 am. I called customer care number at 10 am. But they were least co-operative. They even hung up my call and told me they couldn't help me.
They told me to try again for neet test. I tried to attempt the test again. After attempting a few questions, the screen would display msg 'unfortunately the test has stopped'. Sir this way i am losing out all my major test series. I am not able to assess where i stand. If allen cannot provide support for online test mode, you should switch the mode to pen and paper based format.

I jaikrishna jha student of allen institute kandivali, chetan sir the branch head is forcing me to write something in sorry letter what im not up to. A incident happen on 22 jan 2018 during first lecture i was not present in the class and my parents was knowing about this, rakesh sir (Admin head) and kyati mam (Admin) already spoked to my parents regarding this but then also sir is not letting me inside to sit lecture and letting the faculty to remove me out of the institute. Im sincerely sorry if i had any mistake, i also apolized for the same to chetan sir, but he is adding me in another situation happened to other, i need help. I also have a recording regarding this.

By mistake spelling of Passenger typed wrong.i talked to customer care at that time.they suggested to book new ticket with correct name and Amount of older ticket will refund 100%, if i Book new ticket within an hour.and refund will credit within 48hours.
i do the same, booked new ticket.then i again spoke to customer care, they told amount will credit with 48hours, but the amount of older ticket didnt credit in my account till date kindly see the matter.
I had taken your services first time and waiting for positive reponse from your side.

I am bidushi mishra a student of allen dlp. My application form number is 17357047. The courier service via which the package was dispatched want the dispatch date of the package. I repeatedly have called the customer service department and head office number but no one answered. Kindly let me know the dispatch date and its current status

In dlp study material of chemistry ch1 some basic concepts of chemistry, some pages are missing they are page no. 15-18 and 23-26. Instead of these pages some pages are printed repeatedly.

Hope you will do something as those topics are quite important.

Moreover beginner's box 5 is also not printed

Please review that study material again.

my son ayush kumar enrolled in dlp program for neet in may 17 his enrollment no is[protected]. I received 1 st set of books in june 17 after that i did not receive any other set till now.
I am writing few lines for your information.
on 22 aug. My son told me that book set of next exam has not been received. I called to [protected] and madam told me that it has been sent, when i told that it has not been recived, she assured to find out and contact back, on 24 aug it has been confirmed that the set was returned back. I requested to send it immediately. On 25 aug. When i rung to mr navin confirmed that by today they will dispatch. On 28 aug. When try to confirm mr praveen confirmed-[protected] that it has been sent on 26 aug and will take 2-3 days to deliver. Today when i contacted the person who gave me 1 st set mob no-[protected], he told that he did not received, then from morning i tried to call [protected]/53 till now no body is picking phone, as it continuously ringing, again called madam, [protected], and told her to confirm, mr anil a r traders [protected] called me and 1 st he told that he talked to delhi and delhi person who is dealing confirmed that he called to me, when i taken the no [protected] mr mohan he told that there is communication gap, he thought for other candidate, he did not receive the book set. Again mr anil called me and told that he did not recive book set from allen for further dispatch, then again called ms divya, then she told that she try to confirm. Then mr navin called me from [protected] and told that 2 times it has been returned so today he will dispatch by india post.
i request to find out when 2 phone number i have given, and study material returned, nobody have responsibility to call me. I made continuous conversation from 22 aug 17 till now 30 aug 17, nobody bothers and always tell lie and not dispatched. Earlier on 25 aug mr navin told that it has been returned once by now on 30n aug how it has been returned twice. And why he told earlier that he will sent on 25 aug. Why on 28 mr praveen given wrong information.
please find out and reply earliest as waiting for reply for further action.

As per talking navin vijay (Senior executive) in dlu dept our papers dispatched on 13th but we cannot received it. What's the problem??? Its returned /???
Please check out at your dispatch dept that we have not received it??? Don't send papers by email we want the hard copy of the same!!!
As per talked with your senior executive its not his fault its a fault of dispatch dept??? Nobody lift the phone or positive reply from dispatch section!!! Due to lack of communication and wastage of time of students its spoil the image of alllen!! Also main drawback is that the student cannot know by message or inform by dispatch section regarding correct information of courier or any details!!! Allen must improve dispatch section with communicate with the helpline to short out out issues!!!
Hope that our problems will solve asap. And we get the details of our dispatch in future!!!

I applied for the allen dlp programme on 6th july 2017.
And the institute confirmed the despatch of the study material set in 10 days after the payment date.
But today is 19th july, and i have not yet got the study materials.
This is causing a problem in my preparation, since there are only months left for neet 2018.
I want my study materials to be delivered as soon as possible.

We took admission for our daughter for neet at allen's andheri east branch in non-integrated option and paid approx rs.75000/- fees in jan'17. The batch was to start from 1st week of april'17. Since there was no communication from them till mid-march we started following up, but were always informed that dates will be shared with us well in advance.

Surprisingly on 12th april, we were informed that batch has been cancelled since no of students are not enough to fill the batch. For last 60 days we have been following for refund of our money, interest and compensation for putting us in inconvenient situation. However, we are being told that refund is in process and there is no policy for interest / compensation.

They have terms for refund & cancellation if a student cancels admission, but the same doesnt applies to them. They can cancel the batch at their wish, decide not to refund the money even after 2 months and not to pay interest on money used for 4 months plus and no compensation for inconvenience and stress caused to us.

We selectrd dlp course offered by allen of class 10 .There were three options for payment we choosed to pay online through our phone via our debit card after filling the details when we paid the money that is 6500 but after sometime a message came to our phone that 6500Rs are spent on your debit card and the website began to show error when we called allen that if the money had reached to them so they said no money had reached to us so sir please refund the money to us thanking you.

We approached Allen Career institute in Koramangala, Bangalore for a coaching need our daughter seeing their display board that they coach for PUC along with CET coaching. While counselling they confirmed that they coach for PUC as well and my daughter was asked to take an entrance test which they said was the deciding factor for getting admissions as well as scholarships. We were asked to pay Rs. 600 to take the entrance test. A day later they said that my daughter was eligible for admissions but without scholarship. Her score was very poor and we questioned the cousellor on what basis they had selected her. We were asked to meet one of the teachers who apparently was an IITan and he assured that there were several students who were at her level and after joining Allen they got a strong foundation and coaching and did well in their class. We were asked to pay a tuition fee of Rs. 1, 08, 500 and we had paid the entire amount by cheque on 11/06/2015. After joining, my daughter said that they had merged their batch with an earlier batch which had started over a month ago and that she could not understand anything as she was in the middle of the chapters. When we approached one Mr. Sriphani, the center head, he assured that all the children who were admitted later will be compensated with extra classes, which later on went in air. We waited for sometime so that things would settle, but it got worse as my daughter's morale and self-confidence went very low and she refused to go to the class.
We approached the center head after 15 days as they had a refund policy if the student withdrew within a month's time. The center head repeatedly promised that he himself will teach the chapters that were missed and ensure that she is copes up with the class but just took two extra classes and things never improved. We approached him again for the refund and he said that he had to consult with his superior to handle this matter further. When we approached him several times later, he gave his superior's email id and asked us to follow up with him. We sent couple of emails and reminders for which there were no response and we were never able to contact Mr Sriphani as he never picked up our phone call. Then only we understood that we were cheated. Since Allen is an institute of repute, we never thought that we would be cheated in such a manner. Later on, we came to know that there were several students who dropped out from Allen due to the same reason.

I am one of the parent whose child is admitted to Allen Institute, Satyarth Building, Achievers Batch. There are few concerns which we guardians would like to bring to notice as it is affecting the preparation of our hard working children. 1) For the past one month, The classes are running at very fast pace especially physics and Bio sessions. Our children are unable to cope at such high speed. 2) Doubt clearing session is not addressed properly. Our children return back without understanding concepts and doubts in their mind. Most of parents are discussing same and so we decided to bring this issue. Major percentage of children are facing difficulty in understanding. Only 15-20% students are able to grasp and faculty is paying more attention towards completing courses. Kindly look into the matter since this is true for most of the aspirants. i have admitted my daughter kms yogita rani in allen careare institute kota for the preparation of PMT . as per the prospectus fees will be refund within 45 days or maximum 30sep2010 . i have call off my daughter from the institute dated on 23aug2010 and send email . dated on 25aug 2010 . about to give information of cancelation of addmission of my daughter . and also request to refund my fees as possible as . they dont gave any answer of my email . so i was personaly meet to director of institute he completly refuse about to refund fees .
allen careare institute maniculate the rule of prospectus in own profite and also not follow the rule of the prospectus . hance institute are cheating me .
