I got a call from executive on 9th april and he gave me attractive offer on purchase of iPhone5s for rs 25000. Firstly he asked me to pay rs 17000 and balance amount to be paid on delivery. I made an online payment at that time. Later I waited for delivery of my product. After 10 days I contacted them for asking my order status at that time they told me you need to make ba payment of balance amount. I had discussion over same thing saying while making an order u guys told me that I need to make a payment OF 17k only. Later I made payment of 8k and then they assured me that i’ll recieve MY order IN 3 working days. I waited for delivery but then also I dint recieve MY product. I again enquire them then they asked me to pay for 5k for insurance thing. I had an argument over this and asked for cancellation of my order. They refused to refund and gave me assurance after payin amount we will deliver it in 5 days. Over that I made a payment OF 5k. And waited for delivery. They assured me that they will deliver MY order by 3rd may. As of now I have not received any product.I do have their contact NO[protected], 6401410, I request you please help IN this matter.

21 march offer call from manish noida for apple i4 and lenovo laptop... 22 march online payment 25171... i have recorded the call... still not recived... now ask me to pay another 5000 insurance money... most of the contact number are switch off...

This is pathetic below are some of the numbers from which i have recieved calls . i am planning to lodge a official complaint to the Cyber Crim and Mumbai Police dept to take necessary action against this company. Request all of you to make a complaint at your local police station so that these people stop their FRAUD business and we can help some more people by not getting trapped in this SCAM. Request all of you to make a complaint at you local police station so that these people stop their FRAUD business and we can help some more people by not gettiong trapped in this SCAM.

We have purchase a samsung trend mobile on 18-Apr-14 but yet we have not received nor our money is refund. Also when contacting them they are not available nor any response is coming. We have paid 5005 for mobile. Also we have inform that if they are not able to dispatch kindly cancel our order but it is also not done.

On 16.04.2014 I received a phone call from atozshoppinghub.com who were persuading me hard for online shopping through atozshoppinghub.com and in turn I would get the best deals and great discounts on future purchases too.On 17.04.2014 I logged in to their site (www.atozshoppinghub.com) and online purchased the product Micromax Canvas Knight A350. Along with that there were also some freebies like 16GB memory card, flip cover, bluetooth etc.They guided me throughout the process of online purchase. I then made the full payment of Rs. 15000.00 online through my HDFC Bank credit card. I immediately received their acknowledgement and order confirmation with reference no.[protected] by their emails.At the time of booking I have been told that the product will be delivered in 5 working days.So after 5 days when I called their customer care at[protected] they replied that product was not in stock and it would take another 5 days to come. Again I waited for 5 days & called back to them. In turn I got the same answer from them that product is not in stock and it would take another 3 to 4 days to come. This was continue after .Then I wrote to them twice [protected]@atozshoppinghub.comregarding the status of dispatch and requested them for the refund of my money if they are not able to send the ordered item.They did not replied to any of my emails. Now they are not receiving calls also.Please kindly look into this matter & do the needful.

C. for my house on 16th April 2014 through online shopping Portal A to Z shopping hub ( http://atozshoppinghub.com/ ) and for same i paid them in Advance through net banking. But now they are not responding on delivery status and they also not giving my money back, even they are not picking up the calls. Please help us to get our product or else Money... On 29.03.2014 I received a phonecall from some people from atozshoppinghub.com who were persuading me hard for online shopping through atozshoppinghub.com and in turn I would get the best deals and great discounts on future purchases too. I logged in to their site and selected the product SAMSUNG MOBILE PHONE MODEL- S4MINI which was on a higher price as mentioned on their website but the caller assured me to get me a deal for as low as 16000.00. Though, I was then asked to select another mobile (blackberry flip) worth 16000.00 but, they assured that they would send me the Samsung S4mini handset of my choice. Along with that There were also some freebies like 16GB memory card, flip cover, bluetooth etc. They guided me throughout the process of online purchase. I then made the full payment of Rs. 16000.00 online through my HDFC Bank credit card. I immediately received their acknowledgement and order confirmation with reference no. 777710 by their emails. Since that day their staff continued to call me for buying another product as this would bring me in their top10 buyers list. I was adamant that they must deliver the ordered mobile phone first and I kept asking about status of dispatch. Then they started giving vague statements that it would be dispatched soon as it was in the process of insurance. On 4.04.2014 when I called their customer care at[protected] they replied that product was not in stock and it would take another 5 days to come. Then I wrote to them twice at [protected]@atozshoppinghub.com regarding the status of dispatch and requested them for the refund of my money if they are not able to send the ordered item. They did not replied to any of my emails. On 05.04.2014 I received a phone call (from no. [protected]) that they are willing for the refund of entire amount Rs. 16000.00 and for that I should submit my bank details as they find it tedious to make the refund to my credit card account. That time I immediately submitted the same and they wrote back in reply that they would soon initiate the refund process and I must get the money shortly. After a week time I checked in again that there was no sign of refund and their customer care never picks up the phone nor they replied to any of my mails asking for refund status. Their website is totally changed now. Its been almost a month time since I had made the payment to this company. I desperately need intervention and help in this matter as I firmly believe that not only me but a lot many people have been cheated through this online shopping website.
