Angleone is debiting amount from the customers accounts as and when they wish. Its kind of theft in day light. Even no proper mechanism to raise a complaint against them nor they reply at customer care.

Some of them are blackmailing me to leak the confidential information like persoanl information

I open account at angel broking and received ID password dated on 12/01/2022, but till date i cant access my account . angel customer care not solve this query from last 8 days.

I had withdrawn 5000 on Friday because of emrgency need 21st January and angel one says they provide same day transaction but unfortunately today is Tuesday but till now I haven't received my money in my bank account because of that I have faced many problems related to money . I had contact to their customer service they told me on Monday you will receive your money in you bank account but today is Tuesday I haven't recieved yet kindly take some strict action against angel one app

CASE ID #01393664 DIFFERENCE IN P&L STATEMENT FOR INCOME TAX PURPOSE, REQUEST FOR CORRECTION IN RECORD OR CONFIRMATION FROM ANGEL BROKING THAT THEIR STATEMENTS ARE IN STRICT COMPLIANCE OF INCOME TAX RULES.
Despite repeated follow up Angel Broking is not providing duly reconciled Profit &Loss statement, Statement of holding of shares and also not accepting the mistakes in its statement for FY 2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21.
The Company is also not confirming that for calculation of Capital Gains Guidelines/rules of Income tax are being followed by them.
However the officials of the Company repeatedly claim that the customers are provided resolution of grievances within 24-48 hours, Further, every time when I try to contact on contact numbers provided for customer support a new official who is not aware of my grievances, responds and ask everything without giving any proper response without taking any responsibility because he does not come in picture again

I have submitted all the details 3 days back. Yet I didn't receive a call for the verification. Please inform me the status.

I am not withdrawn my money, there no trasaction history also then there showing the amount is withdrawn and there is zero rupees in my account plz refund it plz

I m using angel broking app while buy or sell of any stock app working vry slow it gets continuesly update of stock & cant buy instant stage & same for selling also. So ddint buy in one stage & many times due to this issue i have to buy stock at higher price. So improve ur app. It is wonder to see new update app is very slow that older version. Kjndly look into matter

I have taken 2 quantity of Nifty 18100 CE of 27 Jan 2022 at average 44.75 rs and carry forward.
That call closed somthing 42.80 rs... But in my current position it's show that avg price is 17757 how it is possible ?

Please check and update today itself.
And correct that big mistake.

We have terrible experience with Angel Broking, their platform doesn't work, not designed properly, crashes so many times, layout is so confusing, it lets you short sell e.g. I sold my Tata Steel holding but couldn't see in purposely designed confusing layout, I thought order didn't go through, so I made second entry of sell, it went through and after that price kept going up, I got shock of my life, I lost 2 lakhs.

For options trading, a broker is supposed to square off on expiry day, sends notifications to customer before expiry data regarding loss making position etc and squares off on expiry day but Angel broker's customer care staff give contradicting information that we must close position on or before expiry and take up losses if any, other said if we dont close, angel will square off as is the process across different countries allowing option trading.

NSE/BSE should stop this cheating platform, there are so many complaints, they usually don't answer customers' call as well.

I have send my CMR of Zerodha and Demat and Trading account closure form of Angel Broking to Angel Broking on 5/1/22 through Shree Nandan Courier. Till today my Deamt and Trading account is not closed by Angel and my stock is not transferred to Zerodha.

I have received wrong p&l statement from Angel one and hence I am getting wrong closing balances and wrong notional p&l for financial year 20-21. I tried contacting customer care of angel broking but none of them is positively responding to my issue.

Hey I am Abhishek and I am facing a issue related to the misinformation and system issue with the Angel broking app. I am having a 9375 quantity of RMCL share with me and I am trying to sell it from last 3 days, but unable to sell them from my side, when I called to the cx care person he said that the script is blocked and you are unable to sell from your side. For selling it you have to contact us. As it is a penny stock and banned to sell. At the time when I brought this is share it is also a penny stock, so how come you allowed us to buy it from my side. On that time also too have to raise a same concern. But on that time there were no such issue arisen and now they are saying it. The cx care representative are also very rude and don't have the manners to talk.
