I have posted the complaint but still I did not get my money.so please tell me whether I'll get it or not.I am going to complain this to the consumer court.Is this the way to respond. I will not suggest this Allen carrier institute to any body.

I Suchitra R Bhat Agni have taken the admission to your institute on 16/03/2019 for CET crash course (form number[protected] but the amount deducted was rs30, 000 instead of rs25, 000 due to the mistake made by your staff(Mrs.Surekha), so I want the information about when will I get the refund of rs5000.

I have called many times regarding this. Every time the staff telling that wait for 5 days because of your mistake I have to suffer.please let me know whether I need to take further action regarding this

I have called many times regarding this. I didn't get any response from your side. I want the details about the same if not i'm going to complain about it.

The solutions of the test series are not clear. Many of the solutions are not even there. Not every student knows everything. Physics and maths solutions should be elaborate and so should organic chemistry. Its no good giving tests if i cant get the solutions of the questions that i cant solve. There are solutions to some very easy theoritical questions but not tough calculative ones. Please look forward to it.

This is to inform you that the vacant plot is there of my backside of house plot no.- b7 triveni awas bajrang nagar, kota (Raj.) so many peoples comes & throwing garbage, dirty cloths, etc.. Because of this all street is blocked & water over flowing since years. Even after a repeated number of complaints to local authorities, there has been no action taken to correct it.
The dirty water from the plot keeps coming out of it and has made the whole time smelling. Pigs are also staying at the same place.
Just i wanted to request to send sumbody to take it right action about the same, so we people avoid so many diseases.

Hope i will get the answers & action about the same asap.

I have taken admission of my daughter in leader batch of neet started from the month of july 2018. She attended her classes till 31 august 2018 and stopped the same as she was finding it difficult to cope up with the neet studies. I already informed the situation in the first week of september 2018 to the institute and was told to fill up forms and carry certian formality.

Sir, please note that i have made onetime payment of rs. 1, 69, 000/- vide cheque no. 125265 dated 06.07.2018 through kokan mercantile co-op bank ltd.

Now after many follow ups on 8th february 2018 i am told that refund is against policy.

Kindly help me out as rs. 1, 69, 000/- is the huge amount which i paid altogether.

Being such reputed organization, you shouldn’t have the integrated course with alpine public school bangalore the worst teacher and management i haven’t seen yet they are taking 85k for only one month class and how come cbse board allow playing with student carrier how they will become a future of our country.
Many parents are suffering with this kind of situation but they have fear to talk about because such stupid school give threaten to student and parents, please take this positively and seriously ultimately parents and student is your brand ambassador it will go bad message to public and society.

Sir i am kritish jain from ahmedabad i joined allen chandkheda for the course of jee mains 11 class they charged me 90000 i gave now i want to discontinue allen and 6 months are still left i asked sir for refund he completely refused for refund sir we are not from as rich background please help me sir. I am not comfortable with allen from 1 month i was asking for refund in allen but they always refused they says that its not the policy of allen but as per rule an institute can not take the fee for the whole year togeather and if they take they should refund it they dont have any right on it please help me with this. Tomorrow (25/10/2018) i am going to your kalyan west branch (District - thane, state-maharashtra) for collecting my payment which is pending from a month of february 2018. I will sit in the classes till i will not get my full balance payment. Please read all the problems which i was facing.
Myself ‘santosh shankar devtale’ was working with allen allen career institute from november 2017 to march 2018 as a test paper corrector in kalyan west branch. I have not received my payment of paper checking which is about 1735rs balance. From february 2018 onwards i was requesting to a admin staff of kalyan west branch to clear my balance payment (Name of staff is pooja mam and sneha mam). From february 2018 to september 2018 i was continuously requesting both the staff to clear my payment by always they have given me a excuses i. E. You will receive payment in next month, your payment had forwarded to mulund head office, we are not getting your record, we have lost our record muster etc. After waiting for period of about 7 months i said them to give me a contact number of main concern person. So they have given me contact number of mr. Pankaj sharma he is a zonal head of thane district. His contact number is [protected]. I have said him all my problem regarding my payment he directly said me that he is not looking in account department and he said me you have to contact to ganesh sir working in dombivali branch. Ganesh sir is a most irresponsible, egoistic, manner less person, i had meet in my life his contact number is [protected]. Than i have contacted to ganesh sir at first he directly said me that he is not a concern person who is looking regarding payment. I asked him than who is the concern person who will help me to get my payment for this he said that he don’t no only pankaj sharma can tell me again i have contacted to pankaj sharma sir he said me don’t call me again and again if anyone who can help you to get your payment is the only one person i. E. Ganesh sir. Again i have called to ganesh sir and said him that panjak sir had recommended only your name to me so please help me to get my payment on this ganesh sir replied to me that it is not his work to look in my problem but he will try to get my payment, i was happy to hear that atleast he will do something but i was totally wrong. I had call him many times each time he said me to wait for 10 days, 2 days etc. All time i talk to him on call he never allow me to talk never listen to my problem he use to say what he want and directly cut the call. Now today is 24 september 2018 still i have not got my payment. Be frank i have been mentally tortured by our staff 1) ganesh sir (Dombilvali branch) 2) pankaj sharma (Zonal head), 3) pooja mam 4) sneha mam. I am suffering from financial problem in my life because of this i had requested all the above people to clear my payment so that it will be a help for me but they are such as irresponsible and careless staff of allen career institute who don’t think about other people who are working with allen institute. Todays status is that mr pankaj sharma and pooja mam had blocked contact number in their mobile so that i am not able to call them and mr ganesh he is not attendting my call nor replying to my message on whatsapp though he is reading my message. One thing i came to know in this 8 months is that because of your irresponsible staff i had not received my payment and now they don’t have a valid payment record to send in kota head office, so they have to pay me my payment form their pocket for which they are not ready to do. Now because of yours all this staff i am suffering mentally tortured. Every person have some patients limit for me now it had been over, waiting from 8 months only to get my payment. Tomorrow (25/10/2018) i am going to your kalyan west branch to collect my payment and also will not leave the institute till i will get my full payment. I have all the muster record, call voice recording, whatsapp message, bank statement as a proof with me which i am attaching in attachment. I have registered for the allen dlp programme on 6th of september and i havent recieved the materials yet. Kindly check into the matter and see if the materials are dispatched. The delay is causing a rift in my studies. If you are unable to deliver the study materials, please refund the money given.

Myself simiran sharma, i have attended the morning daubt class in allen institute, landmark city, kunadi, kota and and there my mobile was stolen. And when i requested the staffs to checkout out the camera photage, they were saying that it is new and it is not started yet and they were behaving very petty as they were saying that it is small phone so not to worry more. But i have a single phone only. And also i have daubt on them only due to their reaction. So sir kindly help me please.

Complain regarding a student janvi somya saha
She is doing some miss behave with tha srg group students and the students are afraid of her so plz its a request to ask all tha students that what she is doing in hostel...
She is telling the student that she is tantrik and she used to speak so many mantar... So all tha students are affraid from her... So kindle take strik action as fast as possible so the students can easily do their studies...

I applied for the allen dlp programme on 10th june 2018 for nts (Stage-1&2 course with study material)
And the institute confirmed the despatch of the study material within 10 days after the payment date.
But even on 4th aug2018 i. E. Today - i have not yet got the study materials.
This is causing a problem in my preparation, since exams are scheduled in nov2018
I want my study materials to be delivered as soon as possible...

Sir, i mukul singh having form no.17399636, student of jee dl major test series have not received my assignment package for test on 15.04.18 & 22.04.18. I have contacted the institute number of times regarding this. Inspite of various request made the test paper for the affor said dates has not been sent to me which is causing great inconvenience. The exam for jee advance is on 20th may for which i have enroled for the aforesaid test series. Please register my complaint regarding this.

I called on allen's helpline number at 7:50 pm which was attend by one of your employee. I had to enquire about fee structure and scholarship tests. I had heard a lot about good results and prominent reputation of allen and its helpful behaviour towards its students and guardians. But opposing my expectations, the person who recieved the call was rude and was trying to get rid of his duties. He asked me visit allen's branch for any enquaries. After a while he cut the call himself although there were no connection problem. I found his behaviour very improper and disrespectful. I had many recommendations from my family and friends about joining allen but now i am forced to reconsider the suggestions.
I hope you are willing to do something about the misbehaviour of your employee as this is spoiling the reputation of your institute.

I am from ahmedabad. Studying at sardar patel brach of allen.

[1] books are still not given to students are going into next year. And there is exam on sunday. Allen ahmedabad centre, they are not giving any specific answers for this.
[2] classes are shifting to the new location. But there is still lot of work left to properly build classrooms. So there are workers present in the classrooms (At the night time also).
[3] not convenient for students because there is still lot of work remained at the new location of classes. Wreck and all is still in the classrooms. And they started lectures there.

I am swati tripathi, an allen dlp student in 2017. My form number is 17801403. The test was not loading at 10 am. I called customer care number at 10 am. But they were least co-operative. They even hung up my call and told me they couldn't help me.
They told me to try again for neet test. I tried to attempt the test again. After attempting a few questions, the screen would display msg 'unfortunately the test has stopped'. Sir this way i am losing out all my major test series. I am not able to assess where i stand. If allen cannot provide support for online test mode, you should switch the mode to pen and paper based format.
