I am an owner of an Audi A6 car purchased in 2009. Over the last 3 years, there have been 3 instances where the car has just stopped working. I had to tow the vehicle to the nearest service (Audi Delhi South) each time. In each instance, they said that the relays or electronic switches have had water ingress and need to be replaced.

Each time I have asked the service center to please ensure that it does not happen again. After all, I cannot stand with an umbrella over the car when it rains. Each time, they have promised that the issue is solved but to no avail. The car was lying with them for 2 weeks and they said that we are taking time to diagnose the issue since the water has seeped in. I still don't have an answer on how and where. They asked me now to bring the car to them every 3 months for cleaning to ensure it does not happen again. This is the first time they have told me to do that.

I have a firm belief, even though i can't prove it completely, that they tamper with the car when it goes to them for service. The last time I sent the car, the back windshield screen motor stopped working. Luckily, I caught the issue before leaving the car service centre and they agreed to repair it for free. Earlier, they have suggested that the AC compressor has issues, engine belt needs changing. The weird part is that they never report the same issue the next time the car goes for service.

I am completely fed up of the mental harassment by Audi Delhi South and their pathetic customer service.

    I own a audi q3 top model reg. No. Mp09ck3838.My car's battery has been drained twice in the year.
    I have also written 2-3 mails to the company and the dealer though.But there is no response from dealer as well as the company.
    I think customer satisfaction does matters to them but when you are purchasing a new car, not when you expect a good service.
    I am not at all satisfied with the service and the response i got .This is not expected from a automobile company like audi.
    Shame !

      Hello, I own a Q7 since 3 years in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. I have been getting the car serviced and repaired regularly in you authorised Audi Ahmedabad dealership since. Now, since a few months, the car has started showing signs of low quality service done by the dealership. The centre console between the driver and the passenger seat, and the middle bucket seats have become somewhat lose from its respective joints and hence when I drive it, it makes a banging noise in the car. The noise is pretty loud and deceptive, and the entire fun that I get out of driving that car is now futile. But this wasnt the shocking/surprising part of the whole scenario, because I understand that Indian roads are not the best roads. I contacted the dealership at least 6 months back regarding this problem. They took the car for fixing and trials, fixed a little and sent the car back. After a few days of driving the car with no noise, again the same noise started. So I again contacted the dealership, again the same, they took the car and did the same. But to my surprise, in two days time, the noise started again. this went on for SIX months, which included me sending the car to the dealership at least once a month and sometimes twice a month to the dealership, but still they havent fixed the issue and my car is sitting in my garage as its impossible to drive. I decided to write to you as last time when the car came back from getting fixed from the dealership, I was taken to surprise and thought of doing something about it. The technician/engineer who is taking care of my car over there at the dealership is Mr. Meghan, so last time when he sent the car back, the noise was significantly gone and so I was very happy with the service. After a week, I found out that Mr. Meghan had cut up thermocol sheets into palm sized sheets and stuck them lose between the bucket seats to subside the noise. The second I pulled the middle seats down to access the third row, a rain of thermocol sheets poured in the car. It was really humiliating to see thermocol sheets in the car as a solution to a problem. I am highly upset with the service this dealership has given me and that too for such a premium car. I hope someone with a higher authority than the Audi Ahmedabad dealership looks into this matter as soon as possible and gets me a permanent solution to this issue.

        I am Disha and I bought an Audi A4 for Rs. 94 lakhs from Bengaluru, two years and four months back. The reason was its speed as I had to travel to different cities and it was a business requirement too. I bought two more Audis for my business officials and purpose. But my experience with Audi is very bad. The first Audi car of mine is A4 and it is a little over two years old. I have spent Rs. 45 lakhs on my A7 already for it to run efficiently. Currently, I gave the Audi for service purposes a month ago and I have still not got it back in spite of me paying the full amount. The excuse is that they are not able to get the automobile parts and it’s still to reach India from overseas. I now curse myself for my fleet of Audi. I have a Q3 and an Q7 too which are also the same and I had spent huge amount of money on them just to keep them running. Along with the performance of the car, high maintenance cost and bad after sales and dealership services I still thought of keeping my cars. But I am not able to get my car back after giving it for servicing. So I regret my decision of buying the Audi cars and would not recommend anyone to buy such cars or any of Audi cars at all.               Dear all, There is no proper response or convincing reply has been received for the problems I faced and facing in the car. Since I bought this car I am facing problems one after another, this is a big mental harassment for me for all problems I am getting only responses where Audi Motinagar showroom people ( where I bought the car from ), is trying to convince me that these are common problems or they are not responding to them. Since I have bought this car, rear right side of the car, constantly making noise and some other internal noises are there as well which is very irritating, I have been to the showroom many times but no result in fact they know that there is a problem but they are unable to fix it and now they are not responding. It is very shame full to say that the after SALES, services of Audi is pathetic. Audi A-4, DL1CP 3805 and I bought it in 2013 Now I would like you to take further actions asap.                 I bought a audi q3s four weeks back from audi delhi south at the time of taking delivery there was a problem wih first gair that time mr sachin sales executive told me its a minor problem he told us that it will rectified but after a week i reporter same problem to audi and send back the car to workshop now its being 3 weeks the car is standing at the showroom these people have opened all the cluch plate syatem and no idea what is happening every time we go to workshop they say it will take week time.

                I have requested them to give new car but it seems they are not bothered.

                  I purchased AUDI A-4 from Audi Delhi West/ India in March 2013. The car met with an unfortunate road accident on 12th Jan night in Delhi, where the car was badly damaged and driver met with some injuries. However, none of the 6-airbags inflated, even after a horrifying accident.

                  When i filed this complaint with Audi-company, after having delayed to commit or respond satisfactorily to this, now they have finally responded and claimed that the car met accident at a "certain angle" due to which airbags dont come into effect. Below is the exact statement i got from them -

                  "The analysis shows that due to the collisions the impact was to the front bumper, which damaged only the soft parts, and the roll over only damaged the body, there was no destruction from passenger compartment hence there was no need for activation of the airbags system"

                  This is ridiculous to say the least. At time of sales, they never told all this stuff. Moreover, passenger compartment as well as car is so badly damaged, that almost 80% of car was found damaged. The driver met with head injuries. What else do Audi expect? That someone dies and then they accept airbags should have opened??


                  Obviously, i am not going to let these guys go-off so easily and not take responsibility of their faulty car. Neither am i ever going to recommend anyone to buy an Audi again, nor driving it myself. because you never know, "that" faulty car may be yours too...and accidents dont give warning...

                    Bulg in tyrs-only 17000km done.AUDI REFUSE TO REPLACE
                    I have Audi a4.my car has done only 17000 kms & bulge in almost every tyre except stupnie.i called up customer care executive ms. Ruchi in Ludhiana.she refused as company said out of warranty at just 17000 kms.what should i do.i wanna file complaint against fraud commitment.i will never ever buy Audi in future.(i am die hard fan of Audi) but the wrong commitment i am disappointed .i want my car money back and give there car back to company.

                      this is to inform you that the Audi Delhi workshop does not qualify to be a member of such a prestigious company. i have an Audi A6 3.0 registraion number DL3CBW0777 and VIN number WAUZGB4G4BY000199. my above mentioned car is with them since 29th June, 2012 for accidental repairs of Tyre and suspension. even after more then 20days they do not have the parts available with them and telling me it will take more time of at least 10days. i asked them for a courtesy or replacement car, and since day 1 they have been fooling me by saying tomorrow, day after and etc. and in between didn’t answer my calls many times, after 20 days when i asked them to finally tell me if they are providing the car or not, they said we cant provide you the car in accidental case instead of telling me this thing on the very 1st day. they person with whom i was in contact was ms. renu singh and her mobile number is [protected] and at the end Mr. satinder rawat (workshop manager) mobile number [protected], took the call and started explaining me the company policy and all by saying we cant provide you the car for free and there will be a charge of 4000 INR/day.
                      every time when my car has gone to the workshop for any kind of car, may be accidental repairs or brake pad change, etc they never have any parts available with them and always takes time of more then the normal expected time.
                      i hereby suggest you that they do not at all deserve to be a part of audi as they are not responsible enough to handle the cars and niether the customers by lieing, not picking up the calls, etc.
                      i have an Audi Q7 as well on the name of my elder brother Mr. Parmod Garg and it has been the same story for that aswell.
                      i have spent such a huge amount of hard earned money to get the best services available in the world but what i am getting is not worth a penny.
                      i would like to request you to kindly check the history of my vehicle and justify my statements above.
                      i hope you will take strict actions in this regard at your earliest.

                        I have bought a audi a4 and there has being a bulge in all my tyres but the audi ludhiana dealer is not listening to me and he is saying this is all due to bad road conditions. I just want to say if it is due to bad road conditions why ar they insisting on the same tyres which cannot with stand indian road conditions. The tyres are firelli make.
                        I have asked for the replacement of the tyres but they are not listening.

                          I bought a AUDI Q-7, 4.2 last year. Its been 9months since I bought it and i am terribly agitated to say that out of those 9months it has been at the showroom for nearly 3months. All because the company does not have spare parts in their showrooms. Why the hell do you sell cars if you do not even have routine spare parts. Each time my car has gone for service there is a new issue and the car is blocked for days even weeks and I am left stranded. This is really pathetic on the co's part especially a co like VW or Audi. Dont know how to tackle this problem as I like the car very much but if I dont get to drive it enough I am left with no option but to sale it.

                          Hi, Just an advice please speak to this lady, Harpreet Kaur in Audi Ludhiana.
                          She is really helpfull and customer centric, we too had problem and we send an email to audi germany, and then we spoke to her and she helped to get it resolved, dealership people are very rude and arrogant but she was kind enough to get all in place for me.
                          We had issues while purchasing Q7 and we nearly cnl the deal due to sales consultant's attitude. But Harpreet did got them to do some work and i got my car on time. I actually would'nt have purchase this car, but this lady got some confidence in me for the brand. you too try to talk to her, I am sure she will get the dealership people do some work. Ask for her number from dealership, I am not feeling comfortable circulating her number on website, talk to her!

                            hi im ganga saran sharma i have purched the audi A6 3.0 tdi in year 2007 from euro motors pvt ltd delhi ( authorised audi dealer)
                            my car has shown many problems from the day of purchase.. audi india has changed almost its every part in warranty.. they have also provide me the extended warranty.. but still my car is not doing well.. now my car warranty has expired.. my vehicle is again showing the problem

                            I have bought an Audi A4 in February 2011 in Bangalore, however within 2 weeks there was a bulge in the front left tyre and when I took the car to them they said it was due to mishandling. Finally the insurance paid the money, now the rear sun screen has got broken during reversing the car as it got jammed and again the same answer. Please advice whom should I reach out for resolution. By the way they sold me a 2010 car stating it was 2011 model.

                            Hi i am shivkumar swamy from Mysore, i have purchased Q5 3.0tdi last year from Audi bengaluru, i was so happy with the performance and service of the dealership, 5 months back i purchased A7 by disposing my BMW 5series, recently i left my Q5 for first service and there was a oil leakage problem in gear box and company replaced it under warranty, after coming back from the service i started feeling steering has become very hard, immediately i informed service advisor Mr.Gautham, As per him Q5 steering comes like that it seems this what i got a justification from Gautham, I told him to keep the vehicle and sell it of, for my sake Goutham took the vehicle for service station and done nothing and he has sent back the car without rectifying the problem, it was a blender that i changed the brand from BMW to Audi, overall experience what i feel BMW was much much better in after sales service than Audi, Audi is in race to become no.1 in India its only possible until unless you take care of your existing customers, As i was planning to buy new Q7 4.2 next year, After repeatedly irresponsible service from Audi Bengaluru now i have decide to buy Porsche Cayenne.

                            Hope this comment makes others to decide whether to buy Audi or not to buy

                            I have bought audi a.6 in 2010 and got little accident in oct 2012 they told that gair box have been broken so they have to change. for that they took 3 months to change every week they give excuse that car in under checking. they made a bill of 14.62 lacks for that.
                            the worst service is from audi delhi.

                              This is Rajesh Deherkar , Company Secretary of Balaji Toll ways Limited.

                              I wish to bring to your kind attention that on 20.06.2010 we have purchased AUDI Q7, 4.2 Litre TDI chasis nos: WAUZDA4L6ADO27555 for use of our Director Mr.Rikiin Bbarot.

                              On 11th July, 2010 we observed a crack from the bottom on windscreen, this is more relevant particularly because the Car has been parked in the well protected area and has not encountered in mishap till then.

                              On morning of 23rd July, 2010 a flat tyre was observed and when a local repairer was invited to rectify the defect it was detected that a bulge was detected on the side profile of the tyre. It was announced to us that tyre can not be reused and to need to be scrap.

                              Our surprises were not ended there, when we opted to make use of spare tyre, it is found that tyre does not have adequate cross grooves and treads to get a good grip on the road. We understood from the mechanic that similar Complaints have been experienced by other clients too. You will appreciate that no other Confirmations are required to assert that these defects have been present in the car since its manufacturing stage.

                              We think it most appropriate to draw your kind attention to the above facts and seek your immediate intervention in replacing in these parts at no extra cost to us. We are sure that you will do the needful to live up to the confidence possessed in your vehicles by your various customers.

                                I am calling your office since yesterday and I think you are not coming over the phone I have no reply from you over the below matter and my part has still not come the car was given to your workshop on 25/03/10 as per your confirmation the part should have arrived 14 days from the same day they are ordered

                                I went to you service station in Gurgaon and the reply is still the same part did not come

                                I don’t understand why did I buy Audi I am being taken for a ride there is no action being taken for anyone now I think I have to start working on this part not coming on the phone won’t help you I am your customer and this is how you treat the customer

                                Mr Patankar in reading please read these mails and see how this car company is treating their customers in India because we don’t have quick access to the courts and moreover nobody wants to listen I would ask you to bring this up in your channel I am ready to be present for the same

                                2.I send the car again to you as we had ordered the part for the wiper water was not coming out again the car reaches Punjabi bagh the driver takes the car back because the engine light comes back again next day you send the car back and I asked your service advisor is it suitable to drive the car he says no problem you can drive the car

                                3.25/03/10 11:00 am in the morning I am on the busy road going to the doctor the car stops in the middle of the traffic and all systems of the car stop functioning I try to start the car its not working I know how I took the car on the side car could have got banged from the back or from the side my wife is pregnant anything could have happened

                                4. Just tell me how can I depend on a car which is parked in your service station we can’t even drive it because now it can stop anywhere I had bought AUDI which is a world best vehicle I had spend 52 lakhs to buy the vehicle in which I am not even safe
                                Who will take the guarantee after replacing the part this problem would be solved

                                5.I think I really can’t drive this car anymore and I would like to say your car AUDI is even worse than any other ford which can stop anywhere

                                6.I have also checked on the internet Audi has stopped using 3.2 litre FSI engine in their cars from 2010

                                7.The parts which needs to be replaced would take 20 days what kind of service is this just tell me what is the experience I have to tell to others about AUDI

                                8.I need full reply from the head of AUDI INDIA why the service is so bad and what should I do with the vehicle which I can even drive anymore after just 2 years if I don’t get reply within next week I would file a case is the consumer court moreover I would report the kind of service you have and what people should be prepared for when they buy a AUDI

                                it was my dream to own a audi A6 and it come true in november 2010, but i was really insulted yesterday evening in my home town due to some engine trouble, while i was on drive my engine got off in the middle of road.
                                now it is place at audi kochi service centre.

                                I have a AUDI Q5 (Veh. No.MH 05 AV 33) along with 5 other Audi's, viz.Q7 (2 nos.), A6, A4, Q5. I bought this Q5 about a year & half back. In the last 1 year the car has been giving problems for 4 times. Each time I had sent the car to your designated Audi Service centres, it was repaired in a hush hush manner and returned.

                                Though, this time also I sent the Car Q5 to your designated Audi Centre, viz. Aadya Motr Car co. pvt. ltd. for repairs & i had to keep the car with them.

                                On getting back my car, i was informed that the wiring has been replaced as it has got rusted. I am not able to understand, how an esteemed company like YOURs, use such degrated material, that rusts so soon. (even other lower end cars wiring of other makes never ever rust.)

                                This is definately, the problem of the company and has to be replaced free of cost, but the service advisor is not ready to understand my problem.This has made me & my family think that hence forth we should'nt purchase any AUDI cars.

                                I would like you to intervene in this matter and help me get out of this problem.

                                  I have just purchased one Audi A4 3.2 FSI Quattro which has done under 10K in mileage. It was seen after 7000 KMS of running that there is a dis-balancing problem in one of the alloy wheels of the car. We took it to Audi Gurgaon and it was noted on the second day that all the four wheels have this problem. Now each wheel is around Rs 35000.00 and they say that this would not come under warranty as this is because of bad Indian roads and they shall charge of replacing each alloy wheel. Now my question to them is that the other cars of different makes have run around 100K did not had such problem as on date and how come such an expensive car can have such problem.
                                  My car is there from last two days at their Gurgaon workshop and my Drivers had to stay back for one day as I belong to Agra with no proper guidance and satisfaction from Audi Gurgaon.

                                  Also I had asked them to pain the bumper of the car which they pained and did not match to the color of the car. They are now forcing us to accept the car as they claim they have done a proper paint job.

                                  Under above conditions it seems that these foreign companies are fooling our people as they already know the India Road conditions and they should only release a car in India once they fully test the same in Indian road conditions.

                                  Well my problem has been taken care of by calling[protected]. The problem was similar of wheel disbalancing however the good part was that that it was a problem at only left rear wheel & i was saved from getting the complete wheel changed as the staff at Mathura Road Audi managed to service it. My model was Audi A4 2.0 TDI Multitronic which i confirmed with showroom, make was Dec 2011 but still the charges i paid & the feel of a new car being old is not bearable.
                                  Now I am planning to sell it off & get the new Audi A4 facelift as the showroom staff convinced me that the newer version is built for Indian Roads.
                                  Even one of the staff told me that " Sirji ye Saal bhar purane models hai, jo inhone abhi beche hai " means my Dec bought Audi was of a lot which was atleast an year old. This shows how they cheat & be disrespectful to customers . But still as brand I Love Audi as many of my family members drive it in India & even abroad.
                                  I am in a dilemma to sell it or not however if someone gives me a good offer i can sell it to get the FACELIFT . Reach me at Abhinandan.[protected]@gmail.com

                                    But they are neither providing bill nor service tex no. and when we talk to Ms. Anita she told that they are not providing the bills for the same and threatnent if you 'll not pay as above we will block your service.My intension is not to hold anybody payments but i should get proper bill as you know it is also statuatory requirement.Kindly requested to look into this matter/
