      I am selvam. My client id is S639238. On 18 february 2022 I take some position on usdinrCE76 and ussinrPE76 for the 29/3/2022.Then saturday, sunday are holiday. On Saturday contract note came.my position is executed and they showed in that. On Monday my position is not showing on my currency portfolio. Then I am calling to angle broking customer care number also but till my position are not shown. I am not close the trade because I kept it for my march month. Similarly if I close then also that will shown on contract note but there is no dislaying my position is closed.so my position is missing and I want my trade.

      I give the trade number screenshot given below. For this position I used 4000 rupees. I want my money or my trade back.

      Please take immediate action for this and I contact angle broking customer care for more than 5times and report this.

          Your work is very bad, I exited position in positive, the chart is showing no negative movement and still I exited below my buying price... Your work is worst, your app, you take too much of charges and still not doing your work properly.
          I'll file a complaint in consumer court.

            This is happening to me over and over again. Once it is understandable. Every time the answer is found by calling the CUSTOMER care. that was something elseAnd you guys also give on the withdrawal option that it will go to the account at 7:00 in the evening. They also give approval themselves and also do it in pending. CUSTOMER care everyone always thinks human as an ###. Is this what you guys are doing then why don't you give correct information to the CUSTOMER. Speaking is something else, happens is something else.

              Hello Team,

              I was just went through my portfolio to check surprising errors.

              1. 100 shares of HDFC not reflecting my portfolio.
              2. 145 shares of Finolex cables not reflecting my portfolio
              3. Fund section shows a debit balance of ₹110k more.

              These above were my findings and this is surprising to me that to from a reputed broker.

              I will be taking a legal action against you if not resolved by today i.e 17th Feb 2022.

              I request you if you could provide me the details on whom I should place the lawsuit.

                Please find herewith attachment screenshot of my Brokerage Plan. I am Prime Member of Angel i Trade Prime where you mentioned is Interday, F&O, Currency and Commodities Brokerag charges 20/- per order.
                dedicated brokerage 5, 200+1, 24, 230+10000+5900 = 1, 45, 330 Total Brokerage Deducted in my ledger From Date[protected] To[protected]. I don't understand the calculation of brokerage because their brokerage price is 20rs + Gst per trade for Buy & sell and They Brokerage Charged 100/- Per Lots + GST + Other Charges from Date[protected] To[protected].

                  Iam from Hyderabad I was buy option shares, one day they Decrease Avg buy price of all open positions . Then I was sell my shares with 11, 000 rs profit. Same day evening I saw in app profit becomes 8k loss, they again Set avg price . Now they said it is technical issue, now they didn't refund my shares back, so don't Trade in angel one app plzz

                          Dear concern,
                          my client code for Angel account is S884998 .
                          I have deposited Rs.20000 to my angel trading account on 3rd feb 2022 at 11:53 AM with UPI REFERCENCE ID[protected]from my Icici bank account but it is not received in Angel account while money got deducted from my bank account.
                          I have called up 2 times to Angel customer care service number which is [protected] but not received any proper response and one of representative behaved very unprofessionally to me.
                          I request you to please give me my 20000 rupees in either bank or angel account.

                                Today when I opened my Angel one App, it showed to change password and I got a mail for change of password also, I changed it but when I logged in again, it showed account SUSPENDED, without any reason and without any prior notice account has been suspended.
                                I have open trades and contracts in demat, please reactivate my account immediately, because I can otherwise suffer loss.

                                      Angleone is debiting amount from the customers accounts as and when they wish. Its kind of theft in day light. Even no proper mechanism to raise a complaint against them nor they reply at customer care.
