Hi Team, I have purchased one coolers and a watch from askmebazzar.com and it was delivered to me on 2nd may.After unwrap the pack i found there is a damage in coolers. i have raised the complaint on the same day "complaint number is QRC455382 &QRC 456210. On June 10th product was picked by askmebazzar representative and confirmed that money will be refunded with in 7 to 10 working days. Now its almost 60 days from date of return the product. After too many follow up there is no proper response from their side about the refund. Also they are making the excuse that " with in one week i will get it" On every call to them above is the only response. i have spent close to 300 rupees for the call charges itself.

      I hv ordered a 5w led bulb on 10th June 2015 which is NT reached still. Inspite of my repeated follow ups with the customer care, till date I hv not received my order which NT acceptable. I don't understand y this cheating u made to me. This is the untrust online site I believe. I will resume that due TO UR irresponsible ppl working there. This behavior is really bad for cheating ppl by giving offers and snatching more frm us.

        As per my today's conversation with ms. Ashwini deshmukh. He is just customer executive and doesn't know how to check shipment status and how to give information about product.

        3 months ago i had placed my order and till date are not able to deliver the product.
        This is ridiculous thing askmebazar is doing with customers.

        Now my lawyer will take care how to tackle this situation. All leading newspaper will ensure that they will display my complaint against ask me bazar bluff.

        Such a shameless people they even don't care for customers.
        Guys don't buy anything from this site.

          I, ordered a mi 10400mah power bank. Order id ab3496933. The product i recieved is either not original or is faulty as it charges any mobile for not more than 5 - 10mins. I called up your helpline but got a reply that complain can only be registered if lodged within 48 hours of delivery. Whats this. Like you it seems are only bouthered about how to sell and not to care a dam for the customer after that.

          The product was delivered at my place on my absence but with my consent, as i was out of town. It was opened by me after (As per your rules they say) 48 hours. The outer cover was completely damaged and broken. But the product i thought was okay so i did not react. I charged the thing for around 15 hours then i tried charging my mobile, and to my surprise it went off in less than 10mins. Then again i charged it for around 12 - 13 hours more and then again tried charging my mobile, but in vain. The product is a faulty for sure. And to your information charging it two times makes your scheduled time (48hrs) over. So it seems you are promoting your marketing and follow one time selling policy.

          I purchased a watch in askme bazar .it was not working, it is a waste product they gave me. i complained three times but no responses from the authority. i need my money back. if no reply for this request, further i must file a case against ask me bazaar in consumer court.

            Guys dont ever shop from this site this is the most pathetic site. These people are fraud. They dont deliver the quality they show on their site. Even they dont refund the money back. I am suffering from the day i booked an order.

              I buy a Induction cookware set of 5pcs from ask me bazar amount 599.00.But the product is damaged.Handle of Kadhai broken.I Lodge a complain in that day(12th june).               forget the money now. I am waiting since last 3 months, but no reply from AskmeBazaar. Whenever you call to customer care they will ask to you wait for next 7-10 days mentioning that backend team will call you for further process. I do know what the hell their backend team do whole day because I havent received call from backend team ever.

                Worthless Service. It’s really disgusting that askmebazar not capable to deliver the order, they people always given the excuse i.e. “your phone not reachable when our representative was at your place” that all is lies. if that’s not possible for you to deliver the product so why they take the order?.

                  I buyed a rain coat from ask me baazar around 10 pm on 1 july 2015.My order id is order_id:AB3855563 and paid rs 399 using hdfc net banking, transaction_id:597576 . After 13 hours of order, no updates about it, their customer does not have any information. How can i get order details or my refund.

                      I have ordered combo of branded 9000 mah power bank and 16gb pen drive san disk against order No. AB3720614 on dated 23.06.2015. However, when I have received the parcel on 29.06.2015 and when i have opened it. I have received 8 gb pendrive instead of 16gb capacity, which is not acceptable. I have made a cash payment amounting to Rs. 400/- to the courier boy in this regard. I have given complaint on 29.06.2015 on askmebazaar.com website. But no response was received so far. I have further checked the other product i.e. 9000 mah power bank which is not up to the mark.. It has charged my mobile only 20 percent.. It is fake item. It will give bad feedback to the customers.. Again i have given request for returning the fake product that was delivered to me on 01.07.2015. However, no response has been received so far. They are making customers fool.. Please either return my product or initiate strict action against the website who are making the people fool...

                        I ordered a qubeplex turtle night light (Order# ab363835) from askmebazar.com on 19 - jun - 2015. I received the delivery from red express courier on 2 - jul - 2015.

                        I opened the package to see a bedsheet and pillow cover in it.
                        I ordered turtle night light and received a bedsheet and pillow cover.

                        I called up ask me bazar customer care and they just apologized for wrong delivery and said nothing can be done to this. They are not even ready to collect back the current delivery and resend the correct order.

                          Askmebazaar: i placed order (Id: ab3554903) for one helmet of 600 / - on 13. 06. 2015, it was fully paid thru pnb netbanking, i got a call from them seeking my confirmation for 4 orders, i told them that i have placed order for only one helmet and not 4, so they cancelled the 3 orders which included fully already paid one too, after 3 hours their deliveryman comes to deliver the order and seeking payment again - i was astonished to hear that. I told him to go back and did not take delivery - i could guess something foul / fishy out of it. Then i told them to refund my money in respect of cancelled order - i was given a complaint no. Qrc[protected] approx ten days back. Will the concerned authorities do something or should i escalate this nonsense to concerned honourable minister and pmo - latest by this evening.

                              I had ordered gulf bike battery on the 13th of june 2015, by icici net banking and paid rs.850. The order no.Ab3561647.. Still no sign of the order till this day today i.E. 020715. I called up on the 14th june 2015 to confirm the order, and i was told that i will receive the order in next 7-10 working days. After 10 days i called up again to ask about the order, to which they answered that we are raising a complaint and i have to wait for 7 more days, so that the backend team would rectify the problem and call me back. But no use. I was calling for the past 2days and called up today too, but still i receive the same reply, wait for more 7 days. I asked for their office address in mumbai, the executive said she cannot provide me the address? How can a website who is endorsed by ranvir kapoor cannnot have a address of their own., they even dont have the details of the seller who has sold the product. What to do, , i do not understand?
                              Is this website a fraud? Should i forget my hard earned money?

                                    I booked order before 1 month and I have received a duplicate and not working condition product as per Order No - AB3205006. I ordered - Power Bank Samsung 2600 mAh, the product appears to be fake as body material is of degraded quality. i have been calling at customer care number, [protected], since 5 June, 2015. I have called on 5th june, 12th june, 16th june, 19th june and 22nd june. my request number is QRC29709419. but every time your executive promise me that your product will be return in next two days. I request to you Return me FULL AMOUNT. this is your problem that you pick up or not this duplicate product. but refund my amount. I strongly condemn you sending such product to customers. in this mail I use very respectful language, if my problem is not short out with in two days. after that you will ready for read honorable words. I paid Rs.299 which is nothing for you because you are earn more then Rs. 2990000 per day after selling duplicate products.

                                      Hello Sir, As i believe in the online shopping i purchase a power bank of Mi company as shown on the online website on ask me bazar.When i receive the product in the begning of the uses i dont know about the powerbank is either original or duplicate. when i uses it this gives me only one time phone charge and rest of energy is loosing. After uses of 1 month i searches for the genuineness of the product i went through the companies website where i found that the genuine product haves a 20 digit code and also other facilities for the genuineness. I got a fake power bank given by the company and the askmebazar. So please either return my money or give me the genuine power bank.                                         Myself Ranjith from chennai. I purchased a headset in this website this is the first time I'm purchaing in this website after 10 days of order i got the product that too damaged one. I stopped the person who delivered to me and informed that it's a damaged one he told to contact the customer care.they took a complaint and got all my information and the bank account number and (QRC[protected] Told that amount will be refunded writhing 3-5 working days. Today I contacted the customer service by mentioning that the amount is not yet refunded he is telling that it will take 12 working days from today. His name is Arun. Stupid fellow I don't know who kept him in customer service don't even know how to convey the message properly. I asked him to transfer the call to the supervisor he placed the call on holds for 3 mins and again telling that no seniors available.
