Updated by yogai51 After more than 1 month ebay has replied to my complaint!What a speed!!!.My original complaint was raised on 14Sep and 18Seprespectively.Here is the transcript of the message ebay has replied to me.
"Dear Yogesh,
This is with regards to the Escalation raised by you (details below):

Thank you for sharing your concern. We regret to know that the product you've purchased has stopped working.
We at eBay provide 30 days of purchase protection i.e. eBay Guarantee*.
But as per eBay policies products with Manufacturer warranty are excluded from eBay Guarantee* coverage as you can visit nearest Authorized service center of the Brand and get the issue resolved. So we would request you to visit the nearest service centre and get the issue resolved.
However, if the item that you received was dead on arrival or fake you may provide a Declaration letter from the authorized service centre to [protected]@
ebay.com within 72 hours stating the same.
If you fail to provide the requested document within the stipulated time we would have to go ahead and close this case from our end."

Following is my reply given to above ebay message.Would advise not to buy anything from ebay as they dont fulfill or force seller to entertain buyer's valid service center request.

You people have failed to understand the problem and issue I raised on consumer complaint site.Below is transcript I have written on

The nearest service center contact details was itself not correctly shared by seller and nor ebay support so no point arises of contacting service center and getting the problem rectified or getting any declaration letter from authorized service center.Without service center I cant rectify my problem.Now can you pls let me know if you understand the problem?.Here is the that transcript.

I bought Vox v106 tab (3000INR) from ebay with paisapay id [protected] on[protected] and got it delivered by 21July by
Fedex.I checked the tab and found out the Wifi was not working so then I talked to seller but he just told me to approach nearest service center.I was not getting proper contact no.of service center so I raised claim of "item not asdescibed" but bay rejected the claim saying the product is under manufacturing warranty so pls contact service center.I asked ebay to provide service center contact no. which they have not given satisfactorily and they asked me to contact seller.I contacted seller and he was telling me to search on
google.I waited for sellers reply patiently for 7 days and then I contacted ebay asking to initiate refund for this product by giving argument of claim rejection and then service center not available in South India.Ebay told me that your claim was rejected on 30July and its already more than 1 month so we cant do anything in this matter except to ask seller if he can give replacement or refund.Ebay customer support told me internally we follow 1 month policy of claim rejection and once that period is passed then we cant do anything in this.This policy is no where published and as the support executive told its internal policy.I want to complaint about seller and ebay too.Pls beware of seller "

Amazon snapdeal and
shopclues are much better.

Updated by yogai51 Today after updating this complaint ebay has once again replied to my message.Ebay has totally lied of not receiving my reply to the ebay message sent on 10Oct2016.I have replied to their todays message also with the attached screenshot to the message sent on 12Oct2016.The screenshot link is maded available for public viewing on below address

"Pls find attached screenshot of the mail on 12Oct2016 as reply to your mail dated 10Oct.You must have received that mail.Pls dont misguide or hide any fact.
Now can you pls force the seller to take back his Vox and tab and return my money back."
Ebay is totally cheater.Even after they have received my reply to their message sent on10Oct2016.They are totally lying.Ebay is cheater...
