I have ordered for xiaomi redmi note 3 mobile on 28 th october 2016. The diwali offers were available on the mobile that is the orginal price was Rs:9999. Since diwali sale was going on at amazon the mobile price was dropped to Rs:9499 and had a 15% off while paying through SBI debit card. After placing my order after some time when i checked estimated delivery date it was showing estimated delivery date pending . i called amazon customer care they told me order was getting ready wait for 24 hours . i waited and contacted the customer care several times. After 72 hours the status was same delivery date pending. i called the customer care again but this time they told me they will not be able to deliver the order and asked me to cancel the order. why should i cancel the order . the error was on their part and they want me to loose the 500 off on mobile and 15% cashback on sbi card. it was okay, if they informed me at the time of placing order. they asked me to wait i waited for 72 hours and after that they are saying me to cancel the order. i need the phone. I ordered the phone not to cancel it after 72 hours of placing . if they had informed me at the time of placing order i would have ordered from some other shopping sites like Flipkart or Snapdeal. Very bad service from amazon If you respect/value the customer satisfaction you should deliver the phone and also make sure that i will not miss the 500 off and 15% cash back on sbi card Was this information helpful? | |||
