    I ordered 7.8 dvd player wide order no:[protected]. But today i received folding chair.instead of that.
    u are requested that plz take back and send my actual item otherwise refund my money rs.2399.
    U broken my trust.i shopped many items from diffent online shopping websites. But they did not cheat like this.

      Wrong product delivered. Order #: AB[protected] Product id:851816 Hello, The product Askmebazaar.com people have delivered me is not a Guinean. AskMeBazaar.com have delivered the wrong product. Here I am attaching the product Delivery receipt copy and photo of the bag they have sent me. The product ID 851816 PUMA Branded Laptop Bag which I have placed the order. But askmebazaar.com have sent me the wrong product which not at all same as described while placing the order. I want you replace this bag and send me the original PUMA Laptop Bag. I want the bag should be replaced within 5 working days because you people have already wasted spent the lots of my time. Awaiting for your reply, Thank you.

        This is very bad experience on askmebazaar. i m doing regular online shopping from various sites. but this is wrest experience ever. i have ordered on 10/07/2015 my reg. mob no is [protected]. but till date i have not received my product. on 10 th day of order. i have inquiring Ref no. QRC35427498. on 18/07/15 about delivery. Reply = sir you will get your produced on or befor 20/07/2015 that is 10 th day. On 20/07/2015 in morning i called Reply = sir wait till 5pm. At 7pm i called same story. reg my complain ref no. QRC35712618 Reply = sir you have to wait for next 7 days... out team will reply.. What the hell ... this is your service.. their is No senior person in office to resolve problem in pune call-center.How u tell on your site about 24x7 costumer support. solve my issue on urgent basis ... nitin soni

          This is very bad experience on askmebazaar.

          I m doing regular online shopping from various sites. but this is wrest experience ever.

          I have ordered on 10/07/2015 my reg. mob no is [protected].
          but till date i have not received my product. on 10 th day of order.

          I have inquiring Ref no. QRC35427498. on 18/07/15 about delivery. Reply = sir you will get your produced on or befor 20/07/2015 that is 10 th day.

          On 20/07/2015 in morning i called Reply = sir wait till 5pm. At 7pm i called same story. reg my complain ref no. QRC35712618 Reply = sir you have to wait for next 7 days... out team will reply..

          What the hell ... this is your service.. their is No senior person in office to resolve problem in pune call-center.How u tell on your site about 24x7 costumer support.

          Solve my issue on urgent basis ...

            Hi, \r\nI have place order on 3-July after 3-4 follow up.Your team told sir your order is confirmed it will get delivered in 10 days.\r\nAfter 10 on 14th july i launched a complain that i didn\'t receive my order place cancel it.But your customer team told me it already in shipment it cannot be canceled.\r\nThen again i called up on 16th july they sir you will reciveing your order\r\nthis is your your tracking numner\r\n18501161.Which was not valid.after checking tracking i called again asking this invalid number you support team told in our system this only the number.Today 20-july i called to find out the status.I was shocked they told your oder is called because courier company not responding to them.\r\n\r\nI m going to public this on all the social website.

              The product sent to me is a fake that matches the original one. Also it does not work. And their customer service Representative didn't reply positively. They are fraudulent who cheated me. I bought it for 699 INR. Xiaomi MI portable charger 10400 mah. Product is totally fake and even doesn't work. It seems to be they send me a dummy. Please help asap. ThankYou

                By courier man we have received damaged sun glass at the time of delivery we are checked and discussed with courier boy and he was not response properly then said to complaint the same for order# 33587908 on dt. 20.07.2015. See do need full for as soon as possible other wise i will complaint against this incident to labour court.

                    Sir/Mam I have not received my order yet. I order a reebok watch on 06.07.15 & it had been 14 days now, I had not received the same that was a bday gift for a friend & I didnt give him the gift coz I still not recd my order on time.I am totally unsatisfied from the services of askmebazar, This amount of delay also brings the authenticity of Askmebazar in question. Further there is no contact details available on the website, the number provided there is incorrect & i mailed before this on helpdesk on this ID but don't get any revert. This is an unacceptable behaviour & I will complain further about this, & it is obvious that i will never going to order anything from askmebazar & will definetly give negative feedback to other's. It's a request to atleast revert on the mail about the status of my order or refund my money. Else i'll complain about the website further. Because it's not about the amountof order, It's about customer satisfaction & i am really feeling cheated at this point of time.

                      Hi, I place order watch through online on 7th July 2015 and the amount was paid by me through Online Account on same day, But at the time of Delivery the Courier guy is asking me to pay the amount and he saying that it is COD, regarding this i made complaint[protected] ASKMEBazzar complain number. They simply register the complaint and asking wait for 7 days to resolved but this is not proper response. If some one know any better way to dealing with this ppl. Thanks, Satish

                        Dear Sir/ Madam I have ordered "Beige Pug Dog Stuffed Soft Plush Toy - TOY_0315" on askmebazaar on 17th JULY - 2015 Order ID: AB4116473 I have done online payment they have not yet deliever my product & when I ask for refund they are not giving any proper answer. Customer care executive says that my order is cancelled because of lack of availiblity of product. If my order is cancelled then REFUND me.

                          I have ordered 2 LED bulbs on 10.7.2015 order id AB4005320 and paid through debit card Rs 271 while ordering. Delivery boy came today after 10 days and asking me to pay again the same amount, while i told him that i have already paid he took the product from me and told me he will not be able to deliver it to me unless i pay and went back.

                            Hello Consumer Cell, I had ordered (Order no:AB3716413 & Track ID Delhivery:[protected] headset 1 and a half month back but till now product has not delivered and also my refund of money request has not credited. I had called so many times to both Askme bazaar & Delhivery so many times but not even a single time I did not get an appropriate reply. Delhivery has not sent an till now the proof of delivery (POD) and ask me bazaar not refund my money till now. So please take an strong action against this both company and please help me to refund my money. I had called more than Rs.200 to both of them. Please refund that money also. I’m going to file a case against both of the company. Bloody cheating suckers – Delhivery & Askme Bazaar refund my money. Thanks & regards, Santhosh. [protected]

                            I received a call from [protected] - sr.supervisor or manager, he scold me very badly, asking my account no.for money transfer and said "AskmeBazaa is fraud company, you will not get your money or anything from Askmebazaar. Like that its has been gone 1.5 months till now no money has credited to my account.

                            Also got a call from this no. [protected] he also not answered anything and cancelled/cut my call.

                            Let me know when i'll get my money Rs.174 to my account.

                            You also simply saying Sorry, why its not done for last 1.5 month, answer this please.

                              I have purchased power bank of 10400 mAh from your website on 08.03.2015 I have already spoken to your customer support twice and they have told me that your company doesn't issue duplicate bill. I even requested to sent it through email but they refused and they told me that I should raise my concern through email and if your company desire then you will revert back but if no reply from your end then I should assume that company will not issue duplicate bill. I have mailed earlier to your company on 14.03.2015 and 28.04.2015 but have not received any reply. According to me to request for a duplicate bill if right of a customer and by denying so your company is restraining a customer from his rights. So its my request to issue a duplicate bill for the product which I bought from your company as the product is faulty and I need to take it to service centre or else I will have to seek Legal action against your company for not issuing duplicate copy of the bill. There is a gang who is using this portal and extracting information like phone numbers and calling the innocent people and taking money from their bank accounts. As per RBI guidelines personal details such as card details or PIN number/Password should not be shared with anyone. Neither do we encourage anyone to share any personal details with anyone.                               Soon after posting this complaint I have received call from number [protected] saying that he is calling from AskemeBazzar.com and he needs my card number and ccv number so that he can refund the amount.

                              When I refused to give CVV number he said then they can't refund the money.
                              What is happening I can't understand all online frauds are going on in this country, people please be aware.

                                Respected Sir/Madam, Once I had ordered a product through online shopping website Askmebazaar. After that I'm getting endless number of promotional messages from this company. I have complained to the Askmebazaar customer care service, but they are not paying attention to it. They are saying you have to contact cell service centre and choose Do Not Disturb. But I don't want to do Do not disturb, since i want messages from other comanies. I wish to block these messages from Askmebazaar. My Mobile Number is [protected]. I get messages from 520400, 5204001, 5204002, 5204003, 5204004, 5204005, 5204006.

                                  I had ordered SONY POWER BANK on 30th April 2015. I got his message ''Your order AB2651093 from My Limo Trading at askmebazaar is confirmed for delivery.Helpline:[protected].'' but the product delivery took 15 days. After paying the cash on delivery the product I saw was MI POWER BANK (Some chinese product) and it does not charge the phone even for a minute. Since that day I am following with there customer care and everytime they ask for my account details to refund the money but it never happens. I have called atleast 10 times these guys but they are hardly bothered to take any action. Now I really feel Askmebaazar are nothing but the cheaters, they are fooling people around and can see lot of complaints registered for them. Request you to kindly take a severe action against these crooks.

                                        Sir recently I have purchased two power banks (instant chargers) at Rs.500 each. To my utter dismay, the product is duplicate and it is not of Samsung company. When connected to the mobile phone the power bank is taking the power of the Mobile phone instead of supplying power. To the naked eye one can easily say that is duplicate product. The seller/broker must be repremanded for the duplicate business.
