as proprietor of amit gupra and associates surprised to see that my current account bearing number [protected] is regularly debited by unwanted charges which were has never been explained and after regular demand of bank statement now provided by any other branch. Sir being a sincere and old customer i am also very happy since inception of my account for behave and serices of bank ohter than undermentioned charges
30.09.2021-57, 31.10.2020-57, 31.03.2021-148, 25.03.[protected]chq book which were never levied), 31.03.2022-148, 03.05.2022-471, 30.06.200-148, 30.09.2022-148, 04.03.2023-590, 08.04.2023-590, 04.05.2023-590.
Sir irrespective of minimum balance charges (590/-) which is baseless i dont know nature of other charges kinldy explain and wants to submit that whole journey of holding minimum balance as shown on 31.03.2022 due to charges levied for chq book (25.03.2022) as never levied and not intimated. However after that balance was not under limit but on 04.03.2023, 08.04.2023 and today i.E. 04.05.2023 regularly debited by 590.
Sir i have account in temple of justice sector 12 district court branch where we advocates serve for justice but utmost surprise to see that first time irrepairable loss and distrust of bank, kindly revert all and oblige. I hope you understand it and solute this without any further correpondence. Litigation should be avoided until it is not required as law says and we advocate follow this.
