Not refunding money Rs. 16000 paid online on 29.03.2014

On 29.03.2014 I received a phonecall from some people from atozshoppinghub.com who were persuading me hard for online shopping through atozshoppinghub.com and in turn I would get the best deals and great discounts on future purchases too. I logged in to their site and selected the product SAMSUNG MOBILE PHONE MODEL- S4MINI which was on a higher price as mentioned on their website but the caller assured me to get me a deal for as low as 16000.00....
