Ian suffering a lot to prepare for exams
Ther is no proper response from academic head .repeatedly every day Ian going and asking but no use and they don't give proper reply and showing negligence .sonkindly on request for urgent attention to get my module

My son is class 10 student. His boards are are scheduled from 30 November 2021..

BPT were taken up on 15th nov, 17th nov, 19th November. but till date (24th November), results are not declared

Please look after online students too..offline students get printed charts and all as extra materials but online student doesn't even get a pictures of it...other thing is offline students get notice related to test and schedule much earlier than us ...we also need time for preparation of test...please solve this

My Daughter shaik Zofeen Anjum, had taken admission in your institute for Neet 2021-22 Register number: 21226408. My daughter had started attending classes from April 2021 however she developed pain in her left side of kidney in the month of Sept 2021 and the pain was so severe that she was unable to attend the classes and further on the pain started spreading towards her chest, stomach and her back. We were completely worried as a parent and due to the severe pain we had to get her hospitalized and she was admitted in ICU. Multiple blood tests and scans were conducted and later on she was diagnose with auto immune disease - SLE. We had spent almost 4 Lakhs towards her treatment and still the treatment is ongoing.
We had admitted her in your institute with great aspirations and dreams however due to her sudden change in health conditions, she might not be able to continue with the classes and her attendance is 0 after sept 2021. We are humbly requesting you to refund our money paid towards the course based on the moral ethics and understanding what we have went through as a parent. We had visited your institute on : 8th Nov 2021, where we initially took admission however we were told that refund cannot be provided and was guided to write an email.
Every child, every parent goes through a tough phase in life and we feel we are going through this situation of our life. We are struggling to pay her medical bills and hope you will understand the pain we are going through and help us out here. We have paid rs.1, 27, 000.00 towards the course fee.

Sir i am new student of phase 8 nurture class.after joining class i am finding it very difficult to understand anything.I want you to make all expire videos available of allen plus so that I don't have to face any problem.plz

I am a student of allen batch TQL3 LIVE PHASE 2C. My batch physics teacher ANKUR GOYAL sir currently teaching us WORK POWER ENERGY but his teaching method not understandable. Also his behaviour is very rude during online class. His teaching is not proper. He is not teaching well and no conceptually learning. So i request to Allen PLEASE change teacher as soon as possible.

In Android, my recorded classes go smoothly. But, on the laptop when I start my recorded classes it only goes on loading and loading a small blue circle. it doesn't load the interface too. So Sir/ Madam I request you pls resolve this as much as faster by you, because it will increase my backlog

Dear Sir/Madam,

I took admission for my daughter in Allen Coaching Center Jayanagar, Bangalore branch. Since the coaching was not up to our expectation, I submitted the Fee refund application within 2 weeks of starting of the course. As per the information in the Fee receipt, only INR 25, 000/- should be deducted if we withdrew from the course within 2 weeks. However, INR 40, 000/- has been deducted.

1. Repeated calls to Allen has not helped[protected]
2. Repeated mails to [protected]@allen.ac.in, [protected]@allen.in, [protected]@allen.ac.in and few more of the faculty members has not helped. No one replies OR responds. I don't want to take the faculty member names here.

No one from Allen is sharing how the calculation is done and how is INR 40, 000/- deducted.

Allen JEE (Mains + Advanced) program started on 6th May’21.
Submitted refund application form within 2 weeks ie on 20th May’21.
Deduction to be made as per Allen Fee receipt 25, 000/-
Actual deduction made - 40, 000/-.

My modules yet . Even after visiting the nearby branch 3 times there is no action taken still.
I genuinely want you to take some action on this because it's affecting my studies alot. Also, my preparations

Hi Sir,

I have enrolled my ward with a view that he will be nurtured properly and it was happening well till 3rd Sep 2021.
However, from 6th Sep onwards classes quality have reduced horribly. Neither online students are being entertained nor any problem solving platform is available.

A plea to look into it, as the uncontrolled Coid-19 growing situation can’t allow me to send my ward to be part of offline.

Poor visual quality of online classes after started offline classes on 6th of Sept.and teachers don't clear the doubts of online students while teaching and it is very difficult to read the class board due to the poor visual quality

Dear Sir,
As cited above and intimated already, the contractual period of P.G. allocated by Allen, Guwahati to Ametel at Lajong P.G., Near Manipuri Basti, Guwahati has got expired and the room also has been vacated in good condition on 30/04/2021, after duly signed out by the occupants. In the meantime, Allen, Guwahati has informed that Offline classes, shall now be postponed due to Covid-19 pandemic and lock down imposed by State Govt., as such online classes as conducted by Allen is attained by our ward from Home as the course package was not fully covered up.
Taking reference of the above and as already intimated Allen, Guwahati for refund of security deposit for a total amount of Rs. 22, 000.00 (Rs. 21, 000.00 (fees) + Rs. 1000 (room shift). However, Allen Guwahati has not taken any action to refund the security money of Rs. 22, 000.00, even after several verbal request from our end. Now it seems that- Allen, Guwahati has intentionally collected the security amount for 2 months.
Please note that-this is our second reminder to Allen, Guwahati for refund of security money for and amount of Rs. 22, 000.00, for which the cancelled cheque for a/c details in this regard has been submitted earlier.

Sir our teacherof botony are not so good as we aspect they just explain line to line of botony and also their teching method is not to good i can't understand anything i request to change teacher

I was enquiring for me relative who is doing 12 th standard in my home town.

I feel Rs.85000 for Online tution is too much and that too we have to pay the amount in single shot(No EMI option). For Application 500 Rupees were collected separately And for sending the books in courier my counselor called me and asked to GPAY the courier charge to him (Don't know whether the person is asking for him or Allen collects).

I am a student of Nurture MNK batch Phase-4. I am not satisfied with the teaching of our Physical Chemistry Teacher-Mr.Ajay Jain Sir. I am not able to understand his teaching. He don't teach well. Please change our Physical Chemistry teacher as soon as possible. Please reply.

Hi I'm a student from batch KOLAME-1 Due to covid-19 classes have been taken online and each lecture is about 1:30 hours straight and it's higher than the normal screen time and it is really hard and tiring to listen a lecture of that long duration.The teaching is plain and quite hard to get.I feel like the class duration should be reduced so it would be much easier.After few hours I can't even listen anymore it's really sickening.
