It's shocking that after complaining about this product from this portal, they phoned me yesterday and ask for my personal bank details like ATM card no. etc.

Are they really think that we people are such kinds of fools that can share our personal and confidential information over phone. Such a disgusting phase that I'm facing right now.

After using the said medicine upto 25 days there is not positive effects which could cure the problem of knee pain

We should log a complaint against this product and advertisement company because they are playing with old people problem's with a fake product.

I still can't understand that due to their false advertisement, this product is still not been banned by the higher authorities of India and become silent spectator. Are they all tuned together??? Also, this web portal is also just for gathering our views only but not interested to help us and provide justice.

Who is responsible to the wastage of my time, hard money earned during my government service and most important, my losing trust over the medical units after such fake publicity???

Absolutely, no one tracking our complains here also..is there any portal to complain against this product.

Asthijivak lep and oil

I bought this product for my mother and to my surprise the experience turned out to be pathetic... contacting customer care is just a waste of time and finally this product also turned out be one another initiative of making customer fool.. Bogus product... highly ineffective and total waste of money.

my registered mobile no is [protected].I ordered the Asthi Jivak product twice but it is not showing the performance. The quality of product is not at all satisfactory and is not providing any relief. I asked for return of the product but they mentioned to courier the product. This was not mentioned to me earlier. As per the telemarketing rules, the product is delivered by the company and in case of non-satisfaction, the customer can ask for the return.plz call on [protected]

In case of return, the company executive has to come to the customer home and take the product and return the money.

The customer executive has refused for returning the product.

No replacement no money back..fraudulent product sent for repeat orders

I have ordered Astijivak for first time that came in sachets and was beneficial. Next I ordered I got some mud and wood powder that I was suggested to courier back at my own cost. I sent it, I tracked it received but customer care denies the receipt. I sent the courier thru DTDC to their Indore office. Fraud company stay away.

I got the product, after 10 days as there was no effect i called and raised request, they told to call back after 15days .now they are denying money back as they are telling now that product should have been returned to them and reached their company before 15 days completion which was not told earlier also this information was only told after continous calling for about a week . There is no effect of the medicine given.

Ref your invoice no:2016-17/May/2044 dt 24 May 2016 and suppliers ref number ASJK, knee pain relief, sorry to say that still I am not getting relief to use your product. I was100% faith to relief by used this product but my hope not fulfil.

Fraud product; I had ordered it for my grandmother, she did not get any relief, instead the product seemed to heighten her knee pain. When she called the customer care in order to return the product, they fabricated some story about their product first causes pain, in order to heal the affected area. When asked for the money back, like other customers, we were also told that our 15 days return period is over.

This product is fraud and not at all recommended.

This product is NOT useful at all, please don't buy this product, they are just duping the troubled people and making money, I urge again please DON'T buy this product .

I ordered the Ashthi Jivak product for my mother but it is not showing the performance. The quality of product is not at all satisfactory and is not providing any relief. I asked for return of the product but and send it in time period of company Lr of the same attached here. This was not mentioned to me earlier that you have to rerurn this product to Indore because i will get Invoice of Shreenath Enterprise and now service provider says to send this product to indore in til 23.07 but it is not possible to send till 23.07 from Junagadh, it will be reached till 26.07 so please consider the same and return my payment in my account as early as possible.. As per the telemarketing rules, the product is delivered by the company and in case of non-satisfaction, the customer can ask for the return so please take return and give refund as early as possible.

i have purchased this asthijivak but there is no relief in my pain not even a single percent, when i called them for returning the product the refused to return my money back. In short i would say that this is the worst product nd the sellers are not good at all when you complain them about the product, so please please don't buy this product as it is 100% waste of money,

Thanks to all the cnsumers who reviewed the product. I called the telebooking No.[protected] today on 1st Aug. and told the persons who work in customer service about the adverse reviews against the product. They simply
listened and did not give any clarification except saying that the product has to be properly used. I enquired about
the reasons for non-refund of money to the complainants but no answer was given. I hope authorities will take
suitable steps to redress the grievances.

I request you all to register complain against this company in consumer forum. You can do so this online. You may register your complain on http://www.Consumerhelpline.Gov.In/
if all the affected people can complain about these companies together then there can be an instant action by govt on these companies.
Also you should register complain against "anu kapoor" who is branding the company without checking authenticity of the company & brand. He is just making money on the peoples' faith.
I am saying such beacuse today my father asked me to order this product. So i just checked the review of the product & came as a shock to see such reviews & i have cancelled the thought to buy this product.
I request each & every consumer to register complain against these types of fraudulent companies & also do regular follow ups. Now a days, consumers get compensation through legal route. Although, this can be a lon process, but you will get justice.
The total process is online, so you all can follow up with the department through your pc / laptop. You can send mail, register complain, call to toll free number & so on.

Better stay away from such TV advt products where there is no local office or traceability. It is just eyewash to fool the people and loot the money. If the products are good and working defenitely you will get those products in local pharmacy.

i ordered this asthijivak for my mother .first the order for 2100 online order came after lot of chasing from courier. finally when order came for 1st 45 days she had little relief. When i asked the company there is no quick relief what they show in their adverts, they said it takes time depends on case to case an will surely work in 2nd order .they asked me to order double quantity as it may go out of stock.I had some doubt as they told even over phone order is also 2100.i still ordered 1 more dose for 45 days as there was some relief. THE second time it came late and also the medicine bandages were missing.Even the lep was like paste and it did not look like original product. after trying fr 10 days when there was NO RELIEF WE asked the cust care he refused to replace and disgusting fellow wanted us to order again. He told the reason this medicine was different because iwhy they liet CAME DIRECTLY FROM FACTORY THIS TIME. I HAD ENOUGH and i asked cust care why they lied so much and played with SENIOR CITIZENS HEALTH. HE HAD NO REPLY THAN TO HANG UP AND ALSO ONE GUY SAID HE IS TRANSFERRING ME TO COMPANY AND CONNECTED ME TO ANOTHER ADVISOR IN cust care.PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT AT ALL... I have been using both the 'lep' powder and the oil as per the directions for use described in their pamphlet sent along with the product and also described in their TV advertisements and their website for knee pain. The photocopy of your pamphlet is also sent herewith as another attachment.

I regret to state that despite my meticulous use of the products as per the directions for more than 25 days, I have not got any relief and I continue to suffer with knee pain.
As promised by you in the TV advertisements, I request for refund of my money of Rs.3, 600/- as the products (lep-powder ad oil) are ineffective in giving me any relief against my knee pain.

I hope that this will receive your immediate attention and the money shall be refunded to me without fail.

My Gosh, I ordered yesterday only at night and they call me today morning that my product reached YamunaNagar and will be delivered at 1 pm. By chance I checked online and read all these reviews, Now after reading all this, I am not going to buy this for sure. Thanks for giving reviews online by everyone.
