I bought a saree worth Rs.549 on 1st July. All i received was a mail with confirmation and order number. After which i waited for 11 days for the material to arrive. After 11 days i called up the customer care to check the status. They said they will update me the status in 10 days. After 10 days i called them up for to enquire the status. They said the supplier has not dispatched the product, we will check and let you know when it will be possible for them to send. I was really frustrated, so i asked them to cancelled the order. They said i will inform the concerned department to do that. Today 22 July, i called up to reconfirm, for which they said the order is cancelled and it will take another 10 days to refund the money. My concern is why do they take 10 days for every activity? Why cant they call up and update the status? why cant they sent a mail? why does the website have any tracking system like other online brand.

    i orderd 2 LED bulb from askmebazaar.com . purchase date was 3 june. order was placed by me. my mobile number is [protected]. My order id was AB3347946. but they cancelled it and they did not refund till now. i have called many times but no action on this matter.

            i have given a complaint wide no QRC 33573696 and again after 7 days another complaint by no QRC 35254855 and till today i have not recieved any refund for the same, when i called the online customer care there was one by name basil he challanges me for what i can do, he will not refund the amount.
            i have ordered american egale product and u have sent some duplicate us polo product .is this is how you treat your customer.

            kindly make a note of the same as it follows a consumer court notice.

            I have ordered Kids Jumbo 11 inch tablet and paid the amt on delivery by CASH. After getting the product, we opened, it is one of the worst product I have received by AskMeBazaar.

              As usual, I expected this type of service from you. Please find below the confirmation mail. First of all does this feedback really work's or is it falling on deaf ears, I still don't understand what is wrong with you people. Why can't I get my order without your stupid reasons. This time I have requested for speaker on 12 July, 2015, I got the confirmation mail. Today is 21st July 2015, I already knew that my order must have been cancelled, just curious to know the reason for "ORDER CANCELLATION". And the reason that I got was more Pathetic then your service." Product was not available " Really!!! On First Place, why did it show available on the site if Product is not physically available Secondly, Why did I received this "ORDER CONFIRMATION" Mail. Third, your service center denied for any "ORDER CONFIRMATION" Mail, even when I am telling them I have received... Pathetic, Useless, Disgusting... well I am falling short of Adjectives to tell you the type of service you provide. I know my mail is going to be in your trash mail, as you are not at all serious about your business and customers. Have some decency to update your customers regarding the status of there Order. It has been 10 DAYS and no update. One last thing, the product I requested or ordered is still showing on your site as available. God knows what you people are up to.

                I have faced worst experience I have order for rain suit on 8/07/ & its was delivery on 21/07 it was delay it was damage order no ab3974862 the delivery boy before delivering the order calling me and saying that if any damage we are not responsible I am locking for refund my money back

                  i have order one Mp 3 I pod music player + 8 GB memory card of rs. 444 as cash on delivery till now i have not received my item after received the shipment no[protected] on dated 15/07/2015. in this regard i call your customer care & they told that items showing in Transit, so please confirm when i get my item or i will cancel the order. such type of service i have never expect from Ask me Bazaar. please do the needful as early as possible.

                              I am received daily sms about 20-25 sms from ask me bazaar.com like DZ-566485, DZ-566050, DZ-566295, etc. to my mobile no.[protected]. Kinldy help to stop receiving sms from ask me bazaar. There is no correct response from customer care of ask me bazaar.

                                  I purchased sunglass against order no AB 2024800 and delivered wrong product on 2nd May 2015. I called the customer care immediately and requested for refund. The complaint No is QRC-456801 dated 2nd May 2015. After several follow ups finally the reverse pick up happened after 20 days. Since then I am calling customer care for the refund. Made multiple calls but no refund so far. Each time I call I get same answer that apologies, excuses, sorry, we will address this on high priority, we will escalate to finance team and so on. I am also told that they refunded to my account on 4th June. I did not get any amount and I sent my account statement copy for verification as well. The below are the complaint numbers made so far. 2nd complaint Complaint with Reshmi on June 8 at 5.45 pm. Complaint number QRC[protected] 3rd Complaint with Padma on June 17 around 2 pm. Complaint Number QRC[protected] 4th Complaint made on July 7 at 9.30 am. Complaint number QRC[protected]. Send the Account statement for verification as well to [protected]@askmebazaar.com 5th complaint on July 14th 2015 around 1 pm. with Harrish. Complaint Number QRC[protected] 6th complaint on July 21st 2015 arount 12.30 pm Call to Pridvi – Call put on hold and disconnected Call to Jeswar - Call put on hold and disconnected Call to Mounica – and escalated to next level manager Navya – Complaint number QRC[protected]. How many days you want me to wait further on this? Feeling ashamed on buying through askmebazaar. Thanks Bhaskara [protected].

                                    Hi, I have placed below order (Order Id: AB4102479 on 16 July 2015) and made online payment from my ICICI Account. Transaction id :[protected] The amount got deducted from my account on 16/07/2015 However the person who came to deliver asked for COD. Please explain why am I asked to make the payment twice. I will NOT pay twice. Dont fool customers. Kindly refund my Rs329/- which was deducted from my account.

                                      so i called askmebazar they told you can pay on COD and we will refund the online payment.

                                      but i have not received refund every time customer care tells me that its in process since last 1 month.
